It went great. The previous contractor had taken weeks to do hardly anything and left the job unfinished and a mess. Steve's crew came, corrected everything, and completed the job all before lunch. There was railing, two six by six support posts, and decking corrected properly. It looks great, and it is done!

No one call back even after multiple follow up. A guy came for the inspection last year but didn't hear back from him ever. He is supposed to call with estimate. So handyman is a bad experience for me. Will never try to hire anyone through it.

They should make a partition to make a ramp. They pour 3 bags of cement on your lawn and I pay 400$ for the material but they didn't finish the job.

Arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a great job for a reasonable price.

The owner came to my loft to perform an assessment and estimate of the work I wanted done - we met on a Thursday. The owner told me he will have a quote ready over the weekend, he took my contact info and left. On Monday I reached out since I have not received the quote, the assistant spoke with the owner and said he will have one ready by next day. Next day I got nothing so I called again and got the same answer. By Wednesday, the assistant said it must be that they don't have my contact info (which was gather on the day of the initial visit). Never heard back on Thursday so I called back Friday asking for an update and told me they will send a note to the owner to remind him (so far I am one week in). I waited until Thursday of next week since I have yet not heard back, the assistants could not really explain why I have not yet received the quote considering they have reached out to the owner several times (second week into this). On week 3 I reached out a couple of times more and every-time I spoke to the assistants they sent the owner a note and still no quote. Now on week 4, I cannot speak to the quality of the work they perform but merely based on how my quote process was handled, I cannot recommend them due to their lack of professionalism.

Started off nice enough - they sent me an email to let me know who would be giving me an estimate of the work to be performed and when they would come to my house. I knew things were wrong when they a) sent the person to the wrong address, and b) called me by a completely different name in the email. The handyman called me and quickly rushed over to my house when we figured out he was at the wrong location. After going through all the repairs, he told me it would be a month before they got to repairing anything - different from the week and half I was given over the phone, but I understand with COVID things get hectic. I proceed to tell him that I'm trying to sell the house soon, so if they have time between now and when they can get me on schedule, that would be great. The handyman proceeds to tell me they will send me a proposal in a day or two, but I never got one. I'm sure this happens once in a while, but that along with the other "oopses" left a bad taste in my mouth for this company. This is the second time we have tried to use them but I won't be trying again.

All went well! Calvin is always extremely helpful and performs everything we ask of him ahead of time and more if we ask him the day of and he has time. He is always good to us!

Company came out and took measurements and said they would figure up a price back at the shop. That was about 2 weeks ago and we haven't heard back yet.

Steve Barr did an excellent job, and not only fixed the leak but also realized the gutter was clogged and a window needed to be sealed and a gutter pipe needed to be replaced and he fixed all.

Talked with Calvin and he gave me an estimate that was confirmed by Mindy. Set appointment for 9/11 and Calvin called 2 hours ahead of schedule to find out if he could start early. Showed ready to work and finished in less the about 2 hours . All sags and gaps were fixed. Guards installed. Calvin had a professional attitude and was dedicated to doing the best possible job. The amazing part was he was also very, very friendly and showed he cared about customer satisfaction. It impressed me enough to ask if he could be requested for the next project. Looking forward to hiring him often as the need arises. I think they deserve a TEN STAR rating.

Steve and Charlie from Handyman Connection did great work!! They replaced/installed the bird guard vents quicker than expected!! Plus, they had to deal with a dead bird in the attic, and did it with no problem at all!!

Our handyman was Mark Meyers. He was very good. He was done in about 20 minutes.
