Brian Reagan simply does beautiful work; you should not hesitate to hire him. He is a perfectionist, takes real pride in doing a good job, has great ideas (although he does not do the actual "design" work -- for that you should use Anne Boedges at annemariestudio.com), and is about the most hard-working, honest person we've ever had the pleasure of working with. When he needs to do so, he brings in subcontractors, supervising them closely; and he will tell you if there is something that he does not feel qualified to do himself. In addition, he is thoughtful and very careful with your house and belongings, covering everything up to minimize dust and debris, and thoroughly cleaning up after himself. We had one very minor glitch when he put some tile in the wrong way -- but he addressed that immediately. His price is his price -- he does not nickel-and-dime you, ever. I would also point out that his price was much lower than the quote we received for identical work from an established "kitchen and bath design showroom", and we are absolutely confident that it was 100 times better to work with him than it would have been to work with them. He is pleasant, always smiling and accommodating, and patient with your questions. This condo is a second home for us, so we were not there most of the time while he did the work. We had complete confidence in giving him a key, and in fact have told him to keep it as there is another small project that he will do for us when he has an extra couple of days. But most of all, the quality of his work is first-rate; no matter what you ask him to do, you will not be disappointed. PS -- the price listed here does not include most of the materials for the bathroom (tile, cabinetry, towel bars, fixtures, etc.) which we bought through the design agent -- it's for labor plus miscellaneous drywall and lumber.

Called Brian to set up an appointment for an estimate. He didn't return call. The next day I called again, he did return that call and made an appointment.. He came out to give us an estimate for a hall bathroom remodel. Said it would take him a couple days to get an estimate to us. We never have heard back form him. We even told him if all went well with this remodel we would hire him for the master bathroom remodel. Guess it just wasn't meant to be. We have moved on to another contractor. We were disappointed in this, considering all the reviews were so positive.

Bathroom was reconfigured to fit tub level glass door. Tile was professionally installed with matching grout and schluter edging. Brian Reagan, who we choose over 3 other contractors, was extremely helpful, professional, and on-time. He kept the area as clean as possible with a minimum amount of inconvenience. In our previous business we dealt with many contractors and, without exception, Brian met all of our high standards for quality work and availability. Several items which were exceptions to the project are worth mention. First, we were able to install the fixtures without hiring an additional plumber. Secondly, Brian accommodated our changes without hesitation and even improved on them. We would definitely contract with Brian again and would recommend him highly to anyone planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel.

It was absolutely fantastic. I 100% trust Brian to be in my home while I am not and have recommended him to several friends. A true professional and pleasure to do business with. Reagan Remodeling is what all small businesses should strive to be.

Brian Reagan was very professional and was excellent with communication. I was able to call or text him anytime and he always got back with me immediately. He did great work and does not compromise on quality. He was able to do electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. He completely demolished my kitchen and then rebuilt it. We are very happy with his work!

Brian (Reagan Remodeling) was terrific! He takes pride in his work and wanted the remodeling to look perfect. He kept us informed as to when he would be arriving, how long he would be working, and what the next step would be. He was very neat and made sure to protect the rest of our home from work debris. He absolutely knows his craft, and can adjust and make changes efficiently. As he was creating the space if he felt something wasn't going to look right or work right he was quick to discuss it with us and adjust accordingly. Most importantly, when the project was done it looked as if it was part of the original building of the home, and it did not look like an add on at all. We were extremely impressed with Brian, and when he was done we were immediately trying to think of other improvements he could make in our home! We highly recommend Brian, and we definitely will use Reagan Remodeling again and again!

Brian hung our crown molding for us in our kitchen. He does excellent work and was fast. He went out of his way to help us on short notice. He also installed a large picture window in our kitchen. He was on time and worked hard the entire time he was here. He did a wonderful job and we love our new window! We highly recommend Reagan remodeling!

Brian came to my house to meet with me and my husband to discuss the tile work we wanted to do in our kitchen. Brian was very knowledgable and gave us good recommendations as to design options as well as reputable places to purchase the materials for the job. He took measurements, discussed how long the installation would take, and told us what we could do to prepare the house for the work. Brian listened to our ideas and concerns and made us feel at ease. He was great with all of our animals and was patient with them when they overzealously welcomed him everyday. Brian always showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. He answered my texts promptly and was a joy to work with. Once he was finished with the job, he followed up with us to make sure we were happy with how everything turned out (we were!). A month or so after the work was finished, we noticed the grout had sunk in leaving a pock mark or two. Brian, once again, quickly replied to my text. He explained why this sometimes happens. He came back and fixed those spots and everything has been perfect ever since. I would definitely hire Brian again!

It went very well and they got it done very quickly after I contacted them. Also, assisted me with questions before and after the service call. Very honest, hard working and professional. You would never have to worry about them cheating you or taking advantage of you. Good Christian man with a great heart!

The scope of the project included finishing 1800 sf basement. We did much of it ourselves to save money (tile floor, hang drywall, paint) and contracted the electric, trim work and the finish carpentry of the bar area. Reagan Remodeling did everything but the electrical. The entire project turned out better than we had expected or hoped for. We've received multiple compliments from all who have joined us in entertaining and utizing the use of the basement area. Brian (the owner and Forman) is extremely fair, has an excellent work ethic and is very trustworthy and professional. We will absolutely use him again when the time comes for more remodeling or repairs.
