John was so informative and helpful. He always responded at length to every email or phone call. He spent a great amount of time inspecting the property before he gave us his opinion on what needed to be done. He trapped 6 squirrels and 4 possums and was well worth the cost. Would use him again if we ever have another problem!

John Stringer the owner made several tries at our home to get rid of the raccoons, moles and voles. His service was excellent.

It went great! Very reasonably priced compared to their competitors and they did a great job. Also very responsive and flexible. Would definitely recommend.

John was prompt to house. Came on weekend. Discussed problem. Set traps on roof. Caught squirrels. Blocked roof holes temporarily to check for other pests. Didn't hear from John for 3 weeks. I called him & found out he had been involved on another job. Had to hire someone to finish roof work. New man did finish job quickly and very well.

We are very happy to have had numerous moles eliminated from our property. Our yard is in much better shape this year with Pro Mole & Wildlife Control that it was last year with another company.

Mr. Stringer provided timely service. He was friendly and kept his word about returning to see if we had anymore mole activity.

After making a couple of calls, John was the first to call back, so he got the appointment. The problem we'd had for days was gone though, so there wasn't anything for him to do. He didn't charge the full price for a service call because nothing was needed. Great guy! And I know who to call if we have another problem!

This is a process. They followed up monitoring rodent activity for a month to make sure squirrels were gone. Very friendly but professional guys. Always aiming to please. Excellent service. Excellent results.

We contacted John several months ago, he came out quickly and only charged a small fee to set traps and then only charged per mole caught. He's caught 7 moles so far and showed them to me. We thought he caught them all, but live next to a creek and noticed new mole trails in the back yard and some vole holes. John came out and set new traps and baited th vole holes. As it happened the night before John was to come out, we noticed a very bad oder coming from our dryer. After setting the traps outside, John removed two dead mice who had come in the dryer vent and died in the dryer. John is very friendly and very knowledgeable. His prices were better than others who gave us quotes. We will continue to call John for all our critter control.

John called back immediately and told us he could be out the very next morning. He not only got the live bird out of our fireplace, but also removed a dead bird that we did not even know was in the vent. He then secured the outside vent covering and attached metal mesh to prevent any future pest problems.

John arrived just as he told us, set traps and kept grass in good condition. Caught 2 moles and did not bill us till afterwards. We used him before also, and will use him again.

John and Dave showed up on time and professionally performed their duties with great diligence and attitude. Very conscientious.

John came out immediately and he trapped and removed 5 squirrels from my office within 2 days. He explained all of the repair work to me and returned my calls very fast. Would highly recommend him to everyone.

I called on a Monday at 3:00, and he was out by 9:30 am on Tuesday. We had around 60 holes in our yard caused by voles, and the problem was getting worse. John came out and spent a lot of time inspecting the entire yard, and explaining vole behavior . He was very knowledgeable, and was confident that he could eradicate the voles from my yard. He quoted me a price of $200 for the job, i gave the ok, and he proceeded to do the job right then. I am so relieved to have this problem taken care of so quickly. We have already referred Pro Mole Control to 2 of my husband's fellow workers who are having the same problem. Pro Mole Control is quick to respond, very affordable, professional and friendly, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had over 100 holes in my yard from Voles. John explained what he was going to use for treatment, what I could expect after the treatment, and said he would check back after two weeks. After two weeks he did come back and filled a hole or two. I am very pleased the results. John came back at the end of August, as he said he would, treated a couple new holes. He also sprays the outside of my home for ants to keep them from coming in. I find his service very reasonable and dependable.

John responded to my e-mail immediately, even though I contacted him around 10 p.m. at night. He came to my home and finished the job the next day. I would hire him again in the future, and would definitely recommend him.

It went okay. He came out when he said he was coming and took care of the problem. He came back when I called him. I would recommend them. The price was okay.

He came out as soon as he could because of the cold weather.The ground was to hard to put traps down.About a week later he called ,came out,checked where the tunnels were, and put down 8 traps.One week later he checked for tunnels,took some traps away,with one mole being caught.Two weeks later,he again checked the area out,took most of the traps out,with one more mole being caught.Then one week later,he felt all moles were caught and there was no further tunnels,and he took all traps away. The good thing about this company is,if there are more mole tunnels within one year,he will come out and place traps at no charge.He also charges three to four times less to set the traps and does not charge a monthly fee like other companies do.He only charges for moles caught. I would definetly recommend this company to anyone with a mole issue.

I called John at Pro Mole and Wildlife Control on a weekday morning after reading the positive reviews here on Angies List. John had me describe the mole activity/damage I was seeing and we agreed to set up a time for him to come and check out my situation. I could tell right away from his friendly, professional demeanor over the phone that I had called the right person. I work all day so he even offered to meet me in the evening (that same day!) so I wouldn't have to take time off of work! As promised, John showed up right on time and began inspecting the mole damage in my yard. He made an observation that most of my mole damage appeared to be old and there was a chance the moles that caused it may have already traveled into the neighboring yards (due to lack of obvious fresh new mole damage). Despite this, I decided to have John set traps and pay the $40 fee for him to come out on a regular basis and check/reset the traps. There was no pressure from John to use his service -- he will give you an honest assessment when he is on-site and then you can decide if it is worthwhile to continue. Watching John set a handful of traps around my yard, it is clear he knows what he is doing. He didn't just randomly place traps - he was probing and opening tunnels, selecting the best spots, and then digging down a little bit to make sure all the traps were set at just the right depth. After 20 or 30 minutes, he was done and said he would stop by another evening when I was home from work (since my back yard is inaccessible unless someone is home) to check the traps. He actually stopped by a week or so later on a Saturday -- We went into the yard and we noted that there was a bit of fresh mole damage and 2 of the traps were sprung. Sure enough, when he pulled the traps we caught two of the little pests! He then reset the traps based upon the new damage he saw and was on his way (with the dead moles). John is a very professional, courteous individual. I feel the rates he charges (currently $40 for trap placement and routine check-ins, plus $45 per caught mole) is extremely affordable considering what other people have told me they are paying for mole removal. In the past I have been able to catch a mole here and there with a couple of ez-set scissor traps I bought from Farm and Fleet, but John's expert knowledge of trap placement and the efficiency with which he works is worth every penny I pay him. I would go out of my way to recommend him to neighbors, families, and friends.

I cannot say enough good things about Jim. He came by the same day I called him which was unexpected. He quickly identified the solution when he arrived and then got to work getting the two birds out and closing up the gap. When he was finished he even cleaned out the gutter over where he had been working since he noticed it was full. Nobody does that anymore!

We noticed scratching coming from the ceiling in the middle of the night and called John to come out the next day. He did a full inspection of the roof from the outside and the attic from the inside. He was able to determine the squirrels were able to get in through some of the vents on the roof. We were a bit unlucky since we were only weeks away from getting a new roof which would have prevented the whole issue. He talked us through our different options and we decided to place live traps on the roof. We were able to catch the squirrels over the next couple days and then he sealed the roof to stop them from getting in. Working with John was great. He was able to explain everything really well, came to collect the trapped squirrels promptly, and he also went out of his way to give us a better price on the components since it was only temporary until we got the new roof. We are very happy with his service!
