It looks like you may have been disappointed regarding the lack of a written estimate? If the job can be estimated, we are always willing to conduct a free estimate and provide a verbal amount &/or written estimate. If a customer requests a copy of the estimate, we gladly provide them via email, fax or mail. If the job is more of a service call in nature (troubleshooting) then it is most likely impossible to give a solid estimate of cost as there are potentially too many unknown variables that could come into play. I hope this addresses your comment on lack of written estimate being provided?! Feel free to clarify any points. Thank you!
