Description of Work: Installed ac and furnace efficiently and left no mess. They also applied for our rebate from Amerun UE which we received promptly. Installers were very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Description of Work: I use Crystal Heating & Cooling Services Inc. They put in a new furnace for me last year and they serviced it since then. I took out their yearly service plan.

Description of Work: my heat and AC did not working properly. AC stopped for a few days, I got Air comfort service to looked at two days earlier, the tech Mark did something, he only kept complain that our furnace is too old. after he left, the heat was not working. I called Air comfort back, the lady on the phone was very nice, she checked with the tech who said he can not help us any more and we should look for someelse. the lady on the phone offered to refund our service charge which was nice. so I found Crystal heating; it is on$40 for whole diagnostic and visit. The tech Gary was just amazing. he came prompt on time. he spent two hours checking everything, fixed all the problems, even did extra work to help us finding all the stuff, we just purchased this big house with many things we don't even know where they were. Gary went out his way to find all the equiments checking the function, giving advice.... he just simplly to be amazing, very knowledgable, professional, patience, he not only knows what he is doing and talking about, also he was able to find a way to explain and show me everying. i knew nothing about furnace/heat/ac or any house supplies before his visit. He didn't even mention to charge us any extra after whole two hours continuous work. he wrote a summary for me for record with 0 charge. All of his hard work including coming all the way was only $40 the amount i prepaid online. Now I felt sorry that I should have gave him a big tip. Anyway, from now on, we decided we will always call Gary for any future service on HVAC system. we also plan to sign up a yearly service plan with Crystal heating. But we will require Gary to be our guy.

Description of Work: On an annual maintenance contract. They keep my heating and air-conditioning working effectively. And, they show up on time!

Description of Work: Recharge both units - no other inspections checked or tested. Ask for estimate to replace both and have not yet heard back from company !!
