Description of Work: I had a hot water heater replaced with an AO Smith model. Rodney came out on schedule to give me a bid which was the best among 2 other leading local providers. 2 young men came who were pleasant and answered all my questions during installation in which they also hauled away the old tank. Everything was smooth and no problems for 2 mo. now so I believe the installation was successful. Hopefully, the unit will last an appropriate duration. I am very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Once they came here they were responsive and got the HVAC system working again. They also installed the HVAC system a four or five few years ago and did a good job on the installation part, however, they also compromised a structural member in the process that had to be fixed later.

Description of Work: Had a plumbing issue where my pressure relief valve was making noise. While this company was listed as a plumbing company, they are actually a water softener systems company. However, they gladly dispatched a plumber who quickly and easily solved the problem. And he only charged me for a half hour because it was such an easy fix.

Description of Work: Called at 11am, they gave me a quote over the phone and work was done by 2pm the same day. They replaced my hot water heater for less than half of the quote I received from a different contractor (who was not listed on angieslist) and gave me a better warranty. There was a bit of a mess left behind, but my water heater is in a small closet with poor lighting so the mess was difficult to see and cleaning it up forced me to go through all of the junk that I had stored up in there. Techs were friendly and helpful, I would recommend using this company.

Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump, air conditioner, tankless water heater and water softener for us. They were there when they said they would be and did a great job of installing the equipment, and cleaned up afterwards. They stepped us through using the new thermostat and answered any questions we had. Everything is working fine at this time.

Description of Work: Heat was not starting up reliably. They cleaned the igniter, drain lines, tightened connections. Good service at a very reasonable price. Only downside was first appointment on a Monday morning and they were an hour late.

When they came back for an adjustment, they explained my system to me. I am now well educated on how my thermostat works.

+ -1 moreI've used Rob at least 6 times so far for my own property and a rental. I got his name as a referral in 2006 and am still grateful. What I can think of has been toilet repair (2-3 times), faucet repair, shower/bath repair, and garbage disposal repair. In some cases this has meant new parts and installation. I have never been upset with the price, and I used to work in plumbing supply many years ago. Be aware that Rob's All-Pro Plumbing has merged with another company, in order to reduce overhead and provide group insurance for their employees: Air and Water Solutions. Therefore, if you want and quot;All Pro Plumbing,and quot; when you call them make sure to ask for Rob. I haven't used anybody else at AWS, so I couldn't say one way or the other anything about his partner(s).
Description of Work: On this date I called Rob about a leaking toilet at a rental property. It was leaking onto the floor, not into the bowl, so it was pretty important. As always he did a great job. The entire valve had to be replaced and in total I paid $110. He came next day. I think the longest I've ever waited for him was 48-72 hours, but that was for low-priority work (i.e., something that can wait).

+ -1 morePlumber had an immediate opening and was able to meet me at my house a half hour after I made the call. Arrived at my house on time and had the water heater fixed within minutes. Said he usually charged $140 for replacing the heating element, but since it was a quick fix he only charged me $120.
Description of Work: Called because my hot water heater wasn't heating like it had in the past. Plumber came and replaced one of the two heating elements in the water heater.

Plus the other companies suggested jack-hammering our floor to fix the problem. All Pro fixed the problem for a very affordable price and they were the least invasive. We will definitely use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreI visited the store to see what they had to offer. They sell Kinetico brand softeners and after they explained how the system worked they offered to come out and give me an estimate. They were out that same day and, after I researched prices and quality of the equipment I made the decision to purchase. They installed it three days later. The plumbers were friendly and were finished in two hours. They even hauled the old softener away.
