Description of Work: They did fine. He recommended a $1,200 replacement fireplace insert log set. We would not purchase without further research. Understood our set is 10 years old, and there is new technology in gas logs for heat generation, etc. Our only goal was to get our gas pilot working again. Goal met!

Description of Work: I had difficulty getting in contact with the company from the start, once I was able to get in contact with them I was told that they needed to double check that they actually service my area, and they never got back in contact with me. I haven't heard from them since, and have bigger things to focus on at this time.

Description of Work: Service was not provided. First appointment was rescheduled by service man. 2nd appointment, I left work early to get home for my appointment. I got stuck in traffic and was late getting home. I called service provider and left a voice message saying I was on my way. When I got home, they weren't there. They never called me back in response to my message. I was told by service provider they left after I didn't get home on time. I took the morning off work for the third visit. Service man called at 10 am (he was supposed to be at my house between 8 and 10 and let me know he was on his way. I has to be at work at 11, so had to reschedule. No one showed up or called for the 4th appt. I have never had such poor service like I had with this provider in the 10 + years I've been using Angies List!

This review is dishonest. The main problem is that the customer wanted a appointment time that fell during over time hours. The details of the deal clearly stated that the service was available ONLY during regular time hours. That is why it was offered at a large discount to the customer. The customer neve rdid call to inform us they were going to be late either.
