First of all, the company responded to my request and scheduled the work within 24 hours. Then, when I had to reschedule, they were patient and flexible. Once we agreed on a new date and time, Paul called (with plenty of notice) when he realized that he may be late. When he arrived, he removed his shoes at the front door. He reviewed my request and got right to work. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the source of failure, and offered solutions along with a verbal estimate. Suspicions about the company (not Withrow) that did the original electrical work on this house proved to be true. It is very clear now that they "cut some corners.? Those same electricians (not Withrow) were hired to do additional repairs on several other occasions. I won?t mention the name here, but will write a review on the company (not Withrow). Back to the Withrow review: Smoke / fire detectors were ordered through Withrow because they offer a one year warranty, and will have them back for the install. Light / ceiling fan fixtures will also be replaced ~ hopefully merging the two jobs so I don?t have to pay for additional service fees. Will update review after all work is complete.

Withrow Electric responded to my request for services in an extremely timely manner given it was during the holiday season. The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and very conscious of cost. I will definitely use them again.

They sit us in although they were super busy. It was great. Their price was very good compare to other people in town and they did the work really fast. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Rich Withrow and his team did a fantastic job yesterday at our home. My husband was very impressed and that is hard to do. Since I am not an electrician I am not sure how to describe everything accurately, but I know it involved adding circuits or a new board or something, then piping the connection through the wall, along the house, under ground and to our hot tub. They got it all done in one day and you can hardly tell they were there which is fantastic. They cleaned up everything, did a great job burying the line and even remulched over the pipe. Our new hot tub now works great and we appreciate the prompt service Withrow gave us.

When Rick came out to give me an estimate on the job, I was pleased that he seemed to think things through and didn't seem overly optimistic. In fact, before he even gave me a quote, he met with a city engineer out at our place to discuss the details. I thought this was a good sign. He was on-time for the estimate and gave me plenty of details about how the work would go. On the day of, the workers were right on time. The electricity was out at the house for the whole day, so we went to work to let them do the job. But there was adequate communication. They finished up as they had expected, and had great communication with the city electricians, who showed up right on time to inspect and turn on service to the house. I was very pleased that we didn't wait around all day for that part to happen. Everything's been working well for a few weeks now, and we'll soon have them out for Part 2 of the electrical work project! I'm glad I am working with Withrow Electric.

They were very busy but they worked me in since I was out of power in my Living Room and main floor bath. Prompt and professional going right to the source of the problem. Also very affordable. I have some other electrical upgrades that I will have them perform.

Rich quoted the job, we booked a date, they confirmed the day before, and showed up on time to start the job. Completed all work and clean up in 2 hours.

We have inspection items on a regular basis that require electrical expertise. We use Withrow on a regular basis thru out the year. They are always professional, affordable and on time. If they say they are going to do it...they do. Great company, honest people!

They charged alot and did sloppy work

I called him, he sent someone by to do what we talked about. They left, He billed me and I paid!

Rich and his team were absolutely wonderful. I had a vision of what I wanted in lighting on my porch and Rich steered me towards the more affordable option. I really love what they did and it was so affordable. Rich is a well known, well liked guy and I definitely see why. I will definitely use him for all my electrical work.

We will continue to use Rich Withrow at Withrow Electric and would recommend them to anyone needing an electrician who knows what they are doing.

When the supervisor/owner Rich called with the estimate, he quoted a charge for a $75 service call, as well as the part and labor for doing the work. I contacted him regarding "free estimates" (from their website: "We analyze the problem, then provide a free estimate so you will know what we will be doing, and how much it will cost, before we begin your project."). The email I received from Rich in response to my question: "If we had gone to your home and you said the fan does not work and ask how much to replace it,we could have quoted you a price.That would constitute a free estimate.When we have to actually take out our tools and WORK on the fan,that constitutes a service call.I hope this explanation clarifys everything." I then called to talk with Rich to see if he would discount the first visit and was sadly disappointed by the conversation and hostility. I have since cancelled the appointment to work on the fan.
