Description of Work: I will never recommend, John. At the beginning of service I thought that, John was an angel sent. He explained his services and pricing very professionally an gained my trust to go through with the process of removing the raccoons that were living in my attic. John assured me that If I couldn’t afford to pay the whole amount of $475, that I could pay half up front then the rest before 30 days. I paid the first half of bill upfront with check an, John went about setting traps or what not. He did manage to catch all 4 of the raccoons and even a possum in about 2 to 3 weeks In which I was very pleased with his service and how often he followed up. Within that time frame of 2 to 3 weeks I paid the remaining of the bill for the second half of the job, which were to patch up the hole and put guards around the patch to prevent animals from re-entering. I had my bank to send the check directly to, John. A few days after sending the check, I didn’t hear back from him so, I reached out to him to see when he would complete the rest of the job. He set a date/time and also “thanked” me for the check he received in the mail and that was the last I heard from him. I tried calling and left multiple voicemails for weeks and he never returned my calls. The job was suppose to of been completed sometime late, November of 2019 but he never came. Two months later the raccoons returned and the hole on the side of my house was never covered. I should of been reported, John awhile ago but my job is very demanding and I also work nights so, I was never really home. I am beyond upset that I got ripped off. I am a young first time home owner with a child and one on the way. Now that I am on lay off due to pandemic, I can now hear everything that I couldn’t hear while I was working and I am scared to death! I am glad that my daughter is spending time with her family so, that I can get this sorted out, “hopefully” before she comes back. My sleep was disturbed this early morning around 4a, due to all the activity thats going on in my attic RIGHT NOW as I speak. I guess the raccoons are leaving for the “morning”. This isn’t healthy for me, my child and my unborn! I am in tears because I don’t know what to do and I don’t have money to keep getting ripped off by someone whom like to take advantage of “certain” people. I want all of my money back, John!

Description of Work: We had a couple of birds making nests in our attic vent holes. John came in and screened them all off. He was very professional, accommodating with the time, and the work that was done looks great! Would definitely recommend!!!

Description of Work: I've used him twice now in the last three years to rid the yard of moles. He comes out and sets traps and then comes back to check until all mole activity ceases.

Description of Work: Raccoons in the attic....responded immediately. Worked us into his schedule, and set traps same day. Trapped a female the first day, rescued her 3 babies from the attic the second day, and finally, he trapped the last raccoon on the 3rd day. All were taken at least 30 miles away, and were released in the wild. Repaired all the structural damage done by the pests. Also, cleared bird nest that was problematic. John Stringer is both knowledgeable and congenial.

Description of Work: They came out to set the traps even without initial payment because my husband was in the hospital. They caught 2 moles and we're now mole free. Very easy to work with.

They trapped at least 6 squirrels, installed guards over the roof vents where they were entering, and installed steel mesh over other possible entry points. |John was easy to contact and usually respond within a few minutes. Highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: The pro mole contractor was prompt, courteous, and thorough. They got in to my attic space on the first visit and devised a plan to liv erb capture the squirrels over my garage. They returned after when I called to let them know we had a squirrel trapped until we went about two weeks w no action. When done they patched th en hole the critters used to get in the attic beautifully. I definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Great service. Set mole traps, and so far, three have been caught in a month. Nothing I did made a difference (poisons, etc), so this has been effective in helping to reduce the nuisance.

Description of Work: IRemoval of Pest, Moles, Voles, Squirrel, Mink and Raccoons You deal with the owner, he provides the services professionally, punctual, reasonable priced and with quality. We had moles called Pro Mole ... the owner came out provide an estimate, demostrated that he knew his business well, provide a quotation, and immediately we put him to work. He knows what he is doing, he placed traps and we immediately had success. In a matter of days of the moles were gone, he returned as necessary remove the moles, and continued to monitor the traps. So impressed we put him to work on the voles and wild minks. Its been 2 weeks and we NO longer have them either. Deal with the owner, someone who knows his business, gets results, stays with the job until its done, reasonable, always avaliable, will discuss findings, and preventiative measures. We recommend Pro MOle and give the more star than angies list provide..
