Description of Work: Dalco replaced 16 original windows on the first and second floor of our 1930s home with double-paned vinyl windows. Tom (salesman) was helpful, patient, efficient, and informative in his meetings with us about the windows, answering all our questions, and even negotiating price a bit when we got a slightly better offer from another company. Their installers arrived promptly, did high-quality work, and cleaned up after the project was finished. We are pleased and would call them again in the future.

Description of Work: Dalco replaced our asphalt shingle roof with a new architectural shingle roof after storm damage found. I was impressed with Brian at Dalco. The job was completed on time & they even referred me to a local painter to fix my interior ceiling damage from the roof leaks.

Description of Work: This company just replaced our roof after some tornado damage, we have been very happy with the results. We are currently playing a somewhat back and forth game over the billing with them, but they are easy to reach so it has not been an issue.

Description of Work: The built a new deck for us. The material was composite and the finish product is very nice. We had post lights installed and have been having issues with the lights. Eddie from Dalco has been great dealing with the light manufacturer for us.

ROOFING, GUTTERING AND PORCH WORK WERE DONE BY 3 DIFFERENT SUBCONTRACTORS. ROOFING AND GUTTERING WERE COMPETENTLY DONE. PORCH WORK AND FLASHING WERE INCOMPETENTLY DONE AND REQUIRED ME TO MAKE REPAIRS. THE PERSON WHO WAS SENT TO DO THE PORCH WORK AND FLASHING, BROUGHT POOR QUALITY PLYWOOD AND FASCIA BOARD. HE WAS SURLY ABOUT BEING ASKED TO USE BETTER QUALITY MATERIALS AND DIDN'T CLEAN UP. HE ALSO MISSED TWO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS TO DO WORK. SALES REP DECLINED TO REPLACE FLASHING AND HAD GUTTERING SUBCONTRACTORS ATTEMPT A REPAIR. FLASHING IS STILL NOT PROPERLY REPAIRED. I ALSO COMMUNICATED NUMEROUS TIMES WITH A LADY IN THE OFFICE WHO WAS AT TIMES ARGUMENTATIVE. THIS COMPANY IS FINE FOR ROOFING AND GUTTERING, BUT DON'T LET THE TECH WHO WORKED ON OUR PORCH DO ANY WORK!
