I've used Trinity several times in the past for simple low cost repairs with no problems, but when I had him out to look at my AC, again, because it wasn't working things went haywire from there. He told me that I needed to replace my unit and he needed a $2,000 deposit. It took him several days to come back after that and replace my unit and then it took him 2 full days to finish making the job take almost a full week by the time it was over. I was out of town when he finished and he began to call me in the evening and first thing in the morning and all times in between demanding that I pay him the rest of the money owed right away. I thought it was crazy for him to act like that when I had just trusted him with my large deposit for days. Then, come to find out, he had damaged my furnace, not turned fuses back on, and wanted his money before I got home and found out for fear I might not pay him because of it. I paid him to go away and then called another company out to fix the furnace

The AC/Heating not was not working, Mr. Ryan was able to diagnose and solve the problem quite efficiently but he was concerned because it was not a common problem and could not explain why it happened. A few days later the system will not shut down. Either on heating or cooling mode it will ignore the set temperature and continue operating. Mr. Ryan came back and changed the control box. Problem solved.

Tim Ryan knows how to do everything. He returns calls quickly, shows up exactly when he says he will and, not only repairs or adjusts specific issues, when he sees something else that needs adjusting discusses the issue and is willing to correct problem. His business is heating & cooling, but Tim knows how to do everything. I am so grateful I found Tim Ryan. He is dependable, thorough, very reasonably priced and a very pleasant young man. I am grateful I found Tim Ryan, Trinity Heating & Cooling ...... I trust his skills and integrity and would leave my house while he was working here.

When I told him that I used them quite a lot he installed a new thermal couple at no charge for me. He did a really great job and he had it done in no time. He explained everything that he did. I couldn't ask for better service!

Excellent. We were very pleased. We got an appointment relatively quickly. He was prompt. He did his job quite well.

He no showed, and when he did show, it took him less than 1/2 hour on 3 AC and 3 furnaces! He then serviced my mom’s unit, and never returned after my mom noted clanging from the unit the day after he “serviced” it.

Logs cleaned, and got good info on the safety of my gas fireplace & insert.

Ryan was easy to work with. He was very professional and informative.

Well - good advice and assessment - I just thought I had bought a complete change out of old ashes - but only got a top up over existing debris. Could have been I misread the offer. Otherwise good.

Tim came out over the winter and took a part from the fireplace with him and said he would give us a call when the new part came in. He never called us back, we finally got back in touch with him in MAY and he said the part was on backorder bc it was now SUMMER. He agreed to come out on May 25th, but then cancelled the day of saying he still didn't have the part. We tracked him down again in JULY. The day he was supposed to come he said he was going to be 2hrs late bc he had to stop to pick up the part. An hour after he was supposed to come to the house he text us and said he would not be performing the service for us and to call someone else. Completely unreliable, took at part from our fireplace rending it completely useless and won't return any text or calls.

They're honest, decent, and reliable. I couldn't say a bad word about them.

They arrived on time. Worked efficiently, were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Great to have remote controlled gas logs.

He came quickly and explained the problem and repaired it the next day after part was available.

It was fine. I like how they did everything. They were very prompt and did everything we asked them to do. The interactions with this was very good. They are a good reliable company.

Super punctual, performed basic service in a timely manner. Informed us the gas valve and pilot assemblies were faulty and needed replacing. Went out of his way to find parts / information re: our fireplace, with no luck. We ended up going with the initial installers of the fireplace for service + repairs - only needed to replace the pilot assembly for a fraction of the quoted cost.

When he showed up I was told that he couldn't service my fireplace. The next day I was told that there was a gas leak I had to have my gas shut off in the winter. I have since had it shut off and we haven't used it since. He never followed up with me

He was very good, we liked them. He came within a week of calling him. It was good. He was right on time. Very professional and knew what he was talking about. It costs much more then I thought. If I could have afforded it, he would have done the work.

It went well, Showed up to install new unit at time scheduled. The service tech appeared to have the skills and knowledge to perform the removal of defective gas log and install new gas log.

When I advised what the fireplace was doing (shutting off after a few minutes) he advised it likely needed a pilot assembly. He didn't perform any other work. I asked for an estimate on the pilot assembly. He quoted me exactly double what I paid for some else to come out for a second opinion (another service call fee) and actually replace the pilot assembly. They spent 45 minutes cleaning fireplace after replacing the assembly (which they had on the truck) and were very professional. The low $49 inspection special was simply to get me to pay double for the required service.

I noticed the heater was running more than usual and a slight odor was filling the room. So I called for an annual tune up and inspection offered thru Angie's List for $29.00. They were here the next day and during the inspection found that I had a bad sensor and offered to replace it. At first I was skeptical; but after showing me and explaining what I was looking at, I am glad I did. They had the right part and the additional cost has already been recouped thru savings. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in what they did. I am a very happy camper for the referral and will definitely use them again.

The description of the work wasn't what the technician performed. The description said there would be a thorough cleaning and inspection. The technician DID inspect but told me when he got there that Angies list had put things on the description that were not accurate and he would not be cleaning my gas logs or fire box. Unfortunately he did not tell me this until he arrived
