Description of Work: They assessed the HVAC and confirmed that we needed a new system. They installed it. All steps of the process were handled professionally and with a very personal touch since it is a family run company. We are using them as our service provider on the system and were very happy with the entire project.

Description of Work: Purchased one year agreement coupon for 99 dollars. Scheduled a 12 to 4 window via their website. Got a call 15 minutes before arrival. Explained to me what they did to check the system. Told me why my drain tubes might be getting clogged. Was a quoted a price to replace them. Thought the price was reasonable so I had the work done right then. A+. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I bought a deal coupon for $99 for yearly maintenance. This would have been $174.00. Well worth it. He cleaned the inside part of the air conditioner, changed filter, changed batteries in thermostat, and checked outside air conditioner. Very happy with service.

Description of Work: Developed a small gas leak where gas had to be shutoff by laclede gas kevin from fresh air responded and quickly resolved the problem explaining everything that needed to be done. Been a customer for over 20 years would never consider to use anybody else. they have replaced my air conditioner and serviced all my heating and cooling units always very price reasonable.

Description of Work: THEY CAME FOR A SPRING CLEANING; WE HAVE TWO HEATING UNITS AND THEY DID THE CLEANING AND THE CHECKING OF BOTH UNITS. I THOUGHT I HAD A PROBLEM AFTER THE GENTLEMEN LEFT, SO I CALLED THEM THE NEXT DAY AND THE PERSON CAME RIGHT OUT AND CHECKED IT OUT. OF COURSE, THERE WAS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
