They did a very good job. The one worker that came out was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He didn't leave a mess when he left, and everything looked neat and professional.

They were prompt, courteous, cleaned up stuff that we did not expect them to. They were great! And they did not bump any walls.

As far as I know it went well. He had to mess with the electrical and rewire for it, and he was here for about three to four hours to get it installed. I can stand and look straight into the microwave.

The arrived a little late as he got lost. He assessed the problem and said the disposal needed to be replaced. He told me what I needed and I called the Hardware store in my neighborhood. They had one in stock, I paid for it over the phone and he went to get it. When he came back to install it, he seemed clumsy and unsure of what he was doing. He went to stand up and tried to pull himself up by hanging on the the kitchen counter. He almost pulled it off the wall. He did install the disposal and it is working fine, but as he pulled out of the driveway, he came very close to hitting the house. I liked the company, but would not want that worker back. I needed some other repairs and called them again. I was told it would take two weeks before I could get someone to come out and give a bid. I called someone else.

Both projects went very well, the plumber went and did more than he actually had to because my husband was bed ridden from the hospital. He was very nice.

The work they performed was fine. They came out on time. We felt it was not a good fit with us and have since moved to a different handyman. It was not that their work was poor, it was just that we prefer a more low key handyman.

They did a great job, but their prices were too high.

They came out and gave me an estimate for hanging the 2 ceiling fans. Then when they came out to do the work, they said that the fan was too heavy for the ceiling. They said they would need to cut a hole and make the area stronger to hold the fan and this would cost more than the original estimate. I had to go buy another fan and have them back out to install it.

They were very cooperative and responsive and they had a good quality of work.

They were good. I have no complaints. They were on time, easy to work with.

He was professional, friendly, and clean. He brought his own things. I've had everything redone here except a few appliances, and nobody ever brings all of their own equipment. Handyman Connection brought their own equipment.

They did good work. They bought the supplies that they needed, such as light bulbs and then put them in. They worked efficiently and did what needed to be done.

I did not use them. Their price was so high that it was a waste of their time and mine to even come and do an estimate.

He called first and then came out looked at the work that needed to be done and told me what else needed done and quoted a price. I accepted and he went and bought the part needed with money gave him, brought back the receipt and did the work. He was very nice and we chatted as he worked and found out we lived the in the same areas at one time. He came out and looked at the work, gave an estimate and went and bought the parts and finished the work all in one day.

They came out last month, and were suppose to call back with an estimate, but they never called me. I have used them before, and it was good.

His price was reasonable compared to the competitors. They are really nice people to work with. They will even call you back to make sure the work was done well. It was a good experience.

Quick, efficient, friendly... handyman Rick did an excellent job. He was on time, finished ahead of schedule and his estimate was accurate.

I really didn t like this company as I thought it was very expensive for such a small job. They didn t even bring everything up that I wanted so I called them back & they never returned my calls or even came by to see if anything was wrong.

I liked them because they came and looked at my toilet, and they realized that they needed a new part. They went and got the part and fixed it. They got mixed up on the time, and we had to reschedule, but in the end they came when it was convenient for me.

This company was very good to deal with. The handyman showed up on time. I have used them on a number of occasions for smalls jobs such as plumbing and general home repairs. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost.

I had two people come to my house. The first guy couldn t do it so they sent a second person that could do the work. They handled it well. The first time it was a disaster, but they turned it around. They came as soon as they could when I called them.

I really liked the quality of the work performed in my home. I was very pleased because their work was done in half of day. They were on time and I think I paid a reasonable price for the work done.

They had already done some work for us in the past that went just fine. I called again and the last young man they sent out did not have a clue about exactly what we wanted to get done. I kept having to repeat myself and almost like holding his hand to show him what we needed to be done. The gentleman clearly did not understand what I was talking about when trying to get a quote. Basically he did not seem like he had any experience. If he was learning the business then they should have at least sent an experienced supervisor out with him. This rep told the company that I was not a person he wanted to work with and that I was a mean lady and they refused to take my business and have another rep come out. I graded the price on the previous experience I had with them as they did not end up giving me a bid on this job.

I have worked with them before. I called this time to have them fix the tiles in my basement and they informed me that they would not be doing business with me. The lady on the phone was nice and sympathetic. We had a bad experience with a worker in the past and they would not help me this time. Dave, the man who came to do the tile work the last time (who is no longer with the company) did a great job!
