Description of Work: Called and they came out in 2 hrs. to open my main drain. Ernie was out in the cold and worked and worked to get the drain open. I had another co.,that supposedy opened it 3 mo. earlier..Obviously they didn't do the job and overcharged me. I would highly recommend Drain Medics and I will have them out again for maintenance.. A great co that doesn't take advantage of people. Ernie did a great job for me..

Description of Work: My kitchen drain was clogged. I called for help in the morning. They gave me an afternoon appointment that same day. The service tech called later to ask if he could come a half-hour earlier. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and unclogged the drain quickly and professionally. Service tech was courteous, friendly, and gave me helpful information to avoid future problems. Great service!
