Horrible doesn't even begin to describe our experience with this 'company'. After clearly stated no poison, chemicals or pesticides for yard treatment as I did not want to poison and or harm our flora + fauna not to mention the fruit + vegetables we grow. 'Eco Friendly Treatments' I believe is the phrase that was used in response to my concerns. What ever chemical and or poison was used that day to treat clover- it killed everything was flung on! The very next morning around 7 am, my 85 yr old father woke up to see his vegetable garden dying- all his hard work, gone as the plants had been poisoned by the employees chemical and or poison used the previous day. Immediately called + spoke with the one who did the treatment. As we waited for him to come out to see the damages, we walked the yard + found brown + dying plants, flowers, shrubs, bushes and grass all brown streaks and dying everywhere. Even in the areas that where not part, nor where they included in what was supposed to be treated. RE: the raspberry + blackberries patch which is no where near the clover patch- you can clearly see where he flung that chemical on it because those areas are brown and dying ! When my father told him what his garden looked like, he told my dad to "go water the garden". It took 3 days for him to come out + see the damages, 3 days! He apologized to my father after seeing the garden and he tried to apologize to me. He said he would need to know the type of plants as it was the practice of the company to replace damaged plant. My father responded "planting is over for this season, it almost time to harvest the crops. Just replacing these plants will not be enough for compensation" The guy took a few photos and as he was leaving I said "don't forget to include the shrubs, berries, roses and all the other plants you damaged. He replied he'd take it to the boss man + get back to us. Nothing, owner has not tried to contact us. I've since sent 2 emails, still nothing. I took at look at the contract and was immediately alarmed to see in the payment section, it was marked Automatic Payments, below that was the name of their bank, the bank routing number and their bank account number. I also noticed that one section of contract was written in pencil and the other part was written in pen. The portion done in pencil was filled out by company had to do with the pricing information for services, the original writing had been erased and re written with something new. And the portion my father would be signing in regards to his contact information and address, had been done in ink. This company was hired to for feed + seed the yard and treatment for clover- period! No services for mowing requested and my father clearly stated he did not need that service as he + my son would be continuing to do the mowing, raking, etc.. And yet it looks as though he is being charged for that service! We have been waiting for the owner to come take a look or at the very least, call my father to discuss a solution to satisfy the damages caused by the careless employee and feel like we are being ignored. If you are wondering - the clover is undamaged and growing like a weed. Shady business practice, Scammers, Con artist, Negligent are words I would use to describe how we feel about lawn care company. I feel he took advantage of my parents and preyed upon them due to their age.

Please be aware that Eric Williams is not reliable or professional. I have been trying to get work fixed from 2012. I have written an early review but it starts off by telling what work was done when his father was in charge of the company. Now according to the Secretary of State Office in Jefferson County the Registered State Agent is Eric Williams, so he seems be on his own,no mention of his father Ed Williams. I am taking them to small claims court to recover my money. I do not want them to fix their work. Eric hired people off Craig List, I guess they did not check out these guys because one of the workers who left the job because his grandma died then came back to my house after the job was done to get to know me. He was sent on his way but it scared me. Then the worker who collected the payment due wanted the full amount even though they stilled needed to lay down sod, it was very hot that year so it had to wait was told they would come back to so that. I also ordered Lilly of the Valley plants and never received them. I did not want to pay the full amount. He called Eric and then told me if I did not pay the full amount they would not be able to meet their payroll. I felt bad, and paid. You can read my other review and get the whole story. I included pictures of how wrong things went and how the river rocks border would get covered by the washing down of mulch and top soil. I am now including pictures of the river rock borders after I myself dug them up. But they will all disappear once the mulch and dirt slide down and cover them.

This company did some landscaping for me some years ago in 2009. First they did a retaining wall for me. The owners son Eric noticed it was not right, so they fixed it. He was so honest about the job having to be fixed. In 2010 I hired his father to do a drain system for my yard, that went well. I thought I could count on that quality of work for this job I hired him for in 2012. Wrong, I had them landscape my flower beds around the house. My property sloped downwards, so they had to grade the beds so the water would drain away from the house. I also was told that I would benefit from a river rock border for better drainage for the flower beds on the side's of my house. It did not go well at all. They may have diverted the water but the beds were piled too high with soil & mulch, so I question it. Eric told me they are fine. I told him I will watch them and see how they would hold up with the rain and if the mulch will stay in place. I know in time you add more mulch, but after a few rains showers the mulch was washed to the end of the beds and you could see the weed barrier and the plants root's were 4" above ground. The river rocks could not be seen, they were covered in dirt and mulch. Many of the new plants they put in died because the root balls were so far out of the ground. I called Eric, he came, I was promised the beds would be fixed, plants would be replaced because they were dying. Plus the tree they planted in front bed was dead, also to be replaced. I also paid him for sod & labor for a spot on the side of my house. It was very HOT that summer, so he was to come back to finish the job when it cooled down. I also paid for and wanted Lilly of Vally plants, Eric ordered them, they never arrived. Well, they still have my money and I have never received the sod or plants. Well, that was in 2012 and I am still fighting them. I have filed a claim's with the BBB, they inform the BBB they will fix the problem, Eric sends the BBB a copy of an e mail they send to me saying we are going to fix this and never show up. I file again, again with the BBB, it goes in circle's. I even caught this company, Eric going in and out of my neighbors house, so I waited for him out side by his truck and said Eric you are here, right across the street from me and you do not even stop over to even discuss our problems. He came over, looked, again agreed the plants were not planted right and would solve this. I have called, e mailed them, never to receive a reply. So please do not use this company. Eric is not the business or professional man his farther was. I have had his father Ed, servicing my sprinklers system for years. He was always a fair & honest man, but he is not stepping in or up to the plate to correct his sons mistakes. His son is to take over the business, well that's not going to work out. I also found out that they hire there workers from CRAIGS LIST, so you do not know who is coming to your house. I have had several different workers never the same person unless the sprinklers were being serviced. One of their employees came back to my house after the work was done and wanted to come in and talk. So please be very care-full. I have taken steps to take them to small claims court, I hope this will work. By the way.... My neighbor had a problem with Eric too. The workers knocked off boulders from they're retaining wall and had to rent a bob cat to put the boulders back in place. They weighed about 60 to 90 lbs. Eric billed my neighbor for the rental charge for the bob cat or should I say tried. Neighbor informed Eric after the contract is up they will not be using them any more. They wanted out of the contract, but was refused. I have plenty of pictures of their work. If any one want to see them just get in touch with me or just stop by to see for your self. I was told I could add them to this review, but have not figured out how, I will find out how. I also have copies of the e mails from Eric & Nina promising to return to fix the problems and do the right thing because they are in the business of pleasing their customers.. HA Green Grass Lawn & Sprinklers LLC also had a different address than the one that appears here on Angie's list... when they did my work. It is still Eric Williams Ed Williams . It is or was 5510 NE Antioch #297 Kansas City, MO 64119 Phone # 816 505-0190 , KS: 913 669-4548

It was hard to connect with owner Eric to get the job bid and started. I put in extra effort to contact him however because I was very impressed with his knowledge of landscape, drainage, able to tailor to our needs. He was also the only landscape company who offered to plant grass seed. All of the other ones only offered one option "sod". So when the job started I was at home to watch progress. The man in charge(not Eric the owner) said right away "I don't know how I am going dig this drain trench the way its drawn. Water does not flow uphill" He began digging in a different direction which was not where the owner had drawn it and would have dumped in an already low area in my neighbors yard. I knew this was wrong so I called Eric. After Eric called the man digging he did stop and start going the right way. After that the man was visibly irritated. Acted like it was a real inconvienence. We knew it was the correct way and how important drainage is with a retaining wall. Then he attached the French drain to the downspout too low and water would not have drained so then the man was directed to move it up. Ok then the plants went in, dogwoods in back and hostas in front. from the street looked awesome as did the retaining wall. Just beautiful. Then upon closer view the wall was still stunning but the dogwoods were visibly in distress and full of mold spots. The man in charge told me yeah the nursery talked me into this, said all their dogwoods looked like this because of all the rain we had had. He said they will pop right out of it. Then the grass seed went down and the blanket to go over it. We watered it as was instructed. Only a few springs of grass came up. Even my neighbor who installed lawn sprinklers told me " Don't waste your water, I think you are seeing all you are going to see. Just re seed in the fall. Back to the moldy hostas, after about 4 weeks it was apparent that the plants were not going to "snap out of it" Even though we were watering the leaves remained black spotted and many leaves fell to the ground. And these were plants that Eric suggested for the landscaping. So I sent him pictures of the sickly plants and they replaced with Azaleas. which was our 2nd choice. Now it is a good 2.5 months later and here's the update: The retaining wall looks great, The plants all look great except one of the azaleas. But the grass...... Ok yes I know it needs to be re-seeded. I have to call a company to do that but the so called bio-degradeable blanket did not do that it is now all brown instead of blue and I don't know if we will have to rip it up to re seed or what. also now there is a nice long crack in the earth right where the underground drain is and where the water surfaces the drain itself is not level with the lawn. It doesn't look very good. I did try to get a contract with Eric for lawn maintenance but hi s plans were too confusing. He tries to do a Good Better and Best to choose from. I couldn't understand them very well.

They do a great job, but their pricing is confusing. I signed a contract that was reasonable, but for each visit, they charge extra depending on the time the workers spend. They don't call me to let me know when they are coming, so I can't track how long they're there. Sometimes the office is slow to get back to you. My only frustration is with the pricing and billing.

Eric first came out and met with my wife and gave us some ideas and unlike some of the other people we had come out, Eric listened to our suggestions on what we wanted to do and incorporated them into the scheme. An excellant crew came out and got the whole thing done in a matter of a couple of days. The forman was very thorough. Ed came out and met with me. Gave me suggestions on what type sprinklers and rotator heads and the placement. We arrived at what I thought was a fair price. Juan the head of the crew really knew what he was doing and got it all installed in two days. Juan and Ed have come back out whenever I have a question or a request. Even now all I have to do is call Ed (he gave me his cell) and he is more than happy to walk me through anything I need. Very helpful.

Tech spent over an hour digging up and looking for the cause of a leak which filled up the valve box every time the sprinkler ran. Finally he knocked on the door to say he'd found a "pinhole leak" and replaced the pipe section. No test was performed. Additionally, rotor heads (Hunter PGP) were charged at $40 each, which must apparently include a labor component, as they can be purchased for less than $10 online. Next time the sprinkler ran, the valve box filled up again. I called Ed Williams, who called me back and scheduled an appt to come "fix it" again. No one showed up or called at the scheduled time, and never called back to reschedule. I located a new provider on Angie's who came out, on time, within 3 days of my first call, and repaired the leak, which was a cracked elbow at the valve body itself. He also replaced the valve box, which had been broken in 3 places at some point. Last week, I received an invoice for the full amount of labor, plus the rotors, plus misc other parts. I immediately responded that they had not completed the repairs, that I had to pay another company to do the work when they didn't show up, and that I would pay for the rotor replacements (again - very overpriced if it is only parts cost). Last Friday, May 30, I received a voicemail from Ed Williams indicating that they did not crack the valve box, as "I was standing right there when they dug it up" (not correct - i had gone back inside). He also stated that they expected to be paid for all the labor. I should note that this company installed the sprinkler system about 7-8 years ago. Since then, I've had 3 leaks at the shutoff due to defective parts. These leaks cost me over $1500 (yes, not a typo) in water the first year. In fairness, they agreed to pay part of the bills. I have had 2 other leaks at valve boxes, in addition to this one. The design of the system leaves a lot to be desired... with valve boxes under maple trees (notorious for lots of roots), and two others side-by-side in the middle of the back yard, which is an eyesore. I paid the invoice in full today just to be done with them and a very unfavorable experience. I don't know why i stuck with them for so long. My bad - lesson learned. As always, your mileage may vary.

I had them originally do some landscaping. I was very pleased with the work. As a result, I decided to have them come out the following spring to do some pruning, mulching, fertilizing, general cleanup to keep things looking nice. That went fine for a couple of years. In 2014, I decided that I would not have them perform this service. I contacted them in March 2014 to let them know only to discover that it was too late to cancel for the 2014 services. The original contract I signed back in 2012 had a rolling one-year clause. If I did not notify them at least one month before the new one-year period started (which was based on the date I signed the original contract), they assumed I had agreed to the services and they had me on the schedule.. Unfortunately, I had signed the contract in March so I would have had to notify them in February. I agreed to pay $125 as a penalty fee to get out of the contract for 2014. This is my fault to not remember the terms of the contract I signed previously, but I think they could be more up-front and notify you each year that you need to cancel by a certain date. I think they would be okay to use for one-time projects but you need to be vigilant if you use them for any ongoing maintenance services. Read the agreement they ask you to sign carefully. If you can be organized enough to keep track of your "cancel by" date, then you might be okay using them. I haven't decided if I will or won't use them in the future. If I do, I definitely will only sign for the specific project and will not sign another open-ended contract.

**UPDATE** I guess I left my positive review too soon. After Jason left I noticed that some sprinkler heads were leaking. I have called multiple times and left messages with no return phone call. I don't know how to fix the problem that was created by them coming out here. My sprinkler system was off before they got here and Jason turned it on to check it, and he assured me everything was off when he left. Now some sprinklers have been leaking since Jason left and NO response from this company. I am hoping they will come back out today and FIX this issue. Jason was very nice and professional. He figured out that there's a problem with the water pressure so he's coming back next week to fix the problem.
Description of Work: I bought a Deal for a sprinkler tune up. Jason showed up on time and was very professional. However, after Jason left I noticed some sprinklers were leaking and have not stopped in three days! I have called the company every day and left messages and they are not returning my call and now I have leaking sprinklers with no knowledge of how to stop it.

We have a rather large yard because we live on a curve and most of it is on the side of the house. It was in pitiful shape because we never watered. It was just too big to spend all day several days a week moving the water sprinkler around the yard. Joe and his team installed an irrigation system and renovate our yard (a very kind term for "Boy, this is a mess. We really need to do something.") Anyway, his cost included the lawn renovation and was the same as a competitors just for the irrigation system. And, best of all, we actually have grass again. He does expect it to take a couple of years to get it to the place where my husband wants it to be, but we have contracted with him to do that. For now, it is on track to go from one of the worst (not quite the worst) lawns in the neighborhood to one of he best. You will love working with Joe. He is an extremely nice person, patient, answers all your questions, offers advice to help with specific problems areas, and checks on your job personally. We had an extremely difficult place in the back of our house where we could not get grass to grow AT ALL. It was really frustrating because we tried everything. He suggested a different type of seed and, of course, much more water than we had been able to put on it before. But, with the new sprinkler system, that was not problem. It comes on and goes off, and we don't have to do a thing. It even has a rain sensor so that if it rains at least 1/4 inch the sprinklers won't come on until the next day. We really love it and are looking forward to beautiful grass and fewer weeds.

The only bad experience was the contact and being charged extra. The removal itself was done expertly. The workers at my house were nice. The issue came to the contract and dealing with the owner. My advice if you use them is to be home when they work and check the job prior to them leaving against the letter of your contract.
Description of Work: Had a written contract for removal of trees to include 6 inches below ground level. The cut the trees down and then tried to bury with dirt. I called them on it and contacted the owner. I asked them to honor the contract. They then removed the whole stump and then tried to charge me extra.

[member name removed] was charged an additional amount for additional hours because he wanted the root ball removed completely (which was not originally in the contract to do) - [member name removed] did pay the additional charge and we reimbursed him for $100 to resolve this issue. This job was completed in August of 2012 and we have not heard anything from [member name removed] that would suggest he was unhappy with our service - we would have done all we could to make the customer happy. One of our managers, Jason, contacted [member name removed] to try to resolve this and [member name removed] did not wish to talk about the issue and hung up. We would like to come to some kind of understanding or talk about a way in which we can fix this but he told us not to contact him again.

The only good thing I can say is that the french drains work. I lost over a thousand dollars in plants and bushes because they either dug them up or cut them down, telling me after the fact that they were sucker trees (snowball bush, azaleas). They have no idea the difference between a plant and a weed. They mulched over old mulch, so it is beyond me how they managed to kill so many of my plants, but they did. I fired them after signing a contract with them for services, and they billed outside of the agreement, stating in an email that they have to recoup their money because they were spending more money that year. This would make the contract null and void, however, after firing them, they continue to bill me to this day. I fired them in Feb 2013. It is laughable. They don't return emails, and communication in this company is a joke. I am taking them to small claims court. Do yourself a favor and don't get involved with this company. They have shady business practices. Update: Jason, the Manager, did come to my house, and made empty promises about replacing bushes that were cut down, and removing the charges that I don't owe. None of these things were done, and although I did give the company a chance to make good on their promise, again, they are still billing me for work that wasn't performed, as it was after they were fired. Jason also let me know that no one was really sure what was and wasn't done, due to their sloppy bookkeeping. They randomly bill for things that aren't owed, and continue to bill me to this day - 2 years later. They won't see another dime of my money, I can guarantee. I am not the only one they have done this to, apparently. I stand by my review that they are a shady company.
Description of Work: Hired to install 2 french drains, mulch front of house, and set rocks around garden bed.

I was pleased with the work. Although it was pricey, I was very pleased with the outcome. I made the agreement with Eric of Green Grass in October. It was difficult getting the project started partly because of the weather and partly because other projects had to be completed before mine. I paid half up front and we didn't get to start on the project until I called several times. However when they did start, it was completed within a week's time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, I will work with them again.
Description of Work: They contracted with a tree removal service to remove tree trunks and bushes. They set in place a decorative wall, provided stone landscaping, planted bushes, trees and small bushes, and reseeded yard and placed mats over the seeds to protect them. They also redirected the water spouts away from the house, underground, to stop erosion of soil.

Do Not use ERIC WILLIAMS
Description of Work: Eric Williams missed 2 appts. He finally ame for the third appt, only to meet with 1 of us so he came back again and was late! My husband and I had explained to him in detail that our Insurance adjuster who was in the business for over 30 years explained exactly what needed to be done to correct the water issue from the summer drought, but Eric argued that he knew better. Eric was very confrontational, and I had my small kids in the house so I wanted to be done as quickly as possible. Eric told my husband and I what needed to be done, picked out additional plants and trees even though I repeatedly said I did not want any plants or shrubs, and told us our total would be almost 6000.00 and he needed half immediately. My husband and I were so stunned by the whole incident that we gave him a down payment of 2890.00 without any contract. My husband just signed papers with costs on them, but no contract. Eric even asked me to use my photo copier to make a copy in which I did. Eric had been harrassing my husband with calls 2-3 times a day until he came for the appointment on 11/10/2012 then after he received the check we did not hear from him. On Fri. Nov11/16/12 in the morning my husband and I made a conference call to Eric but he was out of the office, but we did speak to his assistant Nina. We explained to Nina that we had decided to get other opinions about the work, we were really uncomfortable with Eric and would appreciate it if the deposit was returned. Nina confirmed to the both of us that we were still not scheduled, she would let Eric know and she would return our deposit. On Monday I had a feeling that I should check our account and I did, only to find out that the check was deposited on Friday AFTERNOON! After I spoke with Green Grass, After I confirmed we were not Scheduled, After I was assurred our check would be returned to US! I tried to contact my bank, but was told that the check was definately deposited Friday, and already cleared which meant Eric Williams Had 2890.00 of our Money. I finally got in contact with him and he kept talking about a contract. I told him he never gave me any contract, never had me sign a contract and I just wanted the funds returned. But he told me NO! He even went on to say that he got the message from Nina, and we were not on the schedule but were planned to be scheduled for the next week. I explained to him that I did not feel comfortable with him but he stated he was not refunding the money and he emailed us that he suggested that my husband and I allow him to do the job. My husband and I already decided he was not going to do the job. We asked to be sent a copy of the signed contract and receipts that Eric williams said he had for the job that was cancelled before it was even scheduled, but to date he has been unable to provide any such material to us. I have also contacted the better bussiness bureau because I have heard that this was not the first time that Eric Williams of Green Grass Lawn and Sprinklers has done something like this and we are also waiting for the response. My attorney is also awaiting a response from Mr. Eric Williams, especially since his reply stated that he received the message about ending all business together and refunding the funds and he ignored that and deposited the check of his own free will into his business account. I wonder how many others he is doing this to?

Response from Green Grass Lawn & Sprinklers
We were contacted by Member first by email on 10/1/12. He requested an appointment and an estimate for some landscape work. We met with Member and he explained his desires for a landscape bed; we then walked around his house and he proceeded to explain how their basement had flooded and was advised to have some re-grading done around the house. We proposed a full plan combining drainage systems, grading and landscape beds to correct the drainage issues around the house and also satisfy their desires for an improved look around the house. We submitted the design and corresponding estimate on 10/19/12. We proceeded to follow up with the customer as we do any estimates and designs that we give to anyone. I did get a return call from member saying that he did want to go forward with the project but wanted to review each part of the plan and wanted me to further explain my ideas to him and his wife. We met on 11/10/12 and reviewed the contract and the design. I walked around the house with member; member's wife, first without member - she pointed out some changes that she wanted to make before proceeding. I worked up the pricing changes at this point at their home to reflect the design changes requested by them. Doing this we were able to reduce the price a little. I wrote up changes on the formal estimate/contract in person and member signed the contract to proceed with the work. Our process is to agree on a price & then have them sign the contract before we spend more time picking out details of wall stone color and plant material choices. There is a substantial amount of time that goes into planning a drainage and landscape project. And we do require a 50% down payment and signature before we pick any details out. This was explained to them before proceeding with the contract. On 11/10/12 once the contract was signed and I received a check for 50% $2890. We then took more time to pick out the plants, river rocks and wall stone choices. I drove a work vehicle set up with materials and member and his wife picked out what they wanted from plant books, and materials choices I supplied. I told them we would be starting within the next couple of weeks and that they would get a call from us letting them know what day we planned on starting. They had called our office on 11/16/12 and I was out of the office all day that day. We had payments already processed through our accounting system to deposit every Friday, and their down payment was in the batch that was deposited. By this time we had already placed order on materials outlined for their job. The retaining wall stone usually takes a couple days to get in and they were advised that we make our calls for scheduling each Monday of the week. Nina in our office took the call from them on 11/16/12 and Nina had only been with us for about 2.5 months at that point. Nina was confused on how to handle the situation and told them she didn’t see them on the schedule yet, that’s because we do the scheduling on Mondays and we had them planned to start the next week and had already placed orders for their job. Our process was explained up front before taking the down payment and before they signed the contract. More time and work had gone into their landscape plans even after we met and signed the agreement on 11/10/12. We have a lot of hours invested in their design, drawings, administrative planning, etc. And once we get awarded the contract we don’t give refunds. member called me the following Monday 11/19/12 and mentioned that memberwanted to get some other bids. I informed him that we had already had time and money invested in the project and it was too late for a change of mind to get other bids on the project. Member acted as if he understood and would talk to member. Member called back later in the evening and left a message demanding a refund. I made a call to member to talk with her about proceeding with the project and she made insulting statements towards the way that we do business and that she wanted their money back. Member seemed to be very mad and upset that we said we don’t give refunds and she didn’t seem to understand why we wouldn’t. Most of the plans and appointment correspondence was done between myself (Ed), Eric and member. Member is the one who the agreement was made with and he signed the contract. We did everything we could to inform the customer of our process and encouraged to let us just proceed with the work. We have to be compensated for our time invested in planning this project and also the interruption in our schedule. We stopped all the plans doing their project and proceeded to go through designs and details with another customer that we planned on doing after their project. This resulted in several days in the week that we could not have our employees work and produce income for our company. There was a minimum of 5-days of work which we lost due to you stopping us from working on your yard the week of November 19, 2012, which was planned and scheduled. Digrite was called before you called to cancel; 1-800.344.7483, call date 11.13, Legal start date 11.16, ticket #123180816. It’s very obvious we had this on our schedule for the week of 11.19.12. We had no work for the 2-workers that were assigned to your project for this week. We had no other job to put in your place; this was very costly and disaster to say the least! For these reasons among others is why we require a 50% deposit, which you knew about and signed the contract which we have sent to the Attorney General’s office, BBB of Greater Kansas City and Mr. Alan Dietchman. Kristen per our phone conversation stated some very insulting remarks to me. She stated how we did bad business and that everyone that worked at the Ford Plant would know to not do business with us. Due to these circumstances a refund is not an option for the customer. We are also within our rights to legally collect the other $2890, but we have elected not to pursue the other half of the job total. The customer did sign a contract and agreed to our contract terms of the agreement on the reverse side. The customer took a copy of the contract but apparently failed to copy the back of the agreement where the terms are explained. The work that was invested in the general plan, appointments, designs, materials list, ordering and scheduling interruption goes beyond the down payment that was made to us for the project to proceed. We charged member's for 1.5 days of missed work, not 5 days as we could have. We issued a check for them for the amount of $622.50 from their deposit of $2890.00 on 3.5.13. We would still consider doing the project for them for a reduced price given the situation. As we have provided some sprinkler service work to their sprinkler system and they have been happy with our service.
