Jason was mindful about his scheduled time, calling in heavy traffic to explain. He did a very good job on the fence, checking with me along the way to make sure it was the way I wanted. He cleaned up the work site and hauled away the old wood.

If handyman had not been injured before our project started, which caused a week's delay, rating would have been straight A's. Substitute handyman was not offered. Prompt quote at good price. Be on time, offer substitutes when "handyman" assigned is not available.

Very nice people! However, the workmanship was not. They were not organized what so ever. I had to have several people out to be able to do the job properly.

Wanted to do other things to increase the bill.

The company sent out another carpenter along with the original contractor and they re-did and/or replaced the entire deck! It now looks great and it was finished in one day! I am very pleased with their response to customer comments and they exhibited a true desire to please the customer. I would recommend them in the future.

We are going to use them again this spring. They are very cooperative and good. Very reasonable.

He did not take any measurements. He left us an estimate.

The person who answered the telephone was quite pleasant and informed. She first wanted to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I explained that I already knew I wanted the work done and to please send the person prepared to do the job. I explained everything as well as possible. When Joe Henson showed up on time (a little early) for the scheduled appointment he was ready to do the job. To me the job was a little scary considering he had to straddle on scaffolding on an open stairwell and then hang the heavy mirror. I gave him what I thought was accurate measurements for the hangers. Well, I was off just enough for the mirror not to hang. He was patient and pleasantly replaced the hangers in the correct place, and he even cleaned the mirror glass before getting down! I was so pleased with his work that I asked for additional quotes on additional work. I think their minimum hourly rate is high, but that's the price you pay when you can't do it yourself.

Joe Henson came and gave me an estimate and came back to do the work. He was on time, did a good clean up, and left everything looking better than when he came.

The first guy who came out sucked (I would give him a C or a D for the first job), and they made good on the work. I hired them again for some additional stuff, and they did pretty good.

Price quoted to install a ceiling fan was $160. Company that ended up doing the work did it for $75.

Mr. Rick Husereu performed the work and he did an excellent job. He kept me informed of exactly what he was doing the entire time. He also cleaned the work area when he was finished. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

I have no problems with their electrician. However, I've been on the waiting list for over a year for many other projects. I think it is hard for them to get people out here because I live in North City. If they don't want to do work here, they should let people know that.

Very reasonable - less than half of a bid from big electric company. Also very prompt and nice to our elderly parents. He cleaned up after himself and gave us a written bid for the work. We are having Jeff back to wire our basement and install an outside outlet.

WE WENT OVER EVERYTHING HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO. WE EVEN GAVE HIM A LIST. I WANTED A CRACK TO BE FILLED IN THE BASEMENT. I WANTED IT DONE A SPECIFIC WAY. HE DID IT HIS OWN WAY. I TOLD HIM THAT IS NOT THE WAY I WANT IT DONE AND HE SAID THAT HIS WAY IS BETTER AND HE WOULD NOT STOP TALKING. I THREW HIM OUT.

THESE FRANCHISE COMPANIES ARE EXPENSIVE BUT THEY SHOWED UP AND DID THE JOB. AT FIRST, HANDYMAN/WORKER SAID HE DIDN'T DO SCREENS AND I SHOULD CALL ROTO-ROOTER FOR THE DRAINS...BUT HE ENDED UP DOING THE WORK FINE, EXCEPT THE SCREWS HE USED TO RE-ATTACH THE GUTTER DIDN'T TAKE. I'D USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN...ONLY IN A PINCH.

JOE ZAROSA WAS PUNCTUAL AND PRESENT. BID WAS AMONG THE MEDIUM OF BIDS RECEIVED. EXPLAINED THE PROCESS, GAVE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM CHARGES. HE ALSO PICKED UP ALL PARTS REQUIRED, COMPLETED THE WORK ON TIME. OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE PLEASANT AND EASY TO DEAL WITH.

THEY GAVE ME A PERSON WHO WAS NOT LICENSED FOR WHAT I NEEDED. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE BECAUSE THE MAN THEY SENT OUT DID NOT GIVE ME A WRITTEN BID. THEY SAID WOULD LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WERE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD THEY COULD GIVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. I TRIED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER AND WAS TREATED POORLY IN THAT INSTANCE AS WELL. I HAVE CALLED THE BBB.

I HAD TWO DIFFERENT GUYS COME OUT. THEY WERE BOTH GOOD, BUT THE GUY WHO FIXED THE PORCH MEASURED A BOARD WRONG AND IT WILL HAVE TO BE REDONE. I HAD TROUBLE GETTING HIM BACK OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES, SO I'M JUST GOING TO USE SOMEONE ELSE. THAT PART OF THE WORK DOESN'T LOOK GOOD. THE GUYS WERE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH, BUT HE JUST DIDN'T MEASURE UP ON THE PORCH. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE GUTTERS. THE COMPANY SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE ON THE BALL, BUT THE INDIVIDUAL HANDYMEN SOMETIMES AREN'T.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, AND HAD GOOD FOLLOW UP AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED.

THE COMPANY DID AN ADEQUATE JOB, BUT NOT GREAT. WHEN DISASSEMBLING THE DRAIN THEY SPILLED WATER ALL OVER THE FLOOR. THEY DID HELP CLEAN IT UP, BUT USED OUR GOOD DISH TOWELS WHEN RAGS WERE AVAILABLE.

BILL WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE WHICH I ACCEPTED, AND THEN LOWERED THE PRICE BY MORE THAN HALF AFTER COMPLETING THE JOB AND FINDING IT MUCH EASIER THAN ANTICIPATED.

THEY ARE FINE. CAME IN, DID WORK ON TIME, AND ON BUDGET.
