I spent about $900 on that work. They were punctual, honest and professional. They gave me a price quotation and the price matched the quote. I also had them replace a garage door once and they put in a new garage door opener for me. I know that my parents have used them several times and had very good success with them.

Overall, the experience went well. They had good customer service. They provided me with options, performed accurate measurements, then ordered the correct door. Once the door was shipped, they installed it with no problems and then showed me how to use the lock. The price was reasonable for the type of door that I chose. The experience was good and I would recommend this company to others.

I have used Berry Door twice to get additional garage door openers and gate openers. They have been professional, prompt and knowledgeable and the price seems reasonable, although I did not price shop.

They are good. They were on time. They were clean. The job was well done.

It went well. I had the garage repaired since they both needed a lot of work. It is an old property. I was satisfied with their work.

They were slow in responding but other than that, they seemed fine. I didn?t use their services to get the work done and I might probably use their services in the future for something else.

I received a free estimate that was considerably cheaper than another company. Even with the complete removal of the window frame and sill in the bathroom. About 4 guys came out and installed 15 windows in about 8 hours, including the custom work in the bathroom and a little in the attic. They were very professional and worked fast.

The salesman came to the house and measured the doors as part of the estimate. After I accepted their bid, out of three, a second measuring crew arrived to remeasure the doors to make certain no mistake was made. After the doors were ready an appointment was made for installation. The crew arrived as scheduled and went to work to install the doors. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job of installation. During the discussion with the salesman I was told that the installers can loose points with the company if the doors should be reported to be poorly installed and another crew needs to come out to correct any defect in installation. This report is written about a year after installation and I am still pleased with the doors. I am also very pleased with the whole process from salesman's visit to the installation of the doors. I would not hesitate to not only use this company again, but recommend for anyone's consideration for this type of door.

I've used them a couple of times to replace the glass. I like that they are really quick and responsive. I've not paid them directly myself so there is not a cost issue. I think they have a contract with that particular lawn maintenance group. The last time they put in a pane of glass, the door is hard to close when the weather changes. I don't know if it was too large or too small. They have never really resolved it and I've given up trying.

They had a great rating on Angie?s List, but we were not happy with them at all. We wanted a specific door in our kitchen. They sent a person over to take the measurements. They said since it was a special door it would take them six to eight weeks to order it. When we called them up they said it would take another week to get it from the factory. Eventually a person came over and removed our old door. He realized then that he had made a mistake and that it would not be able to swing in because the counter would hit it. He told us that the only way to fix it would be to cut part of our counter. He also told us that we would have to order a smaller door. They were overly priced too. Finally my husband got our money back and then we hired someone from the neighborhood to do the job.

I was unhappy because they charged me for both visits and I was still left without a working garage door. On the second visit they told us the door was too old to repair and that I needed a new one. They said they would apply one of the visits to the charge for a new garage door. I went elsewhere for the replacement.

They were very prompt and very professional. They were informative and very good.

It was a very pleasant experience from salesrep to installation. The door is beautiful. Removal of the old door and installation of the new one went smoothly.

The hardware from the existing door was reused by my choice. Any paint from the original door that stuck to the hardware (Knob, dead bolt, etc) was not removed. The is very noticeable. O/w well done.

They did a good job. We shopped around a little bit and found that their prices were a little higher. The reason we went with them is because they were a well known company and were reputed for their quality of work.

First apointment was scheduled promptly and representaive was on time. Price and delivery were quoted in a very short time. Ten percent of materials cost was deducted because of Angie's List membership. Crew was scheduled to do installation within three business days of receipt of door (special order). Crew worked quickly and work was completed satisfactorily. Crew left area in clean condition. We were very satisfied.

They have a good reputation for the quality. They came out to measure and took their time and are very well known. The people are punctual and professional. They had better showrooms and the prices were slightly higher but looked better quality. They don't treat you like a women doing a mans job.

They were excellent. The guy who came out to look at the problem really tried to figure out a way to repair it rather than to have to sell me a new door. He was concerned that if I did not replace it that I would eventually have the same problem again. He explained everything and showed me all of my options. The workers called and asked if they could come early. They stuck to the job and were very professional. I have had no problem with the door. I am very happy with the work they did.

David Meyer came with all the information. Very personable, wasn't high pressure. Installed the door June 17, '08. It was the wrong color. David came out, we reordered the door, Installed Sept. 10, 2008. Everyone was professional did a great job both times and cleaned up. The door looks great.

It took a little too long to get the door installed and although the install was successful if our salesman had been better informed I would have chosen another product from them. There was a lot of unnecessary confusion about product and the services available. The door is installed but we are still waiting for some follow-up services from them.

They were prompt and responsive about coming out to look at the project I wanted done, but they never called me back to give the estimate. I called to find out what was going on and I found out that they were moving at the time so the business was running out of a trailer. He said they would call me back, but they didn't. I never called back, but I liked the initial impression I got of the business and I would use them if I decided to do the project in the future.

They have a wide variety of products to chose from. The installation was done in one day. They used 6 guys to make it happen. Every window was installed with perfection. They sealed each form the inside as well as the outside. We no longer hear any of the wind coming from outside, nor do we have any more air leaks. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

They pre-painted the new door to match our home. They did the work in a half a day. They were timely and clean. They were careful with our home, laying drop cloths around the inside. The new door functions perfectly. I would use them again.
