We had excellent service .
Description of Work: I decided to get a new HVAC service company to do annual testing on my heating and cooling system. While they were doing the inspection, I had them check out my humidifier. It needed a solenoid valve replacement. I decided to do it myself. I successfully replaced the part but as I was trying to begin the water flow through my saddlevalve, it only trickled through. The valve was plugged . Rather than put another saddlevalve in the water line (there were 5 other used valves scattered about my water lines, it called Fresh Aire to add a ball valve. They came out on the requested day and time and got my humidifier working again. The service man was professional and did a great job. The cost for the service and part was reasonable. I would highly recommend Fresh Aire for HVAC service.

I would use the company again.
Description of Work: I called on a Saturday morning, a holiday weekend mind you, and I received prompt and courteous service. I called about a "drip noise" I heard in my ductwork. I spoke with Sarah on the phone and she was very understanding. Steve came out to my home later on in the day, was able to diagnose the issue as just the ductwork expanding and contracting (thank goodness it wasn't water). He also serviced my A/C unit...I signed up for the annual service. I gained a lot of knowledge about my HVAC system. Thank you.
