They always call us the day before they're coming, which aligns perfect with our monthly agreement, and then show up promptly at the time agreed upon. The only time they didn't make it as scheduled was when we had bad storms, which is completely understandable. The person that comes is always courteous and professional, and even gives us advice when it comes to cutting and care of our lawn. Their prices were much better than competitive lawn services that had contacted us. We'll continue to use them.

+ -1 moreWhen we called them, it took them a while to get out there. We have already called and arranged for them to do our lawn this year. We had to call them and remind them a couple of times. They kept saying to us that there was a lot of rain or something, but it had been a significant amount of time. When they were out there, they took care of everything and it was all good. The lawn is looking very good.
Description of Work: I used Weed Man 6 weeks ago. They did some spring chemical treatment for our lawn to get rid of the weeds in it.

+ -1 moreOverall, I would not recommend them. Even when I spoke with them about the fertilizing application, the lawn looked terrible, light, dark, light, dark, etc. It was a waste of money aerating the lawn. I feel like $180 was a total waste for the fertilizing and aerating services.

+ 0 moreThey were always prompt and we had asked that they call us prior to coming so we could assure the dogs were not in the yard. They always called to let us know and we truly appreciate them for keeping their word. We have found that other service providers have not always called ahead and it is much easier to "corral" the dogs with advance notice.
Description of Work: We chose a maintenance program that included fertilizing on a schedule and that was season appropriate- weed and bug control, as well as core aeration and seeding.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A GREAT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. THEY DEFINITELY ALL WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM IN KEEPING LAWNS MANICURED. THEIR BIGGEST FLAW IS THAT THEY ARE INCONSISTENT IN ENSURING THAT THE GRASS DOESN'T GET TOO LONG. FOR YEARS THEY MOWED OUR LAWN. AS OF LATE, THOUGH, WE CEASED GETTING OUR LAWN CUT BY THEM AND STUCK ONLY TO WEED SERVICE. IT WAS RATHER ANNOYING THAT OUR HOUSE WAS THE ONLY ONE ON THE BLOCK WITH 10 FT. TALL GRASS. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY HAVE OVEREXTENDED THEMSELVES OR JUST DON'T HAVE ENOUGH HELP. EITHER WAY CUSTOMERS LOSE OUT. I MUST ADMIT THEY DID A GOOD JOB AT KEEPING WEEDS AWAY. I'VE GOT NO DANDELIONS THIS YEAR!
