I received a call from Tim before I got the email from Angie's List saying that he would call. Good points right off the bat. I was able to get the service scheduled that same week. He called to confirm that he was on the way. The tune-up took about 20 minutes. He made a couple of good suggestions that had never been made by other contractors. Overall, I was very impressed and pleased.

Very knowledgable and explained what he was doing and things I should look and listen for that might signal future problems.

Tim is very professional and friendly, and he was very knowledgable about hot water heaters as well as Heating & A/C when we asked him questions. He recommended the perfect hot water heater replacement for us, installed it right away, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were happy. We are so pleased we chose Trinity for our hot water heater replacement, and we are also going to be contacting Tim again when we are ready to replace our A/C unit, which is on its last legs. I highly recommend Trinity Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration, it was a great experience.

He knows exactly what to say to win the customer to using his services. Uses factual information to back his statements.Excellent Telephone Customer Service.He said his prices will beat other folks close to almost 50% less than anyone else. In fact the other company I was using for a long time was going to charge me $3136.00 to install entire AC system. Tim's price came in at ~$1600. A very large significant savings. He goes "above and beyond" the call of duty in his work and finds creative ways to lower cost, without cutting you short! I.E. He looked over my AC coil lines to see if they were in great shape and instead of charging me more money-a few hundred dollars to run new lines. He used my existing lines only after he evaluated them to be in great condition.He consistently kept me in contact; informing me of his progress. So his communication skills are Top Notch!He provided the information I needed to move forward after his work was completed....Lien Waivers, Warranty Information, Telephone numbers to use for my new equipment.My previous company was not 24 hours / 7 Days a week! Tim told me he is! And to just call him when needed! A Definite Plus! It seemed from historical data that my old units crashed on the weekends!Although I thought his down payments or upfront cost was steep! I later found out by asking some questions with other people and directly to him...that his upfront cost was warranted to proceed forward.He is Angie's List A + with no complaints.He is found in the BBB Grade A, I DID NOT SEE any complaints against him or his company!He hauled off all the old equipment and cleaned up after his work at the site!So far, he is trustworthy to give him unattended access to our sites.He told me that at next season usage of AC, since this is close to the Fall time after installation...he will AT NO CHARGE check the charge level of my coolant in my lines and add more if needed! And that they should be fine, since this is new equipment but just in case.He explained clearly the expectations of maintaining our new equipment and the pitfalls of equipment degradation if we did not follow. I.E. if we did not keep the condenser clean from dirt!He flushed my current AC lines using a kit...something that no other AC person ever said to me, but sounded logical? HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A LOT FOR THIS!He uses contract paperwork that is simple to understand and clearly stated.

I purchased a special through Angie's List to have our furnace serviced. Trinity responded quickly and was prompt with the appointment. Trinity not only did a through service, but found a minor maintenance issue. Tim promptly fixed the issue. I addition Tim provided other suggestions to reduce our heat and cooling bills. I will definitely use Trinity for our spring AC maintenance and other service/maintenance issues.

We called numerous HVAC people and Trinity was one of the companies with a prompt response. We had an old hot water heater that we needed to replace and some gas flue exhaust issues with the old hot water heater. Tim gave his estimate of what the resolution should be and then made the extra effort to contact Laclede Gas and be certain this was the best approach. He got back with us right away and the hot water heater was in the next day. His response time, professionalism and work was great. The cost was also very fair. Because of these positives, we are considering using Trinity again when we replace our entire HVAC system.

While in need for A/C repair service, I called Trinity. My call was returned promptly, came out and inspected my unit to find an error made by the previous installer.Tim serviced my A/C In a timely, professional manner. Quality sevice at a reasonable price.

To Start, I was considering going with a generic model from lowes. Tim Explained the difference in quality in a Kohler generator and even brought a Kohler rep out to my house to answer my questions. After doing some research I decided to go with a Kohler. Trinity ask me what I wanted to back up in the event of a power loss and sized the generator to fit our needs. They pulled permits through St. louis county and Helped get a good price on the propane tank as well. The Install took right around one week and It was up and running. We had our first power loss a couple of weeks later and It only took 5 seconds for the generator to kick on. I am very pleased with the product and Trinity. Very professional and detail oriented. This is the second job that Trinity has done for us and we will continue to use and refer them.

I had been dissatisfied with the service company that I had a maintenance contract with for some time. I needed to replace my ac at the lake house for some time and the bids that I was getting from the local contractors at the lake seemed high. I have been using Trinity Heating and Cooling for all of my home and business needs for some time and have been very pleased. I ask if they would be willing to give me a bid and possibly do the job despite the distance. Trinity came in $1,400 lower than my lowest bid and had the job done in two days.

My AC limped through last summer so I knew I needed to replace it. A nice winter day was perfect for the replacement. He was courteous, clean and had everything under control. He kept me updated on what he was doing and how long it would take. No question was a stupid question throughout the whole process. He came back before summer to do the final check and made sure I was ready for summer. He also gave me tips on things I will need to do in the future to make the unit last.

Tim put controls in our master bedroom, basement, and hallway. He has reduced our energy bill from 1500 a month to 400 a month. What I love most about Tim doing this is that you can set each control to the comfort of your living style. If you like your bedroom a little cooler than the rest of the house at night you just program it to kick on at the time that suites you, without paying to cool down the whole house. Maybe you have some rooms that are warmer or cooler than other rooms. Just set it and forget it!! I would definitely recommend the product and services I received!

The service was great. Tim let me know of some issue I will more than likely have in the near future. He recommended the product (outside unit) I will need to research. He also gave me a price and let me know the time it would take to replace the unit. Currently, I plan on having him install my outide unit in the next year (or sooner if it give out).

I was referred to Tim by my plumber, another highly-rated Angie's List service provider. I ended up selecting Tim's bid because, in addition to being the lowest bid, he took the time to assess our house's needs carefully, and recommended a system that wasn't oversized as so many contractors seem to do. We're extremely pleased with the results. Tim did nearly all of the installation work himself, with a high attention to detail. The installation did take longer than some of the bigger contractors would have probably taken (he moved the AC as well), which is the only negative I can think of.
