I noticed that the timer on our aerator for the septic tank was not working so I called King Septic Service after finding the number on Angie's List. Mr. King came out early the next day and found out what the problem was--that the aerator itself was broken. He was not able to fix it that day, although he tried. They returned the next week (I was gone for a couple of days) and repaired the aerator and pumped out the septic tank. I was also given some good advice on how to care for our septic system. Pumping out he septic tank was mess and odor free and the worker was very polite and courteous. He had to go back to empty his truck because it was nearly full from other jobs, but he returned quickly and was very apologetic for "making me wait."

Because of this, we asked that he return our money. He was the professional and should done more research before poking holes in our leach lines.

They are fabulous. They come out. They are prompt. They diagnosed my problem yesterday. Then they took care of it today. They are very courteous, very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Well it's pretty expensive. I think they are competitive. I don't think they are any more expensive that anyone else in that industry. I am spending about three thousand dollars for the work they have done, but I had major issues. They installed a new pump, a new aerator, and they drained my tank. They did some yard restoration. So it is pretty expensive. Their professionalism and knowledge stand out. They certainly seem to know what they are doing. My interaction with them is they have been very courteous. They have done exactly what they said they would do. They told me they would be here by eight and they were here before eight. They were prompt and on time.

They were very personable. They were very courteous. They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price was fair.

The service man arrived when he said he would, went right to work and had the job finished in almost no time. Very pleasant young man and was very helpful in advising us as to how often we should treat the tank and how much treatment we should use each time.

Sewage was backing up. Had King pump the septic system and they found that the line to the tank was broken causing the backup. They made arrangements for the line to be repaired the next morning. I have used King in the past and will use them in the future.

They serviced my septic tank. They came out the day that I called them. Their service was wonderful & price was reasonable. In fact, the price was cheaper than I expected.

They did a very good job. Came out and gave an estimate first. The employee who pumped the tank was courteous and professional and informative. We are pleased an will uses them again.

I have used this company twice. Their approach is to try all options to repair the existing system before recommending high cost fixes, which has saved me thousands of dollars.
