They came out the same day I called to troubleshoot existing system. The money for that service call was subtracted from the final invoice. They were helpful in identifying the components of a replacement system and were responsive to my need to keep the final cost down. When the equipment was to be installed, technicians and equipment showed up on time and the entire system was operational that same day. They cleaned up well and carted away the old system. Overall--great work!!!

The technician was on time and very professional. He completed the work efficiently and the only snag was trying to figure out how to get the Angie's list deal to work in their billing system; a minor snag.

The service technician arrived on time. He put on covers on his shoes in order to keep but floors clean. He checked the system to make sure both AC / furnace were functioning properly after cleaning the system.

Last night we slept in cold rooms as our heater stopped working. I called this afternoon and within 25 minutes a technician arrived. I explained my husband had changed the thermostat on Sat and the heat stopped working last night. He checked the thermostat and told me a connecting wire was missing and in fact the heater probably hadn't worked since the thermostat was changed (thankfully the nights were warmer and we didn't notice). He immediately added the wire and worked quietly so as to not wake up my babies as the thermostat was outside their rooms. He checked both furnaces to ensure they were working and the other thermostat to ensure it was installed correctly. The technician was very polite and seemed almost sorry that he had to charge me the house call for such a simple job. I gladly paid because now we have heat. Overall,I was impressed with the promptness in their response and friendly service. I would definitely use them in the future.

The process went very smoothly. I was especially impressed with their customer service when I first called. I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for, and they answered all my questions. They really took the time to find out what my needs were, and told me that I didn't need the more expensive model. On the install date, the technician was prompt, courteous, and did the job well. I have no complaints.

We woke up this morning with our heater not working. We called Fresh Air and they arrived about two hours later. After testing the sensor, the technician, Kevin, rechecked the furnace and it still was not firing up the burners to the furnace. He then replaced a computer type part that sends the signal for the burners to spark and it worked. We signed a one year service contract for $99 and that gave us a 15% discount on the price of the part. Kevin was very professional and I will use this company again in the spring to service our air-conditioning unit.

They gave us the same price on the second system. They installed it when we asked them to and followed up with it when we called them with questions. They treated us very well.

They are good. I would use them again. They have been around for a long time. They are reputable and fair.

Tim, the salesperson was very accomodating and easy to work with. He generated quotes for several combinations of equipment replacement, both standard and high efficiency. He also provided the promotional rebates and energy company rebates available in each scenario. The installation went exactly as promised. The technicians, Bob and Dan, arrived at 8 AM as scheduled, were very professional, worked diligently and efficiently as a team and had the whole system replaced by that afternoon. They answered all our questions about how the new high efficiency system worked and demonstrated the many capabilities of the new thermostat. We were very satisfied with the whole process. We interviewed three companies. Fresh Air Weinrich had the most competetive price, was the most comfortable to work with (no high pressure sales pitch) and has a five year labor warranty versus one year for everyone else. We feel like we made the right choice and Fresh Air Weinrich is a company that will stand behind its work and quickly resolve any issues if they were to arise.

My furnace went out Wed 2/6. I found Fresh Air here on Angie's List, called, and they had a tech (Todd) out the same day. So far, so good. He initially diagnosed our issue as the thermocouple and replaced it, but said that didn't work and the next most likely issue would be $400 more. Our unit was 23 years old, and we were thinking of replacing it anyway, so had Todd work up a price. I TOOK FOR GRANTED THAT SINCE FRESH AIR WAS ON ANGIE'S LIST, I WOULD GET A FAIR AND COMPETITIVE PRICE, unfortunately that was far from the case. I did not negociate the price down, and that's my fault I guess. The quote was about $8500 for an 80% efficient furnace and 17 seer, 4 ton AC. They installed it the next day, installation was as promised and quick, that was the highlight of the experience. At the time, I thought their primary motivation was to get my house warm. Now I wonder if it was to make sure I didn't check prices elsewhere. Since the installation, I've spoken with two other friends who had comparable systems installed recently for around 1/2 what I was charged. I feel taken by FreshAir and disappointed that I failed to get multiple bids and had a unjustified sense of trust in an Angie's List vendor. Guess if nothing else I've learned that no one should EVER make a major purchase such as this without getting multiple quotes. I thought getting the job done the next day was pretty important, in retrospect, we could have spent a week at the nicest hotel in town, gotten some more quotes,and probably saved thousands overall.

We have used Fresh Air-Weinrich for years, starting when they were just Weinrich. They do excellent work, arrive on time, and behave professionally. We last used them last summer when it was really hot, and they came quickly and diagnosed our problem precisely. I don't remember what we spent. They are our go-to company. We've recommended them to many friends, in fact I posted a big shout out to them on Facebook.

I love the professionalism of this company. We have been customers since we bought our home and they are always ontime, courteous, and very trustworthy to get the job done right. They wear shoe covers so they don't track anything into my home, and they always show/explain if there is anything wrong with my system. The office is also extremely professional, kind, and courteous....3 things that are hard to find now with customer service. I love supporting family owned businesses, and the Sinn family has really raised the bar in this area. The pricing is comparable to the service and trustworthiness you get which is all amazing. They have a lifelong customer here!

The FreshAir team worked as a professional team to schedule, confirm and install my system on-time. They removed my old Furnace/AC/AirCleaner/Humidifier and installed the new system in one day. The installation team was prompt, courteous and left my home clean after the install. I was and still am very pleased with their workmanship and the products installed.

They stand behind what they do. They are very knowledgable in the area of heating and cooling. I have only had one instance where a service tech and I didn't see eye to eye and it was correctly immediately.

Although my 15 year old furnace was still working, I got 3 estimates, looking at both 80% and 92+% efficiency because of the looming regulation change in May 2013 requiring all houses in our area toget 92+% efficiency furnaces - also requiring an extra $1000 or so plus construction to get venting to the outside through my finished basement. Tim was on time and professional for the bid appointment, answering my questions and considering different venting options to the outside of my house to help me decide between an 80% and 92% furnace. However, his bid for the 80% Trane variable speed furnace, power humidifier, media cleaner, and thermostat (which I decided to go with) was the highest one of the three in price by over $700, a good 20% higher than my middle bid with similar equipment. I went back to Tim to make him aware of the situation and give him the opportunity to respond, as I valued his company's reputation and his professionalism, but even with my offer to pay by check instead of credit card, he would only take an additional $200 off his price. I couldn't justify paying an additional $500 for essentially the same equipment, so I went with another provider, who did a great job for under $3500.

I called them on Thursday morning and they were able to send someone that afternoon. The technician diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and gave me an estimate on the repair. They had to get the replacement circuit board from Lennox, so the actual repair wasn't until the next day. The cost of the repair was exactly what he had estimated. Both days they gave me a four hour window for the appointment and the technician arrived within that window. They also called me to let me know when the technician was on his way to my house. The technician wore shoe covering inside my house and was very good about explaining what the problem was and answering my questions. The office called a few days after the repair to follow up and make sure everything was still working. I would recommend them and would call them again.

Had a residential diagnostic done on a Friday afternoon. The tech showed up within the time window I was given over the phone. He told me while prices vary on the part I needed, it should be "$300 max" for a replacement furnace circuit board. Monday rolls around and a different person arrives to install the part and hands me a bill for $720! When I questioned the amount, he said my original estimate was "crazy" and asked if I had it in writing, implying I made it up. After I complained, they knocked the total down to just under $600. While my problem was solved and I have no issues with the first tech or anybody I spoke to on the phone, being accused of lying and paying double the initial estimate leaves me an unhappy customer who feels ripped off.

Randy, the installer, was prompt, informative, and un-obtrusive while performing the above work. It was a rainy day and Randy and his partner made many trips between the outside and inside, yet when they left, after working more than seven hours, there was, other than a new, functioning HVAC, no evident they had been here.

Chris was on time, very professional and treated our home with care. He wore shoe covers whenever inside and worked quietly and efficiently. Not our first experience with fresh air and it won't be our last.

They follow up, timely, and they do good work.

I called on Monday for service and they came the same day. We decided on Tuesday to replace the entire unit and they installed it the "next day"!

The overall experience was excellent! I made my appointment on very short notice and the company was able to accommodate my needs. They called before the technician arrived to let me know he was on his way, and the technician explained exactly what he was doing and answered all the questions I had in a very thorough and professional manner. I would use them again and plan on it!

The service tech, arrived on time. Worked for well over an hour making sure he covered all aspects of the air conditioners. Went outside and completely cleaned the outside units. We have used Fresh Air for 16 years, and have purchased a service agreement with them each year. The service agreement runs roughly $272 (we have two heaters, two air conditioners, and two humidifiers). This is an excellent company to do business with. Easy to schedule an appointment. The technicians are very knowledgeable and very neat. They kept our old units going as long as possible, but in 2008 they told us our units were now becoming unsafe. We had total confidence in them and so we purchased all new units. They did the work, which again was outstanding, to install all the units we needed. I never once feel like "we have been taken." I totally trust what they say.
