Reagan Remodeling

Being a Realtor, especially during these last few years, there is a shortage of contractors when needing repairs for clients. Knowing this with a personal project coming up, my husband and I started the hunt for a great contractor early. We were given Mr. Reagan's name as a referral - the best way to get the best people! Brian was honest about being several months out regarding scheduling our project, but was available to answer any questions we had in the meantime, driving over to measure/answer questions AFTER finishing a day's work on another project. Also, having a contractor with working knowledge of newer products / tried-and-true products PLUS the backlog of shipping was invaluable for us. He was also knowledgeable about what we could / couldn't do and offered options, allowing us full control of any decision-making. We are currently putting the finishing touches on it ourselves, but would never had made it this far without Reagan Remodeling. Need a referral, drop me a line!

This was our first remodel project, so we were a little nervous about choosing the right contractor. Fortunately, we got lucky on our first time out. Brian gutted our bathroom to the studs for a fresh start. We were amazed at the progress made on a daily basis. They worked like a well-oiled machine and it was very obvious they have done this quite a few times. These men are genuine old-school hard workers, and also have old-school pride in their work. The job was finished in the time frame and price quoted, to the exact specifications we asked for. Bottom line, Reagan Remodeling showed up on time, worked hard, did an excellent job, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We will be using Reagan Remodeling exclusively for the rest of our home. I'm not really a review writer, but I feel Brian deserves a public pat on the back and a huge thank you from us. Brian and his guys were great and our bathroom looks fantastic. Especially our Huge new shower with a glass sliding door. The Tile work is excellent. Always paid attention to every detail. And gave great ideas on what was possible. Would hire again for another bathroom.

We are so glad we found Reagan Remodeling! They finished our Master Bath shower that several other companies failed to complete due to some complexities it presented. Reagan Remodeling worked with us to come up with solutions to these hurdles and worked with us closely on all the little details. I can be a bit picky with how things are done and how they look. It only took a day for me to realize that I found the right guys to do the job and that I didn't have to worry about this project anymore. The owner runs an excellent company and employees some great people that know what they are doing. I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

From the very beginning Brian and his lead man Brad were very professional and conscientious about how they performed the work to make our new kitchen absolutely stunning! This is the second time we worked with Brian and I'm certain it won't be the last. We took out part of a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Brian was able to salvage the existing tile we wanted to keep while adding in a header, rerouting electrical outlets, and installing an island range hood and additional lighting. Brian was a great partner in the process and was very helpful with walking us through options when we hit obstacles and surprises. He also kept our kitchen as clean and usable as possible throughout the construction process.

The bid was the most competitive and Brian’s attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend.

Brian and his team were extremely flexible with our family’s schedule and needs and were by far the best priced in the area. We live in an older condo with lots of unique planning considerations that Brian worked around with effortless professionalism. I am bringing them back out for future projects without a doubt.

Brian addressed any issue that came up (old house). His work is amazing. I have an imperfect arched tub ceiling which he tiled-love it. New tile for shower surround and floor. Installed paneled wainscoting. Well worth the wait!

We had the pleasure of using Brain Reagan and Reagan Remodeling for the remodeling of our master bathroom and updating of another full bath. Overall we are exceptionally pleased with the service and work of Brian and his company, particularly of his associate Brad. We have nothing negative to say about the experience but would like to highlight the following areas where they exceeded expectations: professionalism, fairness, attention to detail. Regarding professionalism, it is often the case that people make excuses for contractors not communicating well or being difficult to work with. Nothing could be further from the case with Reagan. We initially screened a number of people to do this work and we were immediately impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Reagan. He provided a bid that was timely and appropriately detailed to allow for comparison. He was also responsive to changes as we went through the process. He was straightforward about scheduling. When we were picking out items like bath tubs etc we would text him the model and he would often immediately but never more than a business day later tell us if that would work for our project. Overall his communication was excellent and both my wife and I knew what was going and when things needed to change. He stopped by on a number of occasions just to check in as his team worked on the project. We felt very well attended to. An added difficulty is that both my wife and I work during the day. We gave Reagan and his team access to our home while we were away. We were initially nervous about this idea in general, but the overall trustworthiness of Reagan and his team set us at ease. Further, every night when we came home they had cleaned up and except for the area immediately around the bathroom you wouldn’t know they had been there. This really impressed us since our experience with other contractors has been that the mess is part of the experience. We were able to comfortably continue living in our home while this massive project was ongoing. Regarding fairness, what this really comes down to is pricing. We always felt like Reagan was straightforward and fair in his pricing. My wife and I picked out a tile pattern that ended up being quite a bit more complicated to lay and I am certain that Reagan gave us a more than fair price for the upgrade. When we added things on or as problems arose that needed to be fixed (e.g., plumbing lines in the wrong spot, electrical wires not in the right spot) we were given fair prices to have it fixed. We are certain that we got an excellent deal and that this has added considerable value to our home. Finally, regarding attention to detail, Reagan has a gentleman named Brad who works for him. He is the one who did most of the work in our master bath. Everyday he would show up, lay down mats to protect the rest of the house from dust and debris, and get to work. His attention to detail borders on compulsive but the bathroom tile looks amazing. Every grout line is perfect and the designs are precise. When our initial layout wasn’t going to look right given some engineering issues, it was Brad who created the design we have now and both my wife and I love it. Everything about the bathroom is precise and perfectly laid out. Overall, we would strongly recommend Reagan Remodeling to anyone considering home remodel. We will certainly call them back when its time to finish our basement.

I recently contracted with Reagan Remodeling to totally refinish two bathrooms and to replace a laundry room floor. The entire crew, Brian, Brad and Zach did an excellent job. In addition, they were very personable and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Reagan Remodeling to friends or family, or to use them again myself.

Brian exceeded our expectations. He came in on budget and finished the job a week before it was due. Besides all of that, his workmanship is impeccable. Our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. He is truly talented. Any person would be lucky to hire him. My husband and I felt lucky to have found him. Above and beyond all of that, he is a nice person and it was great to work with him.

Excellent workmanship from demo through our completed kitchen remodel. We couldn’t have been happier with the remodel and the work done by Brian, Brad and Zach. The work was completed on time at the agreed upon price. Great care was taken to keep the work area clean and tidy after each days work and Regan Remodeling did a great job communicating with us before they commenced the various work that needed to be done to complete our remodel.

I couldn't be happier with how the bathroom turned out. Great craftsmanship and the tile work is especially beautiful. Communication was excellent...they were always there when they said they would be. Highly recommend them.

Very well. We had an installer who was very friendly and meticulous.

We had everything in our hall bath redone except the tub. In our master bath, they replaced everything except the linen closet, including the removal of a large corner soaker tub and enlarging and tiling a whole new shower. Brian and his crew were great to work with throughout the estimation process and the whole job. Any time there was a question about anything, we talked it over and decided what would look best. The tile work is phenomenal, and they were also fine with me changing my mind about the color of the toilet in the hall bath after it was installed. Also, they were easy to have in the house while I was working at home...they made an effort to protect the hallways and other areas they were passing through and to try and keep the dust and mess to a minimum, which I really appreciated. We really like the end result of what they did and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Brian was amazing. We had an idea of what we wanted. Brian came and suggested some other great ideas during the process. He was always responsive through the entire job. Brian did excellent work and we could not be happier with the completed project. Our new floor, bar and cabinets took the basement to the next level and we are excited about using it. Would definitely use Reagan Remodeling in the future and will refer his services to everyone.

Worth every penny! Brian and his crew did an amazing job in our hall and master bath. They definitely pay attention to detail and make sure everything is done correctly to the customers satisfaction. Brian was responsive and very patient, the first day of work he went through each room and we discussed all the work being done to make sure our vision was lining up with the work being done. Another thing I was impressed with was how clean the rooms and path to them were each day when they stopped for the day. They took extra care to make sure to not leave a mess anywhere inside or out of the house during or after project completion.
