Mike Meyers arrived as scheduled. Since I was having pressure problems with my faucet, the first thing that he did was to check to make sure that the aerator was not clogged. This was something that I had no considered and could possibly have been the cause of the low pressure. The aerator was not clogged, so I decided to replace the faucet with one that I had purchased prior. Mike removed the old faucet and installed the new one. He did an excellent job and made sure that everything worked properly with no leaks and that the area was cleaned up. He also took the time to make sure that I kept all of the warranty paperwork.

We are very happy wit the work and would use Clinton and Handyman Connection again.

I really like them and I always get them in my coupon list. I found they were very friendly and very prompt. Basically they explained the situation a lot clear to me. I have used them before as well. They were the best. I would use them again in the future.

They were pretty good. What they didn’t do right, they came back and made it right, so I was satisfied. There was a couple of things that I didn’t like but when I called the gentleman, he said he would send somebody out, he did send somebody out and they said that the guy that did the work did it sloppy and he is no longer working with them. So they sent a gentleman out that did very good work and very careful with what he does, so I would hire them again. They are reliable and you can call them and talk to them if things are not right and they will come back. I think everybody does something wrong sometimes but as long they come back and correct it, I think that is okay. The price was high, I thought it was expensive.

The job took longer than initially informed, however the craftsman kept me informed as he went along that it was going to take longer than first thought. I would use this company again, but for a less complicated job.

Scheduling was easy, and the worker was friendly and respectful. However, he only did one coat, and his repairs weren't flush with the rest of the drywall. His initial response was that I should just paint over the repairs, but they did send him back out after I said that wouldn't be acceptable.

Unfortunately, the cost of the project nearly doubled because they removed a four-by-five foot section of the wall without authorization, and they claimed that there was much more mold than anticipated. I, however, saw no evidence of mold in their photo documentation or during my own physical inspection of the area. The final repairs did turn out nicely, however.

Everything went very well, and I was pleased with the service. The gentleman was very nice and friendly, it was easy communicating with the company, and the gentleman did a good job considering that it was very hot at the time.

Everything went really well. The company called me back right away, they showed on time, and they did a good job without leaving a mess.

We've used the company several times, and we really enjoy working with one of their employees named Mark. He's always prompt and friendly, he knows what he's doing, and he doesn't try to sell any unnecessary services.

The price was a bit high considering that the handyman was at the house for only 30 minutes. However, I was told the price when scheduling the work. Additionally, the handyman arrived on time, was cordial and friendly, and seems to have done a good job with the repairs.

Everything went very well, and we'll probably call them again. Scheduling was easy and quick, the technician did a good job with the repairs, and he didn't leave behind any messes.

I called Handyman Connection and asked for a painting estimate for a room in my home. They met my request and their man, Denis, showed up on time to review the job and he gave us an estimate. We accepted the estimate and scheduled the work. Denis did an excellent job of priming and painting the ceiling and did some touch up on the walls. He cleaned up the work area thoroughly and completed the job. We are happy with the work.

It went fairly well. We did not get the time/date we wanted, though the time/date did work out well enough for us. My only concern was the fine layer of dust covering everything in the guest bathroom. He drilled through tile to install the shower rod. I did not notice until later in the evening the dust had settled everywhere in the bathroom.

They're responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Just be as specific as you can about what your needs are and they'll find someone who can help.

I did not use them. They were way too expensive compared to the other guy I did use. They never did come out. They just gave me a quote over the phone based on my square-footage and what they charge per square foot, but it did take a long time to get a quote. It took them forever to get back and I had to call the office a couple of times too to give me a bid. I did not really deal with them too much. I got the bid and it is too high. The office person was professional.

Clint was on time and gave progress reports during the process. When he encountered unexpected problems, he gave us options as to materials to save costs. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after he was finished.

I spoke with Theresa in the office a few times. She was extremely easy-going and helpful. Casey did the work. He arrived on time, was very friendly, did a great job, and completed a thorough clean-up. Very easy, efficient, and professional process from start to finish.

The Handyman that was assigned to our project underestimated the scope of the work that needed to be done on the exterior door. He totally missed a couple of areas where the wood was rotting and in need of replacement. He repaired one area nicely but on the remaining areas he added putty and painted over. The areas look terrible and need to be replaced properly. The entire project was scheduled to happen over two days. On day one he showed up with a faulty pressure washer. He was drenched by the hose and removed his shirt. That is not appropriate. When he was finished with both projects on the third day he was not happy with the way the paint looked on the door frame and told us he would come back to fix it. He also told us he thought the deck could use another coat of stain. We have never heard back from him. We have emailed Handyman Connection regarding this issue and did not receive a response.

The Handyman assigned to our job underestimated the scope of the work that needed to be done to both the deck and the door molding. He showed up on the first day of what was supposed to be a two day job with a faulty power washer. After drenching himself with water he removed his shirt. This was extremely inappropriate. He ended up not getting anything done that day. The following two days he worked on the deck and the door. He did not sand any parts of the deck. One section of the door frame was repaired very nicely. The remaining areas of damage were covered with putty and sanded over. They look terrible. When he was finished he was not happy with the way part of the paint looked and said he would come back to fix it. He also said he thought the deck could use another coat of stain. I don't understand why he didn't realize what the project would entail when he wrote the proposal. We have not heard from his since. It has been 5 months. We have also not received a response from the email we sent to Handyman Connection.

I want to build a venting duct through our kitchen roof and have a hood installed above the stove. Contacted the Handyman connection in May ,2014. They sent out a craft-men and checked it. I was told it was doable and they send me an estimate by email of $540. Then the painful wait started. I have to call and email many many times to get the response from them. And the scheduling never happened. Until almost one month later, that craft man showed up again and told me that he won't be able to do this project for me. They need to double check if there was a structure problem of the roof. Then I waited for almost another month until they sent another person to check it. This time, I was told it was doable, but the cost is going to $ 1790. I was shocked, same project, why more than one thousand dollar difference. The answer was: ? The first craft-man was not qualified to do this project!". Then why did they send him at the first place!! But I really wanted this work to be done, I agreed the estimate of $1790. Then same thing happened. 2 months passed already. They never send me a schedule. The craft-man either was on vacation or waiting for somebody's response? The last time I contact the craft man was on Aug 28th. He told me he will come in the week of Sept 8th. Then I waited and waited, but no one show up, no one called me to explain anything, no one respond my email. Just nothing happened until now. This is the worst service I ever seen, very unprofessional and irresponsible!!!

Tom and Russ were amazing! Tom came out to do the initial estimate. He was extremely respectful of my time and my budget. He made suggestions and recommendations that were right on target. After the decision was made to move forward, we had to work to coordinate with another vendor. Tom and his team were just great at working around schedules. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend these guys!!

I chose this provider because of high ratings on Angie's List. I called 6-17-14 for an estimate on the above mentioned work and got an appointment for 6-23-14 to get a written estimate. I hired them because the price was right and because Steve Barr understood what to do. The appointment for the work was set for 7-31-14. Two workers arrived on time, were pleasant, polite, and professional. They did the job exactly as I requested. Because the drywall patches in the attic were still drying, we agreed he would return to paint the ceiling patches on another date. (I had my own reasons for not painting the entire ceiling.) I was so happy with their work, I hired them to do more work 9-3-14 at which time they finished painting the drywall patches in the attic. I will wait to write the review for their work on 9-3-14 because that job isn't finished yet. I am so happy to find a company that will do small jobs that no big company will touch. They are clear about what they are capable of doing and what jobs they can't do. They are clear about price and appointment times. They protect surfaces and clean up. They are nice people to have in my house and easy to discuss the work needed. It is obvious to me that they have done these tasks numerous times and know exactly what is necessary.

Took a few days to get it scheduled. Then on August 7th, Greg showed up, without a door and said he couldn't do the job and that he would have to go back to his boss so they could requote us. Took almost 2 weeks and 2 additional calls before we heard back from Tom Douglas that they were passing on the job - we had to start all over and are still waiting to get the project completed, however, the new contractor has dazzled us with their knowledge and willingness to work with us. I would never suggest anyone work with Handyman Connections.
