They did a great job. Worked hard and finished in a timely manner. The only reason I gave them a B for quality is because the area they refilled with dirt sunk, because it was not compacted down well, and we are going to need to add more dirt in that area. We are statisfied and would recommend them to our friends!

Great! I needed the work completed on my new home to satisfy the building inspector/mortgage company. Eric completed the work on time, was informative and professional. He has great follow through with me, as well as the mortgage company. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him for future work.

I am so very pleased with the work completed. I bought this house not too long ago. It's amazing how many issues can be missed! On all four corners of the foundation, there were large pieces of concrete that had broken off under the brick. After being fixed, I can't tell that it was ever broken. He did an excellent job of tuckpointing some areas of the brick that I did not notice needing repair. I had a large crack in a basement wall going sideways and about halfway in the eight foot tall wall. He told me that it was caused by too much pressure from the ground being too wet outside. He said the pressure from outside was pushing against the concrete wall and the crack would continue to grow larger and eventually leak. He installed new french drain outside to divert water away from the foundation and then sealed the crack in the interior basement wall. I am so totally pleased I can use the wood stove in the basement. The first time I tried it, smoke filled the basement! It turns out the original clay flue liner was broken but the chimney was completely blocked by soot! It was just a matter of time it would have caught fire. I am pleased that all of my questions were answered politely and to the point. They didn't try to sell me services that were not needed. Everything was carefully explained to me on each of the repairs that needed to be made and why it needed to be done. The guys were always friendly and showed up on time. When everything was complete, I couldn't even tell that they were even there to begin with! They cleaned up any mess that the job created. I have high regards and highly recommend E.S. Leonard Contracting LLC to anyone who needs to have work done. I will definitely hire them again in the future!

E.S. Leonard Contracting LLC did a wonderful job. They were here when they said they would be. They made the pit and carried off all the debris. Installation of the pump went great and fast. They ran the drain pipe out and used good sturdy pipe so we won't have to worry about it collapsing. They filled in the trench and replaced the grass. All extra dirt was hauled off. They came with everything they needed so the job could be done right without delay. They answered all my questions the day of the estimate and the questions that we had the day of installation. Everything was explained thoroughly and he asked if I had any more questions before he left.

Went great. Eric is someone that is not in the business to make a pretty penny but to truly help his customers. He was extremely attentive and responsive to any questions no matter how silly. He was the only waterproofer I trusted fully as I knew he was in it to help us until the problem was solved 100% and I trusted in his advice. I knew he was not going to rip us off. What he did worked and we are grateful for their time, service, advice and help.

I started with getting quotes for installing the sump pump and I got a few quotes that were lower than what Eric provided. But when I spoke to Eric I knew that Eric is the person who can get the job done and hence I decided that he is the person that I can trust to waterproof my house. Eric is a great professional and he knows what he is doing. Before starting the work he explained to us the process and answered all my questions. I was not present at the time of installation and Eric sent me pictures of the work via email. He laid the pipeline in such a professional manner that it is not at all visible in the back yard. It is all concealed underground. I could go on and on and write more, But I don't want to bore you guys with my comments/feedback. In simple words he is just awesome and the space provided in the feedback section is just not enough to mention how great Eric is and his work. I highly recommend Eric (E.S. Leonard contracting LLC) to any one who wants to waterproof their house and be worry free.

Provided photos because we were not present and showed the extent of his work. After digging out the area he found some more cracking and repaired it without further charges. Excellent work and so far has successfully waterproofed our house.

My husband and I are VERY pleased with the work Eric Leonard did for us. We requested an estimate in December 2014, but due to the holidays and vetting process, we had the work completed in February 2015. The estimate was very clear and itemized. Eric's references (we called three) spoke very highly of his work. Throughout the estimate and vetting process, Eric checked in to see if we had any questions or needed more information without bugging us. Eric anticipated the work taking two days, and he showed up on time to go over the work order and warranty information. We were pleasantly surprised when Eric called in the afternoon of the first day to say that he'd completed the project ahead of schedule. Eric showed us the work and explained what he did. Once he ensured we were satisfied with the work and didn't have any further questions, he collected full payment for his services - which was less than he estimated (another pleasant surprise!).
