Description of Work: I purchased a new central H/C system in late 2010 & since also purchase their annual maintenance package each year which provides servicing of central air in spring & heat in fall. I did quite a bit of research prior to making my H/C purchase & was very pleased with not only the deal I was able to secure, but also the responsiveness & professonalism of service I received before & after the purchase & installation. Since the install of my H/C system there have been a couple of issues with furnace, however in each instance Fresh Air has been very responsive & corrected the issues. Todate I have been very pleased with the service provided and have no problem recommending them.

Description of Work: I needed a second opinion on my AC so I purchased a diagnostic from Fresh Air. He confirmed my suspicion of being lied to by another company. I will be using them again.

Description of Work: We had a 30 year old unit that has been about to go out for years. The company worked with my husband to determine the best size air handler and system to replace our old unit with. We also included a humidifier which will be nice in the winters. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I was told by another company that I needed a new control board for my furnace as the current one was starting to malfunction. I called around for estimates and one company told me the company that provided the control board for my furnace was using up their current inventory and then would discontinue providing for my Amana furnace. I then called for estimates on replacing my furnace. Fresh Air had the best price, was the most responsive and told me about all the rebates that were available. Some of the companies did not tell me anything, others told me about one. Tim Sinn took care of the preparations including having a new N frame installed on the A/C, a new Aprilaire filter, running a pipe across the basement to bring air into the furnace, installing a variable speed fan and getting the rebates started. The installer came and installed everything on one day. At this point I have used the fan, filter and new N frame on the A/C all of which I am very happy with.
