They've always been as prompt as they can be and cordial. They have always done a good job and we will continue to use them.

It would seem to be a simple process but that is always never the case and it took about 1:40 minutes to complete the job but a job well done because breaking the box from new microwave and assembling all the parts and taking all old part out takes time and John Mangan was very personable and very professional and did a great job.

They did a great job for me and I was very pleased. The work was very professional, it was a quality work and there were no visible scenes or anything. These guys knew what they were doing. I would use them in future if needed. The thing about Handyman Connection is that they are like a front for many different contractors so I may or may not end up with the same people but I wouldn't have a problem contacting Handyman Connection and asking them. That is something to keep in mind that they use different contractors for different things so it's not like that you'll get the same people.

I was able to schedule an appointment for a bid quickly at a time that was convenient for me. The handyman was polite and thorough in his inspection and questions. We had to reschedule the work once due to weather, but he came within a week of the original appointment. I liked that he showed me what he was doing, explained why the damage may have occurred, inspected to make sure no further water damage was likely, and was meticulous with sealing the work he did. He even caulked where the nails went into the siding and gave me instructions on staining the section he repaired. He asked me about the materials and the store where he was going to purchase them before he made the purchase. He cleaned up after the job was done. The final price was exactly as bid. I would definitely call them again.

They did good work and the pricing was fair.

They were very prompt and extremely responsive. They recommended materials and made it very easy for me to purchase them. They went over all costs, called Lowes and all I needed to do was go up and pay for the materials. They picked everything up on the day of service. Again they did an excellent job and left my home in clean condition - they picked up after themselves and made my life easy.

I have been very satisfied with them. They do good work when they come and always show up when they say they are going to be there.

The estimator gave detailed information about the proposed work. He was prompt, seemed knowledgeable and courteous.

After an initial less than great experience. Owner did what it took and sent 2 excellent craftsmen to repair arches, and complete other minor outdoor repairs. They were excellent. Called prior to coming, called to check status. With the rainy weather first repair did not hold, returned numerous times to get problem resolved. I would suggest that if you are not happy at first to call owner and he will make it right. Other suggestion would be to set your expectations regarding clean up. I am fussy and craftsman made sure spotless when they left.

We recently had Handyman Connection replace our sliding glass doors. The tradesmen they sent were prompt, completed the job in a timely manner and did not leave a mess behind. We have also had them install 2 sets of 9' windows in the past plus put up a wall with shelving. The whole process was pain free from the first phone call to the office, receiving our bid, to the completion of the job. We have used their services for three separate projects and will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing work done.

The craftsman not only did this quickly, he came back promptly the next day to paint the old location that he repaired. When he was finished, the site he moved the fan from was flawless. He was pleasant and very professional.

John showed up exactly when he was suppose to. He got right down to business and the next time I checked, he had everything in working order. He took the time to do it right. He read the directions and I never would have had the patience to do that. My garage looked cleaner after he was there than when he started. I love this company!!!

We had used Jason Flory at Handyman Connection before to install our cabinets, so we called and requested him for this work. We had some issues with the French doors being retrofit and not fitting, but Jason was able to add on to the wall to make them fit. When we had this unexpected addition to the job, it was at a reasonable rate. We did have some confusion over use of a coupon when doing multiple jobs at once, but we are still happy with the work performed and will consider them again in the future.

I had a power outage in a couple of rooms. The breakers were labeled wrong. I replaced the breaker I thought was to those rooms, but I had to call them. They were really good. I called yesterday and set up an appointment between nine and nine thirty. The technician called at seven forty five and was able to come in earlier. Their punctuality is good.

My experience with them was okay. I called them to cut down the bathroom door because it was too long and they gave me an estimate for it. I liked the estimate and told them to go ahead with it. They did the work properly and their work was good. They were punctual and on time. The quality was good. I had no problem with them and they were professional.

The worker that came out did very well. He came out and looked at it first, and then the next week he returned to do the work. He got it done in a day. He was punctual, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to others.

It took a little while to get the work scheduled, but once it was scheduled, it went very well. Handyman Connection did a terrific job; they stayed on task and within the estimate and the porch looks wonderful. I'll definitely be using them again!

I had to buy the materials - plywood, something for under vinyl tiles, and the tiles - and had them held at Will Call at the home improvement store. I had been given an estimate as to what the materials would cost. The materials were picked up and work began around 10:00 AM and he finished at 11:00 PM - it had been estimated that it would take two days but Greg decided to keep working. He had to get a part which is why he was so late in finishing. He cleaned up afterwards. I had used Handyman Connections years ago - long before I joined Angie's List - to have a garbage disposal installed.

Everything has been great. The work was very nicely done. He was very nice and personable, and he cleaned up nicely. He gave me a lot of information about our dusk to dawn lights, and I was very pleased. He gave me tips on how to paint the door, and advised that I wait until next spring to paint so the wood could dry. I have recommended him to my sister, who I am certain will be happy with his service as well. I cannot compare prices because I did not get any additional bids-naturally I would like for everything to be less, but the prices did not seem out of line. Because I trust the Angie's List recommendation, I did not get any other estimates.
