Very well. He explained where the original leak was. And that saved us money. He also showed another leak and fixed it. We were happy for the excellent work and not overcharging us. Our Church had him to find leaks In Our church parsonage. That is why we had him to fix ours.

The crew was extremely courteous and completed the job in rapid fashion, ahead of schedule, and very cleanly. The company not only completed the job requirements in the contract, but went above and beyond. They improved the outside drainage system itself to further the efficiency of the work and prevent any remaining water challenges we were faced with. Additionally they installed a secondary drain in the basement to further the effectiveness of the system. The owner also gave me advice for waterproofing the basement / property, more than once prior to hiring them. The price was extremely reasonable, the work was excellent, and I would absolutely hire them again.

They showed up on time, did the work efficiently and left the area very clean. New system is a huge improvement over the old system. Two days after they installed, it started raining, and continued for 12 hours straight. I would normally have anywhere from wet spots on the floor to streams running to the floor drain. There was not a single drop of water anywhere, nor was there any damp smell. Glad I finally got this done. I can now replace the flooring in the basement with confidence. Highly recommend! They know what they are doing, and get it done. Had one whole wall (about 32' ) replaced. They got there at 9am and were gone by 3pm. Can't say enough good things about them. No run-around or annoying games played. Use them, you won't regret it.

Eric did a great job. We just had a big rain and the basement is all dry. He laid out the possibilities for how he could fix the basement leaks but also reinforce the walls with carbon fiber to prevent future separation. There was no pressure to choose any particular option. He just laid out the options and let me choose. The work was completed in a timely fashion and he answered a follow up question that I had. E.S. Leonard Contracting was the only company of three that designed a drainage solution too correct the erosion and puddling problems on my property. Eric's solution was not a short term one that would only cause problems in other areas of the yard. Neat installation and the area was left clean. Excellent work at a fair price.

Originally this was a sump pump installation and waterproofing. After removing drywall a large horizontal crack was discovered in my foundation. This made the entire plan change. The patience Eric had with my questions and concerns was amazing. He made the stressful situation easier and was always available. His company was recommended to me and I see why first hand. They cleaned up everything and both the inside and outside work was completed quickly and with excellence. Everything was explained in detail step by step with reasoning behind it. I appreciated that because as a single woman, trusting someone in my home is not easy. The sump pump runs like a charm, my yard and basement look great and I highly recommend this company!

This was a project we had put off for over a year. After a basement flood and knowing we definitely needed a sump pump, ES Leonard made the process relatively painless! I had received bids from multiple and notable companies. Although ES Leonard was not the least expensive they were the best combination of price, knowledge, and professionalism. The crew was prompt and courteous. They answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns about creating a dusty mess...which they did not. They sectioned off the area with plastic sheeting ceiling to floor to contain the dust...which I greatly appreciated! I highly recommend ES Leonard and would hire them for future projects.
