E.S. Leonard took care of me in a pinch. We were close to closing date on the sale of our old home and needed a foundation repair done fast and done right. The work done passed inspection and I gave us the peace of mind knowing we weren't leaving the buyer with a mediocre repair job. I'll most certain use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Eric did great at explaining everything and offering a good solution at a great price. He and his crew arrived when expected, cleaned up at the end of the day, and just did an all around good job.

We had them come out to repair several cracks in our foundation. They were everything you could expect. They quote was reasonable, they scheduled us for the very next week when they could fit the job in. They arrived on time, did a very good job on the repairs. When they finished, they showed me everything they did and made suggestions on other things we might want to do to keep our foundation in good shape. We are very pleased with the work they did and would refer them to others.

In the short turnaround time between getting a quote for the job and getting the job completed, they were communicative about what needed to be done, how it would be done, and answering any questions a had along the way. very impressed with e s leonard and the fantastic repair job they performed spring 2023. they repaired 2 crackes in our basement walls repaired 1 crack in the crawl space wall. installed a drain in our crawlspace to channel any water from reaching our basement wall. price was as quoted and finished on time.

Eric and Matt are a really good I had a water in my basement and Eric wld let me knw all angles tht wld work and wht we cld do we had a lot of different contractors come in but I went with es contractor cause he went over steps by steps with me the sump pump and replacing everything tht needed to be replaced with the last 2 days of rainfall my basement is still dry so when it comes to anything tht need to be done with wht they do I wld recommend them to anyone cause they stick behind their work.

We lived with a leaking basement wall for years because we had heard horror stories of the cost to do a repair. After years of dreading a big rain event, we finally bit the bullet and got 3 bids. One of the bids was close to $10,000 and they wanted to invade and tear up a large area of our basement, the other guy was just not very professional. We chose E.S. Leonard Contracting and we are more than satisfied with our choice. Two men did the work and it was completed within a couple of hours. We have had some torrential rain events since the repair and NO LEAKS. Our only regret is that we didn't call them sooner. If we could give them 10 stars, we would. Great company! Excellent service!!
