I called and asked for an estimate and they sent out a tech to review the situation. Once he reviewed the situation a sales person came out and we talked options. He offered several different unit types, some lower and some higher priced. He recommended replacing my entire HVAC system but the service tech said that the furnace was in good shape. I chose not to replace the furnace (doubled the price and reduces the efficiency of the AC unit) but the sales person didn't pressure me to do otherwise. They sent out 2 techs and they worked most of the day, had to leave to get some parts that were not packed with the unit once. Overall they were clean and courteous. Price was about what I expected. Only complaint was I was told they would return with warmer weather to check the unit but have not heard back. I plan and following up with that myself.

The lady I spoke to on the phone to schedule service was very friendly. James arrived a few hours later and diagnosed and repaired issue in less than an hour. I was very anxious having someone come into my unkempt home but he was very respectful and professional.

The technicians came out the same day we called for help. They were patient, helpful and quick to perform their work and answer our questions. The office staff were very courteous and responsive. We would highly recommend this company to anyone having problems with their central A/C unit.

Very professional and punctual. The technician came to the house, fixed the capacitor, explained his work, and left. The total reflected one hour of labor and the cost of the part. Will use again in the future.

They told me it needed to be replaced and they could get on it ASAP. I was shot an estimate of nearly $1100. Unacceptable. I ask how much it would be if I provided the hot water heater and was told the installation would in the $600 range. I ended up getting the job done for $675 including the price of the heater. We had a very AWESOME experience with Air & Water Solutions! It started with Rodney working with our schedule to view the job. The compressor on the old A/C was blown so we were with out A/C until the new unit was installed. We got several bid and theirs was the lowest They installed a 17 SEER Trane heat pump for $8441.00 and we are getting back $600 from Boone Electric for the dual fuel credit program. Their Installer Jamie was very thorough and made sure everything was 100% correct. We love our new system!

.Average price for a service call, but service was prompt and successful. They serviced my tankless water heater, and while it was flushing, they did my other repair. Final price, service, VALUE and repairs were excellent.

The plumber did an excellent job; was friendly and very professional. And he was efficient. The job took less time than I expected. We had two toilets with slow leaks at the base that we called him to fix. One also needed to have a fill valve replaced that I was going to do sometime. But he was doing such good work, I had him take care of all the issues while he was here. There was some confusion between me and their office when I made the appointment. Somehow they scheduled the appointment one day later than I expected. Not sure if that was their fault or mine. But the service otherwise was so good, that I did not mind too much. It has been 3 months now since the work was done, and everything is working fine. The plumber that worked here (Rob) was great. I would definitely use this company's services again.

They came when they promised they would, cleaned up after themselves, and removed old unit. Very professional installers and spent time with us showing how to use the new thermostat.

Everything was perfect from the first call to the final product installed. When I called, I just wanted to schedule someone to look at our current model and give us an estimate, but I wasn't expecting it to be anytime soon since I wasn't committed to replacement yet. To my surprise, Rodney came out within 20 minutes of my phone call and had an estimate ready in writing within two hours of my call. The installation was scheduled promptly, and Stacy even helped with the scheduling via email over the weekend. The installer was punctual, professional and knowledgable. He showed us everything of importance with the new model and cleaned thoroughly before leaving. I was very happy with the price considering the added value to our home with this upgrade. This was my second time using AWS, and I'll continue to use them and recommend them in the future.

I contacted AWS and set up an appointment for two days later on a non-emergency issue. Another highly rated plumbing company had taken a month to do nothing after their initial visit to look at my drain and hear that I wanted maintenance on my water heater. AWS called and said they were available earlier, so it ended up to be next day service. Chris from AWS called when he was on his way, so there was no waiting around for them. He started flushing my instant water heater and looked at the drain (it is a rare high end Kohler custom part). As he was calling suppliers to find a replacement, he figured out and repaired the part himself. Since the heater maintenance took a half hour, Chris used that time to repair the drain. Whatever I and the other plumber expected the drain to cost, it ended up costing zero. I am VERY happy. It could not have gone any better in service and price. Chris's initiative and mechanical ability is impressive.

I had such a great experience with these guys! I can't recommend them enough. I had originally used Home Depots and quot;free consultation serviceand quot; and this is the company that HD has do their work. Ralph called me within 24 hours and was able to come out the next day to look at our furnace. He talked me through the options, told me a desperately needed a new water heater (it really did need to be replaced--it was barely holding up). He told me he'd get me an estimate by the next day and had it for me that afternoon. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. He told me about a deal HD was running to help us finance our furnace and walked me through all the paper work when we decided to use that option. They ordered the furnace on Wednesday, it arrived to their store on Thursday and they were able to come and install it Friday. It only took them a couple of hours and they came back when the inspector came over to check it out. Not only were the prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, they gave us a new filter for the furnace that can be washed (so we don't have to buy anymore!!) and they gave us a CO2 alarm and installed it for no charge. I will be using this company again!

Plumber suspected the leak was coming from dishwasher based on description of location given on phone. Though they thought a dishwasher repairman would be needed came out and looked. Confirmed that the dishwasher was where leak was coming from.and did not charge for visit.

The service was done very much to my satisfaction.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Rob came on time and was very professional and helpful, gave me information on replacing shower trim kit even though it wasn't on my job list and said that I could give him a call to get advice on purchasing a new trim kit. All in all, everything went very well, the cost was extremely reasonable (much cheaper than Master-Tech!) and I would definitely hire this company again.

I called the office two weeks ago and asked for someone to evaluate my HVAC system. They said they had a big job and wouldn't be able to coordinate an appointment until the following week. They took my name and number and said they would call me back that next week but two weeks later, they still hadn't. I finally called them back and set up an appointment for 8:00 this morning. I called at 8:15 to see why they were running late (e.g. emergency job, illness in the family, etc). The office wasn't sure but assured me that someone should be arriving soon. At 8:45 I had to leave for a work apointment and they still hadn't arrived or called to explain/reschedule. I called the office again to let them know I needed to cancel the appointment and was hoping they would be a little apologetic but they were not. They asked if I wanted to reschedule but I am not sure if I want to do business with a company that starts off on the wrong foot like this. I hope this is an isolated incident.

I have used this company four times now and have always extremely satisfied. I really like that they are punctual, quote you a fair price, and very conscientious about the quality of their work.

I was more than pleased each time. I will continue to use them and to recommend them. I have NOT listed accurate dates or cost of services since of course they varied but the cost for service has always been more than fair.

Air and Water Solutions is a terrific company. Service is prompt, workers are extremely professional and friendly. Costs are reasonable and they respond immediately. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!

Price far below the other systems because they are the biggest manufacturer of the machine.

I had the Air and Water guys out a few times for several leak issues. They were very nice and the let me use the online coupon a couple of times. One of the guys missed a leak originally, but he felt bad about it and when he came back he didn't charge me much at all, since he realized he had made a mistake. I don't mind if companies make mistakes, it's how they handle them that matters - and these guys were great about righting their wrong.

Air and Water solutions were there for me from the moment my air-conditioner blew a circuit breaker (which I didn't realize - and I called them thinking it had just stopped working) through the installation of a new HVAC in my new home. They worked with me to discover whether the problem was really with my HVAC, or with my electrical panel, which I found impressive since they might have cost themselves a great deal of money if it turned out to be the panel. Once an electrician confirmed it was my air-conditioner and not the panel, Air and Water Solutions did an amazing job installing the new unit, along with a new furnace (something that was long overdue in the home). They also arranged for an energy audit with the city, and filed all the paperwork necessary to get a rebate from the city for installing a high-efficiency unit. AND, when I had new windows installed over two months later, they helped me arrange for an audit and rebate for that service, too. Honestly, I couldn't' ask for more. An amazing company.

Great. Rob did a super job. It was a bit more complicated because of how the faucets entered the house and required cutting through the wall. A job well done. Will definitely use this provider in the future.

I'm happy to say there were no surprises with the quality of service from what I read in other reviews here. The company was able to schedule an appointment within a few hours, the provider called when he was on his way, and everything was done in a professional manner with explanation of work needing to be done and reasonable pricing. I will be using this company again for HVAC inspection and modifications as well. Final cost was $77 after Angie's List $20 coupon.
