Crew was punctual, courteous, thorough.

They showed up on time and checked everything out. They made a couple of suggestions to get more efficiency that didn't cost anything. The technician was clearly knowledgeable and willing to give information. I need up making a decision to sign up for the same thing for the furnace in the fall.

I would tell others that they do a great job. It takes a couple of hours to do the work. They cleaned up perfectly.

I did my research and found that I wanted Fresh Air to do the job and Rex and Randy did a Great Job !! Thais is a A+ Team . I spoke to Tim and he came out to my house and found out my needs and met all my expectations.. Thank you for a job well done . Now my house is freezing , LOL

Received a courtesy call that the technician would be to the property in 30 to 45 minutes. Left work and got to the property just shy of 30 minutes. Waited an hour and nobody showed up. Called and the receptionist said it would be at least another 20 minutes. I know we have come to expect insanely large windows of time with this industry yet no one even contacted me to inform me the tech may be late. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Tim and his team were punctual and did a fabulous job on the installation and the clean up of the old material. They were very courteous and professional in their job. Prior to the job, Tim was very prompt with his quote and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.

Everything went great. They showed up in the morning and had everything ready to go by about 3:00pm. We replaced an 80% efficient furnace and 10 SEER A/C with the Carrier Infinity 98% efficient and 16 SEER A/C. Because the furnace is a high efficiency condensing gas model it requires PVC intake and exhaust piping. We agreed on a suitable location out the side of the house for the new piping. The install went well. They even fixed an existing return duct in the basement that was blocked off. The basement heats/cools so much better now. In fact, we have 2-story home and the whole house is more comfortable. There's not as much stratification of the temperatures from level to level. As far as the equipment it seems to be running great. Both the furnace and A/C are 2-stage units. This means they operate at two different output levels. The thermostat is the Carrier Infinity Control with WiFi. We had a Nest with our old system, but it is not compatible with the Carrier Infinity line because of the complex controls needed to operate the system. That's okay. This new thermostat is much better anyway. It requires a proprietary communication data bus because it is constantly monitoring the state of the various components (furnace, A/C compressor, ECM fan motor, evaporator coil, etc.) and adjusting the control parameters continuously for optimal performance and efficiency. It will even put the A/C in dehumidify mode where it lowers the air flow across the evaporator coil to more effectively pull water out of the air. We are pleased enough with the system that we'd never use anything other than a high efficiency 2-stage (or even fully modulating) system when/if we ever need to replace things again in the future. This is our second positive experience with these guys. We will continue to use them for any future needs.

From the first consultation through the installation, they have been professional and bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. When choosing which system to go with, they gave us multiple options and worked the financing for us. I couldn't be happier how easy they made the process. Regarding installation, they were available on the date we requested and had everything installed by 3:00 pm. They took the time to explain the equipment and made sure that all of my questions were answered before leaving. They followed up five days later to ensure everything was working as expected. It went well. They were able to get us in earlier than they originally thoughts. That was appreciated since it was a hot spell several weeks ago. They came in quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed timely and were good same day.

The person who handled my call was friendly and professional. She told me a technician would be at my house in 4 hours and called me when he was on his way. The technician was outstanding, on time, professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem...best of all, he didn't try to sell parts/service that I didn't need! Best experience with an HVAC company I've ever had.

I took bids from 3 HVAC contractors, all of which were highly rated on Angie's List and one of which I had used previously. I chose Fresh Air because their price was competitive and their sales rep was very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. I worked as a professional engineer in the HVAC industry prior to retirement, and Kevin knew the answers to my questions or quickly got the answers. The team of installers did an excellent job and completed the project in one day. Subsequent to my home project, the same team did a similar, competitively-bid replacement furnace and AC project at my church, with equally satisfying results.

as usual, everything from scheduling the appointment, to punctuality of service, professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, etc from the office staff making the appointment to the service technician was excellent. have been using this business for almost 15 years and have never had a subpar experience. this business uses labor union technicians which is also a big plus. two years ago, i sought 3 bids to replace an outdated hvac system. Fresh Air was definitely very competitive in pricing, and I already had a great history with them taking care of me in the past. They did an exemplary job, from the bidding process to installation. Highly recommend this business!

Upon calling Fresh Air the representative I spoke with was very friendly and personable. She was knowledgable of the services they provide and answered any questions punctually. In addition it was a relief to find a company that did not charge after hours or weekend rates. The service call was a fair price and even better with the Angie's List discount. Outside of they had a technician at the house in less than 30 minutes after setting the appointment. The technician was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had the unto working in less than 15 minutes. He also took the time to clean the unit, which I was very appreciative. Overall a a great experience and very reasonable cost.

I do not know how they charged. The technician arrived examined the temperature of the air along with movement (fan working?). He checked the outside air conditioner units and the furnaces in the basement. He told us he could add Freon coolant to solve the problem. He mentioned that since our coolant type is no longer made, it would be around $600 for a few pounds of stuff. He mentioned exactly where the Freon was leaking and how much it would cost to stop the leak. Since our A/C system is 17 years old we told him we would think about it. The service was professional and we had no complaints.

We needed new ac, furnace, and water heater installed. Got several bids. Fresh Air offered the best price for the options we wanted. We felt they were very professional, honest and helpful from the first phone call to the follow ups after installation. We look forward to using them for future maintenance on our new system. Highly recommend if you are looking for trustworthy company with knowledgeable employees and fair prices.
