+ -1 moreChris arrived at the house about half an hour prior to our scheduled start time and had already begun preliminary examination of the home when I arrived. He offered me some background information on home inspection service in the area and quickly set me at ease with honesty and recommendations for how to use the report and what he would do if it were his house to buy. As we went through the house, Chris was very good about pointing out little things and offering his knowledge and expertise on best fixes. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness of the inspection. I would recommend Chis and Paul, the owner, to anyone needing an inspection. Very meticulous and thorough.
Description of Work: Chris did a pre-sale inspection to help identify possible areas of concern on a new home i was purchasing. Cost included thourough inspection, sewer lateral line video, and termite inspection.
