The service was excellent. The workers were knowledgeable and professional. I have some more work and will be using Handyman Connection again.

Called their office to make an appointment. I was told they would charge $100 to assess what needed to be done and I asked for the tech to call me to discuss. I was told that Frank would call me. He never called. I hired someone else to do the work. I will not be calling them again for ANY service.

I used them all the time, I used them for small and big jobs, I trust the and they are a good company.

Excellent! Tom Douglas bid and completed the work. I had a number of shelves to be installed, a bathroom vanity to replace and bathtub caulking. All the work was done very well. I would not hesitate to use Handyman Connection again based on this experience.

I had my basement finished from scratch & it looks fabulous! I seriously could not be happier. The Craftsman and office were easy to deal with. I would definitely hire Handyman connection to come back for any future needs I may have.

This went very, very well. Tom built a new lamppost, after the old one blew over in a storm. He matched the original one perfectly, which was important because there are two lampposts on my patio. Then he installed two new fixtures, one on the new post and one on the existing post. He was punctual, cordial and professional, and the job was done entirely to my satisfaction and delight.

The work was fine and it looks awkward and funny.

I thought ceiling was 15ft height, installers measured it as 18ft. they had leave to rent a ladder, install price went from $169 to $280, ($45 for ladder rental, $111 additional for labor). Not sure I got a fair deal.

I gave them instruction on what we wanted them to do but they just ignored the instruction and they just do what they wanted. They were not familiar with the process. Came out and get some work which i didn't authorized. I decide not to use them again and not to recommend them to any homeowners.

Tom Douglas performed the work and did so very efficiently. The bathroom fan ductwork was probably the most challenging part and it turned out beautifully. Tom is very personable and knows how to do things the right way. IhHighly recommend Tom and Handyman Connection for project around your home.

I contacted the home office last week. I explained the issue experienced with my faucet in my utility sink. I texted pictures to the assigned handyman. I was told that he would call me with additional questions. I did not receive a call. The home office scheduled my appt for Saturday morning. The handyman dialed my phone 20 minutes before my appt window time. However, he hung up after the first ring. I attempted to contact him several times, but I did not receive a call back until 30 minutes after the end of my appt window time. The handyman implied that I was a no show. I replied that I was home when he called. Furthermore he asked if I could reschedule for another time. I declined his offer due to fact that I am very busy on weekends and that my time is valuable as well. He instructed me to try a method that might resolve my problem. I highly suspect that this technician never intended to come to my home as promised. I have utilized Handyman Connection in the past and have never experienced lack of professionalism and respect for customer time until this episode. I will never call this company for service ever again!!

The work went well. My wife is pleased with the installation and the installer.

The craftsman, Mark, had extensive experience performing this kind of work and knew exactly how to tackle the project. He showed up at the scheduled time and professionally completed the project. He did an OK cleanup job, although I did find a few loose nails on the patio. The work looks like it will last a long time.

It was great! They did a really nice job with my fence. I use them for all my repairs. I will recommend and continue to use them.

They showed up, looked at the work, said they'd get back to me with an estimate in a couple days, it's been 3 weeks, and I'm still waiting. Must be nice to be such a big company that you can pick and choose the jobs you want to do, blow off potential customers, and not seem to care at all. I wish my job was so easy that I could do that and still make enough money to make me happy

Difficult to schedule, very late, complained about how he was not making any money of this project.

It was a good job the handyman did on our roof repair. It was done by Property One LLC.

Woody is an excellent carpenter whose past experience restoring older homes proved invaluable to restoring the front porch of our home which was built in 1904. We are very pleased with his work.
