John was great, when I called him to say that I thought a raccoon was in my attic he came out the same day to set up a couple live traps. Once the raccoon was trapped I called John and he came out to the house right away to get it and relocate the raccoon to a large open area. John also inspected the insides of both attics and cleaned up all raccoon waste. John put a new screen covering to the attic where the raccoon had gotten in and also installed grates over the roof vents. John is very knowledgeable about wildlife and has years of experience in his line of work. His prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone with any type of wildlife problems.

John came to house same day I called. Squirrel was trapped that night. All quiet in the attic. He explained everything very well. He checked to make sure that there was no damage done by squirrel in the attic. He patched the hole the squirrel ate in the roof to get in. When the below freezing weather breaks he is going to return to replace a section of shingles missing from the roof. We also had him clean our gutters while he was up there for a reasonable $60. So what seemed a big deal to us, he fixed quick!

John was prompt, very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Traps were set and he quickly eliminated our problem with moles. We're very happy that we called him. We would definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend his services.

After hoping the d*** things would just go away for too long and then noticing they were really starting to tear up my landscaping, decided I had to do something. Neighbor of mine kept telling me I had to call this one guy that lived in our sister neighborhood that owned a mole removal company and would tell me only cost x amount. Holy cow. Dawned on me to check Angies' List and thank my lucky stars that I found John. Btw, my neighbor's recommendation would have been 5.5x higher. First, let me say he's as honest as the day is long and I like those kinds of people. Our first conversation was just to review service and pricing and I liked him right away. My first question was: how many of those critters do you think I have? He told he would call me after he saw yard and set traps (btw, he will visit house and give you approximation before doing any work; I just wanted them gone). He called me after he visited the house and set traps. Here's what he told me: I most likely had 2 moles, possible 3, but more likely only 2 moles. He was careful to let me know that possible he was wrong, but he's usually pretty accurate in determining how many are living in yard. My fear was that there were 10 moles! 2 or 3 moles?!?! That's it?? All that damage. Fine, just get rid of them and send me a bill. John did a great job of touching base after he caught the first mole after a few weeks. And he told he thought he had traps reset correctly to catch second one. Said he thought it would be caught in next few weeks and thought it was just one mole remaining. And he went on to explain what and why - how he knew and why he was suggesting 2 moles, etc. I really appreciated time he took to explain how to understand. Well, week and a half later he left another note on door that he caught second note. 2 weeks later all traps were gone and he called me. It couldn't have been easier and it couldn't have been better. I can't say enough good things about John. I've recommended him to friends and will continue to recommend him. Yes, I've also straightened out my neighbor and his bad recommendation. Now if I can just get my knucklehead neighbor on other side to get rid of the moles before he sends them to me :)

He was very responsive. He came out to my home. He went with me through my yard, and we spent considerable time looking at what damage had been done. He was very informative about these little critter. Through it all he felt as though maybe I did not have any current active moles. I had been pre treating it myself prior to our metting. They charge a $40 membership fee and he will come back out for an entire year if there are problems. He did not charge me since he did not find anything. He tromped down all of the mole trails. He will be coming back out in the future to take a look again. It was wonderful he did not charge me for the service call.

Saw reviews, called John, and very comfortable. First, John is very honest. I have a neighbor who hired someone else and they 'showed' him 5 moles and that ran him nearly $1,300. John explained that I likely had 2 moles and usually no more than 3 before seeing my house. And confirmed 2 moles, maybe 3 after seeing my house. And then he explained why that is (I'm sure he'll tell you same thing, so I'll spare details here). After talking to my neighbor I thought it was going to be $1,000+, because I thought I had a lot of damage. He could have snookered me. Just happy the man is honest and happy to give him my business. My neighbor will probably ask me before he tries to catch moles in future now. $120 vs. $1,000+, hmmmm??? John charges $40 to set traps and $40 per mole thereafter. And if there is any mole activity within a year, he will come back out, set traps, and only charge for moles caught thereafter (not $40 for setting traps again). Not hard to figure out how much other guy charges. Easy choice for me.

John has now removed four moles from our yard. He is affordable, very responsive, and does a great job. We have had a serious mole problem in our backyard, and his plan was easy to understand and made sense. He had to move the traps a few times to catch them, but he got them and we would not hesitate to either use him again or refer to him to anyone. Glad we found him!

John is friendly and dependable. He explains method of ole control process and visits property regularly to check on mole activity.

John is just simply the kind of guy you want to do business with. He is very responsive, very considerate, very professional... I couldn't ask for a better business relationship and his pricing is very reasonable. This is the second year we've used his company and he always produces great results. I called to report mole activity in our yard and seek his services.... within 48hrs he was on-site walking the property and setting traps... within 30 days there were 2 moles caught and no more activity... John is awesome!

I was very pleased with the pest removal services from John. He went above and beyond to work around my schedule when he needed to access my attic. He inspected the house, found the point of entry, and immediately put in live traps in the attic and gave me the choice of adding a leathal trap on the outside. He notified me that a mom squirrel and her babies had made a nest in a spot in my attic above the porch that he wasn't able to crawl into. He tried several times and gave me options on what to do before he preformed work. I asked that he not cut into the plywood in order to reach the squirrels nest, and they did eventually all get trapped. Once he was confident that they were all gone, he put up a new screen on the roof vent that was the entry point. He was responsive and respectful and the problem was taken care of promptly!

He does a great job and knows his business. He looked over the house and repaired an area where birds were getting into the attic. Great job on gettingthe moles as well. Very reasonable price too.

Everything went smoothly. John called me back right away and set up a time to meet me at the house. After that the traps were planted, and removed after the mole had been killed. If i have any further problems my service fee covers me through the end of 2013.

John called me back the day that I requested a bid and came out the next day to look at my yard and set traps. He spent a considerable amount of time answering questions and was very knowledgeable. Within a couple of weeks, he had trapped 3 moles and we haven't had a problem since. He always came out when he said he would and was very professional. The cost was about half of what another company charged us that never did fix the problem. I couldn't have been happier with the service from Pro Mole.

After contacting John at Pro Mole Control he came out quickly and assessed our backyard. He thought there were 2 or 3 moles that were digging up our newly landscaped backyard. He did a great job of explaining the process of setting traps and about the different types of traps he uses. He also explained that he charges $20 on the first visit and then $45 for every mole that he catches. He immediately setup 7 or 8 traps. In the first week he caught one mole. In the second week he caught two more. Since then he continues to come back once a week and checks for any new mole activity. Since we didn't think we had many moles we felt more comfortable with his pricing model rather than signing a maintenance contract with one of the larger pest companies. We have already recommended John to several of our neighbors.

It was a great job. He was in and out on the property. The moles were taken care of within 2 months and I would consider using their services in the future, if necessary.

He was a referral and have used his services for 2 seasons. If you want this completed quick and easy...his is by far your best option. He has saved my yard twice from pesky moles.
