Excellent every time they come out

The project took longer than estimated for various "delays" on their part. After the job I contacted Randy Brown, the general manager, about some issues I felt needed to be corrected. He never personally called me back when I had notified him in writing of the problems. Instead, he delegated this to someone else. I just don't feel that customer service is a priority with this company.

Called them for a estimate and asked to be present when he came out to survey the yards. This did not happen. Called back a couple of times asking about the proposal before somebody finally found it. Workers showed up and installed the system. Looks like they finished the job and left it as best as they could with this kind of weather.

They didn't do what they said they were going to do. They cut the number of zones down because it was hard for them to dig. Then we also had to have a pump put in. It was really loud. I complained and they put housing on it to try to silence it. It leaked. The pump has only been used 6 months and it was rusted out. I had to buy a new pump, but not from them. They wouldn't help fix the problem. They are not cooperative at all. They don't stand behind their work.

We have been using their services for over ten years and are very satisfied with their service. When we call, we are scheduled or have someone out immediately to solve what needs to be done!

Precision Irrigation performed an excellent job. The technician assigned to the job provided a very quick response, he was friendly and very thorough.

They shut us off in the fall without any problem. When they returned in the spring, they said that the system was not functional and technican estimated $300-800 repair just to be able to turn sprinklers on. Another contractor came and repaired system for $150. Precision billed us for technicians extra hour (over what we prepaid) and were rude when I called to cancel contract. Technicians are inexperienced, uncommunicative. Customer service is not in the vocabulary of this company.

THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING AS FAR AS WE COULD TELL. LATELY, WE HAVE DISCOVERED SOME PROBLEMS AND WE WILL BE CALLING THEM TO DISCUSS THIS. WE SEE THAT SOME OF THE LINES WERE NOT INSTALLED AS DEEP AS WE HAD ORIGINALLY THOUGHT. WE WILL SEE HOW WELL THEY WILL RESPOND TO THE ISSUE. WE HAD ONE OF THE LINES SPLIT AND HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM.

SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. SELLING WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. PRICE IS SO MUCH, BUT ONLY TILL MIDNIGHT TONIGHT APPROACH. THE $ AMOUNT TO TURN SPRINKLER ON WAS $220, IF SIGNED UP BEFORE MARCH. LATER DISCOVERED OTHERS WILL DO IT FOR $150. I CANCELLED THE PRE PAYMENT BUT WAS WARNED THAT, THE CANCELLATION CHARGE WILL BE $20 AND THE WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED. I CANCELLED IT ANY WAY SINCE I DID NOT LIKE THEIR ATTITUDE FOR CANCELLATION.
