He said it was hectic there with people boarding the trains but you guys were still able to go over all the work that was requested to estimate. This is an unique project and Steve needed to research a couple things in order to provide an accurate bid. We still planned on providing you a proposal which we did today. Description of Work: I needed gutter and dormer repairs. They came out - they were supposed to ring me first, but did not (I work late a lot) - and looked around and said they'd get back to me. Never heard from them again. No explanation, no contact whatsoever. I emailed, messaged, and telephoned them over the space of a few days - the original visit was over two weeks ago. I have heard nary a word. I get it that their lack of communication means they didn't want the job(s), but at least an explanation as to why? How unprofessional. What are they, middle schoolers?
