They were very busy but they worked me in since I was out of power in my Living Room and main floor bath.  Prompt and professional going right to the source of the problem.  Also very affordable.  I have some other electrical upgrades that I will have them perform.

Rich quoted the job, we booked a date, they confirmed the day before, and showed up on time to start the job. Completed all work and clean up in 2 hours.

Withrow did a great job, they were professional and punctual.  I would use Withrow again for electrical work in my home.

We have inspection items on a regular basis that require electrical expertise.  We use Withrow on a regular basis thru out the year.  They are always professional, affordable and on time.  If they say they are going to do it...they do.  Great company, honest people!

They charged alot and did sloppy work

I called him, he sent someone by to do what we talked about. They left, He billed me and I paid!

Rich and his team were absolutely wonderful. I had a vision of what I wanted in lighting on my porch and Rich steered me towards the more affordable option. I really love what they did and it was so affordable. Rich is a well known, well liked guy and I definitely see why. I will definitely use him for all my electrical work. 

We will continue to use Rich Withrow at Withrow Electric and would recommend them to anyone needing an electrician who knows what they are doing. 

When the supervisor/owner Rich called with the estimate, he quoted a charge for a $75 service call, as well as the part and labor for doing the work.  I contacted him regarding "free estimates" (from their website:   "We analyze the problem, then provide a free estimate so you will know what we will be doing, and how much it will cost, before we begin your project."). The email I received from Rich in response to my question: "If we had gone to your home and you said the fan does not work and ask how much to replace it,we could have quoted you a price.That would constitute a free estimate.When we have to actually take out our tools and WORK on the fan,that constitutes a service call.I hope this explanation clarifys everything."

I then called to talk with Rich to see if he would discount the first visit and was sadly disappointed by the conversation and hostility.  I have since cancelled the appointment to work on the fan.
