Somehow we had two baby raccoons and a mother that had to be taken out of the house downstairs, If you need anyone to get animals out of your house or anywhere else Please call Pro Mole and Wildlife Control, Couldnt have asked for a better company to get here quick and get the job done.

Pro Mole did a terrific job removing squirrels from my attic and patching the entry holes. The animals were trapped within a few days, and since then, I haven't had any more trouble. I worked with John, the owner, and Dave, his main squirrel specialist. They both knew exactly what they were doing and were very courteous, responsive, and generous in answering my questions. The cost was a little high but still fair. My house is especially tall and requires extra-long ladders to work on. They also trapped four squirrels and flashed three holes, which is a lot. I'm sure any decent company would have charged as much or more.

I was referred to Pro Mole by another pest control company. John was very responsive and came out immediately to set 6 traps. I'm hopeful that he will catch the mole(s) destroying my yard. The service is good for 12 months. John seems very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to rid me of the moles. I would certainly refer him and use his company in the future.

He's been with us all the time. I would use them in the future.

We had noticed some flying insects near our front walk and weren't able to get rid of them ourselves. Promole had removed some sneaky squirrels from a relative's home so I contacted them. Bob assumed from my description that the nest in the ground was small. He arrived the next evening when the yellow jackets were back in the nest. Laying on the porch, reaching for the nest with his spray under the thick bushes was not easy. As the irritated queens would leave the nest he would swat and stomp. I watched him kill over 200 by hand... from the other side of the glass front door! Then he began to remove the nest with the stunned, but not all dead, yellow-jackets. Seriously, the man was a ninja, he moved so fast. The job was much bigger than anticipated, but he stuck to his verbal bid. Best $120 bucks we have spent in a long time. Amazing service!

Second year that I have used this company. Very pleased with prompt, effective service. I've recommended company to friends and neighbors.

We suspected a squirrels in the attic and after consulting Angie's List, we chose Pro Mole. I couldn't believe they were out within hours. John and Dave answered so many questions as we had no experience in critters in the house. They were professional, helpful and incredibly persistent. One junior squirrel escaped into the garage from the attic and the chase was on! Pro Mole won and went on to repair the entry points and we have not had any more problems. No surprises in billing, everything was just as explained.

I had raccoons that were trying to get into my house. Pro Mole set up several traps. Over the course of several nights, we caught 2 raccoons and 2 opossums. All animals were removed quickly the following day. Pro Mole is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I already plan to use them again for a mouse problem. I highly recommend Pro Mole.

John was excellent at his job and took care that the groundhog would be removed and also that we wouldn't have any more problems with any other animals as well. He took time to explain his plan and was responsive to any questions I had throughout the week. All in all it took about a week for the groundhog to walk into the trap. I was very happy with this experience.

We had a leak in the area that was reinforced. The owner came on a Saturday night as soon as we called. Part of the problem was clogged gutter, which he cleaned for no charge.

We had Pro Mole out at the end of winter and they caught 3 moles. In early summer, I noticed more mole activity. They came out right away to set more traps and didn't charge me the set up fee as the state, they will come back and reset traps for free for 12 mos. they are so knowledgeable and professional about their line of business. I don't want any more pests, but if I do, I will always call Pro Mole.

Mike Dean, the owner, and his employees were very courteous and professional. They answered and serviced my calls with no hesitation or delay.

I was SO impressed with this company because the owner was able to come out the same day I called to check out the issue I was concerned about in my yard. John was very knowledgable and took time to explain everything to me. Most impressive was his level of honesty because he actually told me that the holes I saw in the yard appeared to be old and not currently active with animals. He advised me to cover the holes with dirt and monitor for any new activity before any service was needed. I will definitely use this company if I see new activity because they are prompt with service, offer free bids and are very honest and knowledgable. I found them through the good reviews on Angie's List and want to pass along that they definitely deserve their high rating!

The man came out, looked at the situation, set a couple of traps, and caught the groundhog. They came out the day after I called and picked up the traps and groundhog the morning after it was caught.

He charged by the kill that he made. We had a pest that was running around in the yard and making tunnels. He trapped them and then he put some more traps down. He got the first one right away and then came back for the others. The price was pretty reasonable. He was very responsive. He talked to us on the phone, gave us an estimate and came out pre-estimate and told us what he would do. You only pay for what he would catch and get rid of.

He is very thorough, and we've used him the past two years for animal control in our back yard. He checks trap's everyday, and keeps us informed what he's done. Very good service!

My husband and I heard squirrels on/in our roof area but didn't know exactly what we were dealing with. I called Pro Mole and spoke with John at about 8:00 this morning. After I explained our situation he scheduled his technician, Dave, to come to our house between 9:30 and 10:30 this morning. Dave gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was about 10 minutes away and arrived at about 9:45 a.m. He explained what he would be doing to check for squirrel activity, possible solutions depending on what he found, and the prices to expect for different scenarios. I gave him permission to begin his assessment and he quickly found that a mother squirrel and her three babies had a nest in our gutter but there was no evidence of them entering the attic area. He removed the gutter guards, captured the three babies (the mother had run off when he began climbing the ladder so he wasn't able to catch her), and he also cleaned out all the nest material. He explained that when the mother arrives back and realizes her nest is gone she will abandon the area and this should solve our problem. Dave also gave me some suggestions to help us keep squirrels off the roof/out of the gutters in the future. He was extremely helpful during his visit and went above and beyond to give us exemplary service. I could tell from my conversations with both John and Dave that they are very knowledgeable about their business and I immediately felt confident that they would do a thorough job for us. Their prices were very reasonable too, in my opinion. I am incredibly impressed by the quick service and professionalism of this company. I highly recommend them to anyone with pest issues and I will certainly be calling them again should we have any more problems.

We requested mole capture service in the dead of winter. I received a lot of communication and clarity about when they could and couldn't set traps due to the ground being frozen. We were flexible on when they could come out to set traps, but they were able to come out right away (within a few days of my first call). John was great about explaining exactly what they would do, as we'd never had to hire pest removal service before. They caught 3 moles, and I think it's great that if we notice more in the next 12 months that we won't have to pay for the traps to be set up again. We were very pleased with their promptness and their great service. We are especially pleased that the moles are gone!

John and Dave were one of my last calls after I recieved a bid from another provider that was in the thousands. John is super-responsive and Dave was able to track down the squirrels and set up the traps. The cost of $150 for the visit was well worth it. They were out same day as we would track down the squirrels To say that I am pleased is not doing this justice. They also used to work for the competition that was selling the "platinum package" and have a background in masonry so if your goal is to rid your house of the critters - they are great. They were well-versed in their field and at no time did I feel like I was being shown the lexus package when all I needed was a corrolla We aren't done yet getting all the squirrels evicted, but everything so far has been very reasonable and I wish more home service providers would do business like this. I would definitely call them about moles as well.

John came on time, performed inspection on mouse infestation. He came back the next day to set up traps. He was very professional. He said he'll come back to take another look in 3-6 weeks, to inspect progress and remove any dead mice. I'll update my review after his second visit.

John came out as scheduled and spent quite a while going through the attic, around the house, and inspecting the roof. He found the woodpecker damage and some squirrel damage, made recommendations for repairs and preventing future issues. Very knowledgeable and professional. He made several visits to the home to complete all of the work and reinspect. Reasonable pricing that was presented up front and no hard sells for anything.

Fantastic. I cannot recommend anyone higher than this company. Not only were they fair, prompt, and professional, their knowledge of our situation was tremendous. They had the patience to climb onto our roof countless times to check, re-check, set traps, pick up traps, and otherwise rid of squirrels and check for other wildlife. John and his entire staff were great!

John and his team did a great job removing our squirrel problem. They assesed the issue and determined how the squirrels were getting into my attic. A trap was set at the expected entry location and the squirrel was caught within a day or two. They also went above and beyond the call of duty because while they were on my roof they took photographs of some potential problems areas I had up there (missing shingle, cracked roof vent, etc). This was definately not expected but I'm so glad they did that since I had no idea since I'm never up on the roof. I highly recommend Pro Mole's services and I'll definately be using them again in the future.
