Description of Work: Floor of Deck replaced.

Description of Work: Mark and his crew replaced two sections of railing which were destroyed when a large tree fell on my cedar deck. They also surgically removed and replaced portions ofinsect damaged boards on the deck. This small job was worked into their scheduled deck construction. Mark called when a window of opportunity arrived, they showed up when they said they would and expeditiously completed the work. I contacted two contractors that had previously done work for me. One had built and repaired the deck previously. He failed to return my calls. The other mentioned he'd like to do the work when he repaired a portion of his fencing that was also destroyed when the tree fell. But didn't return my calls either. Very frustrating. Apparently they weren't interested in the small job. Mark manages his company to provide good customer service and I would definitely work with him again.

Description of Work: I was unable to use his services because he doesn't do work in the zip code of 36116 (the city) - I bet he does work in 63015 Clayton and 63119 Webster. Have a little problem with that - maybe that info should be posted so others don't have to waste their time.

Description of Work: Was seeking a quick turn-around for repair of the deck on a home I am purchasing (just had an inspection and found it was not to code). Mark was very quick to get back to me, the see the property and to quote right away so I could make my decision on the repair and the house. I look forward to working with him when I move into the house in the summer!

Description of Work: Power washed and stained my deck. Did some minor repair. Did a great job. My deck looks like new. They even took care of moving my deck chair and flower pots off and back.

Description of Work: I called several companies in order to just get a bid for my insurance company.The water had been coming in in the basement and we didn't know how/where.It is a finished basement and after calling water company to see if it was their problem and was assured it was mine like I said I called several companies.I explained I was on disability and needed a bid and 2 out of 4 wanted to charge me a minimum of $100 to come out and it wasn't deducted from the bill if I chose to have them fix it.The othe company really didn't want to "mess" with it since it was insurance involved.I was becoming discouraged when I saw this company and called them.They were heaven sent!!! Mark and Kevin came out right away and looked over the problems and said he would sent me or drop off a bid ASAP,which he did.The work was done in a timely matter and Kevin even cleaned up each day .I was really impressed and would recommend them for any job.The only reason it has taken me so long to write this is my computer has been down.

Description of Work: Attached drains in bathroom to get them working again, fixed leaks in bathroom and kitchen, repaired hole in bedroom wall, corrected electrical problem in bedroom, finished paneling in kitchen and family room. He installed smoke detector and a new doorbell. In short he got the home ready for sale and up to code for inspections.
