Workers showed up as scheduled and performed work as described in estimate. Cleaned up after each day's work was completed. Well done.

It went great. We worked with Casey who is both skilled and easy to get along with. My son's happy with the kitchen remodel.

My husband was wheelchair bound and dealing with that and the workers I don't feel like it was done at 100% to what I imagined. It was a father and son that did the work, they did a good job. I think my bathroom was just to small for what I actually wanted done.

GReat service. They inspected , tweaked the Vent and didn't charge for coming out because there was nothing more they could do.

he was polite and friendly. He did the work on time. It all looked good once he was done. he also gave me ideas to save me money on my projects. I would recommend him to anyone needing odd jobs done for a fair price.

I contacted Handyman Connection to get an estimate on a project. The appointment was made for several days later. Two hours after the scheduled time no one had arrived. I called to inquire, they contacted the handyman to see his status, and he stated he never received the email informing him of the appointment. The company and the handyman both blamed each other, with neither taking responsibility. The handyman then suggested I text him pictures of the project, which I did. He sent me back an estimate, and stated he would contact me shortly for a date and time for the work to be done. A week went by without any contact. I called them twice, on consecutive days and both times they said the handyman would contact me to set appointment. Three more days went by with no response, so I called them one more time. They contacted the handyman, called me back, and said the appointment would be done either Tuesday or Wednesday the next week. When I asked specifically which day, he said "I guess I should have asked the handyman that. I'll have him call you." This never happened. I finally contacted another handyman service, they set the appointment and the job was done within 5 days. The Handyman Connection gave me a $200 estimate, while the other service completed the job in one hour for $60.

It didn't. I called twice and sent pictures of what was broke and never heard back. It has been 3 weeks. After 2 weeks I called a different company on this website.

Man came for providing estimate when asked his plan to fix. His answer was "I am professional. You have to trust me." No education or sharing information. He was to provide me estimate on 24 hr, didn't in a week despite 2 reminders. Got hold of the office and had them email me quote. The date was scheduled for service. After nearly two week from my first contact (and day before service) when the handyman learned about my 15% discount coupon I was told that material cost will be separate! It was never mentioned before. I called the office to share this surprise. They had another surprise for me. I was told that there would be additional $60 charge for picking the material from store. I was never told about material charge or asked if I have material or if I would be buying it or given list of material! When I protested I was told that "It is in agreement." I asked her to show me. She couldn't! I felt tricked but didnt have choice. Gave them 'go ahead' to buy material. Requested Handyman to save receipts for my record. Next day i took half day leave and stayed home waiting for him. Half hour after due time he called me and informed me that he will not provide me service since I asked for receipts! I lost two weeks waiting and half day work. I called office. They told me I need to schedule another day for another handy man who will come to provide me 'estimate'! Again!? So, the office dont honor their own (first) estimate and this time I was told that cost of picking material would be 15% (last time it was $60; it gets better). Again, had no choice. Scheduled another date, stayed home from world. Guy didnt show up, no call, no regret, no explanation, no apology! I will NEVER use them again.

We were very pleased with the job done by Mark the repairman sent by Handyman Connection. We had read up on doors that would not close with fixes from put wax on the ends to replace the entire door and many in between. The fix was beyond our capability but Mark had both items fixed in short order at a reasonable price. He came on schedule had the right tools and needed replacement parts. We couldn't be happier.

fairly well but price for their "exclusive" lifetime application of mold deterrent chemical (which took all of 10 minutes) was very high. Had little choice since had to do the work in order to pass inspection to get a mortgage on the property.

It went well. Very reliable and courteous and went to extra effort to find materials that would match.

We will never know. My life is so **** busy, and its hard for me to schedule in appointments. Finally I have time to schedule them in to place a big. NO SHOW!! Rescheduled with them again, assuming, no f'in way they will no show again. Second time around, NO SHOW!!! They had TWO NO SHOWS, back to back. Dont waste your time.

Summary: The initial contact, the estimate date, the estimate, and the installation all went well. The work was conducted by Mark Meyers. It was professional and complete. Details: 1. I had individual Masonite siding boards that needed replaced. I reviewed the various handymen companies available on Angie's List and chose Handyman Connection, due to their history. 2. I called the Handyman Connection office and ask for an estimate on approximately 200 linear feet of Masonite siding to be replaced. While on the phone, Mark Meyers was scheduled to come to my house the next day and give an estimate. 3. Mark called as planned, came by, and did the measurements 4. The estimated was emailed, I agreed, we scheduled the work. 5. The removal of old siding and the installation of new siding was done over a two-day period. Mark's work was fast and professional. He is obviously skilled at his work. I had one board to replaced than what was on the original estimate. We adjusted the price. 6. Mark had to remove a cedar board from our wooden fence in order to do some of the work. He worked gingerly to avoid damaging the board, but it cracked and broke. Mark made a trip back the day after the work was complete, with a new cedar board and replaced the original. Conclusion: I appreciate the work that Mark did, and my conversations with Vince and (sorry, can't remember the other admin's name) at the Handyman Connection office work reasonable and professional. I can recommend Handyman Connection and Mark Meyers and I will be reaching out to them with future work.

Initially this was a very bad experience. When I called the first time for an appointment I was told a craftsman, Randy Davis, would be there on Thursday, between 9:00am and 10.00am. When I had not heard from Randy by 10:30am I called the office and cancelled the appointment. I called later the same day to schedule another appointment and was told Randy would be there on Friday at 1:00pm. At 2:45pm, Friday, Randy had not shown up or called. So again I called the office to see what was going on. I explained the problem to MIndy, who answered the phone; she put me on hold and called Randy. She said he was not answering his phone and after apologizing for the situation said she didn't have an explanation for why he had not shown up for the appointment. I told her I would find someone else to do the repair and ended the call. About five minutes later I got a call from Mindy, she said she had a craftsman in her office who would do the repair if; I accepted her offer. The craftsman, Tom, arrived about 45 minutes later. He was courteous and knowledgeable and did the repairs in a timely manner. I would use this company again but I would not accept Randy Davis as the repairman. As I stated earlier, my initial experience was a bad one and I would have given this company an F rating based on the actions of Randy Davis.

I called this provider and set up an appointment to have a couple hours of handyman work done. He was going to be flood cutting the basement, installing a ceiling fan, and a few other things (and I told the office these things when I call to set the appointment). When the handyman called the to talk about my appointment he immediately began to tell me the things he could not do because he was so busy. I don't think you should call your SCHEDULED appointment with a list of things you are to busy to do...especially when the appointment was scheduled 4 days prior. Due to his busy schedule and my disappointment I just cancelled and called another company.

He was good, but he could have been better. The quality of the finished work could be better. The painting was kind of patchy, the trim work didn't match up as it should have been done. I just thought he was in a bit of a rush. The price was average. I didn't have problems with responsiveness, he called back right away and showed up on time. He seemed to know what he was doing.

Everything was fine. I was very happy with Tom. They were very courteous and addressed any concerns I had. I would definitely use them again.
