MATERIALS AND WORKSMANSHIP WERE OUTSTANDING.

Went very well but let's start from the beginning. On November 25, 2013 I noticed a pin hole leak below the kitchen sink which only caused a problem when the faucet was turned on. Called a plumber and they said that they couldn't help us since it was a part from the MOEN manufacture that they do not carry. Called DALCO and they said they will send someone out at no charge even though the warranty for the Kitchen Remodel had expired(they did the work in 2010). Well DALCO also said the same and then I contacted MOEN for a replacement(since their products come with a lifetime guarantee). We received the faucet on Friday but being that all of this happened during Thanksgiving week we waited until Monday. DALCO had someone at our house at 10:30 and it was installed and all went well. KUDOS to DALCO for their concern and expeditious response. We are loyal customers to DALCO since we had them do our upstairs bathroom in 2012. Great people, especially Kathy and Jim!!!!!

They did a good job on my new roof. They were there on time and got it all done in one day.

They are very professional on both times and because it was the 2nd time I was using them, they gave me 20% off. So I like that as a repeat customer. They were different people that worked on my house but they are all conscientious and did a good job. If there was a problem, they will fix it right away. I can let them know if I have questions or concerns. I feel that they listen to me. Their prices were fair.

The existing gutters were too small (in the front) and hung incorrectly (no incline for drainage). They upgraded the front of the house to 6" gutters, increased the size of the downspouts, double sealed the joints. Since the installation I have had NO problems with overflowing of the gutters, they look & perform beautifully!

Sales person, Tom, and young man in display store, very helpful. Installer professional, personable and neat. Entry door was a custom size and was to take 6-8 weeks. I called the office to find out why we hadn't heard anything at week 8 and said it'd be 8-10 weeks due to special glass and size. No communication at week 10 so I called again. Still waiting for special order glass per Chris. Finally called our sales person Tom June 14th to check on the door. We wanted it installed prior to company coming from out of state for Mom's 90th birthday 6/28. He made some calls and when he called back he stated that the original glass had come in cracked and had to be reordered. He thought it would be in Tuesday 6/25 and that install could be done 6/27. Installer showed up on 6/27 9 am without confirmation of that date/time and luckily I was home. Install was done by 1 pm. The door is beautiful. Trim matches window trim perfectly. Door is slightly lighter but looks fine with the shutters. Glass is beautiful and we love the extra light in the foyer while still providing privacy. I would recommend follow up with sales person re: delivery and install date vs. office if you want more complete information.

We really like them. They do not contract out their workers. The installers are employed by the same company that the sales people and people who measure the windows and everything they are all employees. We only used them for windows sliding and patio door. I know they do roofs and they do home remodeling, but we never had a need for that. To be honest, I never had a negative experience with them. Usually like this year when I was calling to get estimates for windows they were going to able to send somebody out right away to give us an estimate and so they were prompt and the salesman was very personable and to be honest because I have used them in the past and because we were happy with the estimate we received I can't hold the appointment with other companies because our previous experience was also good so I didn't want to go out and try another company I had no experience with. I would continue to use them.

They were prompt and it only took a day and a half. The only clean up we had was the dust and putting the window treatments back up

The salespeople at Dalco Home Remodeling Inc. were nice and did a good job. The installer did a horrible job with the installation. The house was empty at the time and they gave him a key, so he could come and go as he pleased. He was fixing the master bathroom and the master bedroom had a door that went out onto a patio. He left a mess on the patio. He left everything laying out on the patio, cardboard boxes and all that. The shower stall consisted of three pieces of fake marble that he put on the wall. I had to ask him to caulk everything that he left. You can see the wall at the base of it that he never bothered to caulk. He put in the wrong toilet. My mom had ordered a specific toilet. She's in her 80's, so I lot of people think they can take advantage of her. She told him to get that toilet out and put the one she picked in. It was a rental house that my mom owns, and once the renters got in there, they found there was a leak in the toilet. So Dalco hired a real plumber to come in to take care of the leak on the toilet and he also discovered another leak under the sink and fixed that. Some of the tile started to come loose. It was very, very poor workmanship. I'm sure it was just the installer they hired at that time, but it was bad.

They delivered everything in a timely manner. Did an excellent job cleaning up when all was said and done.

Dalco installed our steel double front doors and storm doors several years ago. Over time, the door that got used all the time sagged a bit and we could no longer close the dead bolt. We called to have them come out and adjust the door and they did so at no charge, even though we were well beyond the time frame for free follow-up service for our installation. Everything works beautifully now and all the locks are functional.

Overall everything went great. The men were easy to work with and very considerate of everything in the house. They did a fantastic job of painting the entire kitchen, living room and stairwell. They were on time and were finished in a week. Things couldn't have gone better. I will use this company again if need be. Jack Mayfield was great to work with to get this project started and when I needed to confirm something with the project.

They did a good job. They were polite, professional, and on time.

Brian went to bat with the insurance company in order to get our roof replaced. They weren't wanting to pay for repairs, just a few shingles. He took the adjuster up on the roof to show him what was needed to be done. Now the insurance company is replacing our whole roof for us. He is willing to meet wherever is convenient for you to discuss your projects. He was really candid and made things easy to understand.

I contacted Dalco for an estimate after I got my insurance check from the hail damage in April 2012. Dalco was one of the few companies that actually showed up after contacting them (several others didnt come when they said they would, never returned calls or said it would be months later). John came out and gave the best, most detailed quote. It wasnt the cheapest, but I wasnt interested in the cheapest, I wanted quality. John was very nice and personable and explained everything. He sent me addresses of several homes with the different colors of shigles so i could see them in real life, not just on a piece of paper. I upgraded to architectural shingles and added a ridge vent. The installation went smoothly and everything looks great . Paper work and payments were very easy and all the people in the office were friendly on the phone.

I would never use this company again. I told the salesman I wanted local contractors which wasn't the case.

We were very pleased with all the work completed by Dalco. We were always kept informed during the different phases of the jobs. Our phone calls were always returned.

Projects with Dalco always go smoothly. They do everything extremely well.

;they were very prompt and fast in the work performed. They willingly worked the extra hours plus weekends to get the job done in a timely fashion. In the process, there were several damages that occurred. These included damage to the chimney, yard and a downspout not being properly hung. The yard damage was corrected, the downspout is due to be corrected. The trim on the chimney was replaced, but not repainted. Brian, the supervisor told me that Dalco was not responsible for the painting.

They were prompt and did a really wonderful job.

They did very well. We had no problems.

After several estimators, all satisfactory, we selected Dalco and have been quite pleased with the company and work done. They discussed several options for our roof and wern't pushy at all. They came when scheduled and completed the work in very good time during very hot weather. The yard was always kept clean and picked up and the workers, polite. We really are pleased with the roof, too. I highly recommend the company. I gave it a B on price because it was as good as I expected but not fantastic.

They were great. They cleaned up after themselves and the doors look great.

They were not really great at getting the job done fast. We waited 4 months after quote for installation etc. Our window is not working properly now after 1 month.
