Great. Our shutoff valve was difficult to operate, and the pressure control valve was old and leaking. The service man, Rob McDowell, was prompt, fast and courteous. We have had other work (HVAC) performed by this firm, and have always been pleased.

Wonderful! Rob came out within just a few hours of talking to him (as he did the time before when I needed him to clear a clogged drain in my basement), he fixed the problem within minutes, and he talked to me about what may be causing the problem and what precautions I need to take in order to ensure I do not have problems in the future. I really appreciate that he talked to me very openly and made sure I understood why it happened. I very highly recommend this company!

The quote from Air and Water Solutions Inc. was a little high. I called my regular air conditioning guy and he quoted me about half their price. We used a different company.

I called them and they came right away and took care of the issue. I'm estimating the cost, including parts. I don't remember exactly how much it was, but when my pipes burst, timeliness was far more important than cost...they could have very easily tried to take advantage during my emergency, but didn't. I very rarely give all A's. I only give a B for price because the price was reasonable...it wasn't amazing. Call them because you want reliable service and a guy you can trust, not because you want the cheapest price. You can do that, too, but in my experience, I usually regret it.

I could hear the heat pump air conditioner attempting to start repeatedly and failing, so called the company to make an appointment. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and scheduled a visit in the late afternoon of the same day. They called before coming by to let me know their exact arrival time and showed up on time, as promised. The technician confirmed the phone diagnosis, replaced the part on the spot and billed about $85 for the part, labor and service call. The unit has run perfectly ever since. I have used them before to check both of our home's furnaces/heat pump and their service has always been prompt, efficient and on-time. They always take time to explain what the problem is and what is required to fix it.

Plumber ran about ten minutes late, but called thirty minutes before the appointment to let me know he was running late. I really appreciated that. The work was done for less than I thought it would cost, and there was even a $20 coupon available on the website. The only thing I wished the plumber would have brought his own broom/dustpan to clean up.

It went perfectly. Rob showed up on time, communicated with me effectively and completely, and did the work to a very high level of quality.

Rob showed up on time and installed a new kitchen faucet. I'd bought it online- it is a Delta pull-out style faucet- and he was pleased with the quality of it. He installed it quickly and easily, and so far it's working beautifully. It is a huge improvement over our last faucet, which was almost entirely solid with hard water deposits. It's like returning to actual running water in the kitchen after a long time without. I am really glad I chose to have Rob install it instead of trying to wrestle it myself! He also gave me some advice about another plumbing problem that I will schedule him to fix in the future.

Removed old hot water heater, replaced with new tank. Explained what he was doing. Made sure there were no leaks, cleaned up after themselves Very professional and curtious.

Just an estimate, not much to tell

Rob, the plumber was reasonably priced, worked quickly and did not seem to mind giving me advice about several other issues.

Air and Water solutions sent someone out that morning. They unearthed another problem that will need to be dealt with later, but fixed the sewer gas issues. They worked fast and were v. nice.

We received bids from three places and decided to go with this company because we had used them several times before and they did a good job. They also helped us get an energy audit done on our home and then assisted us with the paperwork so that we could apply for and receive money back from the city for installing energy efficient products. Everything went welll. We had had a few problems with the humidifier and the AC unit and they came out quickly and got everything fixed and running perfectly. We feel they are honest and performed the work required.

I started a project that should have waited until after company came for Thanksgiving but sure enough I could not install a bathroom sink drain without it leaking. So the day prior to the holiday I called and Air and Water Solutions, doubting I would find anyone to come the same day, much less the day before a holiday. I called about 8:30 am and they were here within 3 hours, spent an hour and diagnosing and fixing the problem. Prompt, courteous, affable. Highly recommend. I will use them again in the near future to replace a shower valve that needs work done behind the wall.

There were some ups and downs with the whole project but it was a large project and there were a lot of different people involved. Some people were responsive and professional (the energy audit guy was great) and some people were not (no shows for appointments and some lack of follow through with final details). Overall, we're pretty happy with the final result but there were some frustrations in the process.

This guy was amazing! He was very up front and honest about everything he was doing. He even told me how to unclog the sink if it happened again. He was quick, yet thorough! I think I have found my plumber and would recommend this company to anyone!

Had a new water heater installed the same day that I called to get a quote. The quote was right on since the owner (Rodney) took the time to get the exact price of the unit I needed. I really appreciated that as opposed to another local plumbing company that only provides a base price that can change depending on what the technician thinks when he comes to give the quote (which costs $55). Perhaps that is necessary in some cases but in mine the install was fairly straightforward. From Air and Water Solutions, I asked for a phone call one hour before the installer arrived so I could make sure to be home and he called on time, arrived on time, was very professional and considerate of our home (and that our daughter was napping). All around, a great experience. Highly recommend!

I just moved to a house on a wooded lot, and when we started getting pooled water around the drain in the basement, I was terrified that it would be roots and cost us thousands. What a relief when it turned out to just be a clog in the drain, exacerbated by excess condensate from the air conditioner (which is running pretty high these days). Rob removed it and it works very well!This was the first time I'd hired someone from Angie's List, and I was really impressed. He was right on time and worked quickly- in fact, he was done and out of there in less than thirty minutes, and everything is back to normal.I will definitely call this company again! Rob is formerly of All-Pro (in fact, it's still written on his truck) but now with Air and Water Solutions.

I would give them good grades overall. I would use them again.

The main water line was leakin outside causing a small swamp area in the in the back yard. Rob and hi crew showed up on time and imediatly began digging the trinch then layed the line from the house to the meter. He pulled out the old line and valve inside the basement and replaced it with a better shut off valve for the water line.

I would use them again in the future.

I had four different estimates, and Air and Water Solutions were the lowest. I also had some recommendations about them. They were on time. They seemed to want my business more than others did. They were more available, and they did a quick job. They did a good job of cleaning up.

They did the entire project in less than a day and a half. Performed an extensive energy audit and worked with the utility providers to qualify for energy rebates. Completed manufacturers warranty registration on-line. Were professional, pleasant, explained system settings and options, and have been very responsive when called with questions.
