The description of the work wasn't what the technician performed. The description said there would be a thorough cleaning and inspection. The technician DID inspect but told me when he got there that Angies list had put things on the description that were not accurate and he would not be cleaning my gas logs or fire box. Unfortunately he did not tell me this until he arrived

Fine. I called a couple times until we connected. We agreed on a time. He came and didn't take too long. I was pleased. I had some questions about a replacement set or an alternative to what I have because it's about 15 years old. I had some questions about upgrading or changing it and he answered all my questions. It seemed like it was a good price for the attention I was going to get but I didn't do any comparison shopping to see if it was within range. When I finally did connect with him, he came that day. He happened to be in the neighborhood and was able to come that day and it really worked out. I was pleased with the overall experience.

Checked out. Gave me quote for major repair.

For starters, it took WEEKS to get it scheduled. The man that I played phone tag with said he only returned non emergency calls in the evening. That's great but I have 3 kids under 5 and the evenings are a little crazy at my house. When I was finally able to get it scheduled, he called and cancelled because he had a busy weekend. (Um, what??) Fast forward he finally comes here and looks at my Fireplace for 2 minutes and says the gas line has to be replaced. I was a little surprised but no expert so I scheduled a second service visit to have it replaced. He was running late and I had a meeting I had to attend. I never rescheduled. He always seemed confused as to what deal I purchased thru Angie's List. I had my regular gas guy come out and the entire time the issue was the pilot light was out. He re-lit it, checked it out charged me 15.00 and went about his business. Trinity wanted to replace something that wasn't broke. Between scheduling issues and dishonest business practices, I would not recommend using this company. I wish I would have read all the reviews that speak of the scheduling issues many others had. I will be asking Angie's List for a refund.

Great. I was shown how to replace the batteries in the fireplace itself, and not only the ones in my remote.

Perfect, the log set works perfect now.

It turned out just fine. There was no additional cost to the big deal price. He knows what he's doing. He's pleasant and gets here on time. I've used him several years in a row.

It was fine. It took a while to contact him, I would call him and he would try to contact me, it took about a month. Everything was good and fine. My tenants said that everything was fine.

Found unsafe problems with fireplace. Will return to fix next week.

Never heard from company. Emailed and no response.

Great, except for paying for service. His paypal account wasn't working for several weeks so we had to pay by credit card or in cash.

Fireplace now works. It did not work before he came.

Fine but I paid Angie's list and my wife gave the contractor a check for $49 also. How do l get my money back from Angie's list? Check number 4693 was issued to and cashed by Trinity Heating

It was fine. It was just average. He came out and inspected, he did find the leak and gave us the usual charges to fix it. I paid for the cleaning but there was nothing to clean because the unit was so clean. He had to tighten two connections of which there was an extra charge.

I had not used the fireplace in some time and I wasn't even sure how to start it. He was very professional & arrived at expected time. He helped me through learning how to maintain it all over again. Was very patient & allowed me to write everything down so I would know what to do in the future. I bought an Angie's List deal & was very satisfied with the work performed. I would use them again.

He arrived on time and was professional. He pushed a little too much to purchase additional gas detectors that I did not need.

You shouldn't force me to have to fill this in since I've already answered how it went above.

Almost 3 weeks after paying for a special offer with this merchant, no one called to schedule the work. Called them, left vm, still no response. I understand they are probably busy after doing a too-good-to-be-true deal through Angie's List, but 3 weeks? Angie's List: you probably need to do some due diligence with these offers to make sure the vendor is (a) reputable (hello? this is angies list right?) and (b) does not consist solely of 2 dudes and a truck.
