Description of Work: I attempted to contact them several times, with no response.after weeks of leaving messages with no reponse. I receven a return phone call.only to be informed in the middle of setting a appointment, that they didn't serve my area. So I was informed that Angie list misprinted the service areas. I wS told they would call be right back in a few minutes and have not heard from them since nor have I heard from angieslist. Great customer service! I would not recommend either Angieslist or Green Grass.

Description of Work: Met Eric for an estimate to have a lawn graded and drainage installed. He was very thorough in explaining what he thought would work for the lawn and what options I had to manage costs. He provided a full page of references and had pictures of previous projects to share. Before leaving, we went over a detailed estimate that covered a couple of options. It was an actual page of handwritten numbers instead of 2 or 3 lines! His office staff was friendly easy to contact. I chose another contractor, solely based on price. That contractor's work was poor. I wish I'd gone with this company instead.

Description of Work: We had called 2 other irrigation companies and they would not return our calls. We left 1 message for Green Grass Lawn-Landscape & Sprinklers and they called us back the next day. The gentlemen who worked at our location twice was very polite and saw to it that we were 100% satisfied before he left! Way to go Green Grass Lawn-Landscape & Sprinklers!!! We will pass your name on to our friends! Thank you very much!
