Tim is very friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and explained the process in detail. Can't say enough good things about him or his work. My only complaint was that he was late arriving on most days (several hours, in fact). I would call him and he would say that he was "on his way" but didn't arrive until hours later. This happened more than once. Once he arrived he worked very diligently on the job. I will use Tim again because, in the end, he did an excellent job!

The man came on time and did his work neatly. He even cleaned the glass for me. I had a sparking wire and he repaired for me. He was friendly and did his work at a good pace. I would have him again. I have done this review already. I don't have the price info with me now. I gave you accurate info on price and date last time. Please review that info.

Tim was very personable and courteous. He returned calls promptly and followed up when and how he said he would.

Overall, it was alright. He said he would do it for nothing, but I wouldn’t allow that. I believe it costs me $90-100 for both fireplaces.

I finally managed to contact him and he did the work. Just connecting with him took weeks of calling and messages. The first scheduled appointment, there were some travel issues, but I found this out by contacting him. He didn’t contact me. Once he did come (the next morning), he was on time, he was a good guy, went over things with me very thoroughly. I was very happy with the service he gave. He was a really nice guy and liked him. It could be that he was just really busy. The actual labor was good, but the communication was lacking. There were no additional fees with the Big Deal and I thought that was a great price.

My experience was very good. He was very courteous, did the inspection and went down to look at the furnace, and he did not sell anything. He did look at the furnace and looked fine and he explained to me the age of the furnace and what to expect in the coming years, and more. He's a very nice young man. It was totally a great experience.

He did not show up when he said he would. He came, I asked him a question and he left.

They did a very thorough job with the tune-up. They guy they sent wasn't pushy. He gave me accurate information and let me decide. It went very well. I was very pleased with the guy. There were no additional fees with the Big Deal.

It took forever to get the appointment set up I bought the coupon in December. He was supposed to be here at 10am and showed up at 2:30pm. He told me that I didn’t need a tune-up or cleaning. I talked to him on the phone about my fireplace remote not working. He told that it would be $230 to fix it. He dismantled it even though I already knew what the issue was and he left it dismantled.

Unfortunately I was distracted by other activities in the house and could not watch what he was doing. He was very fast, so that left me wondering how thorough he performed the work. When he mentioned how nice it was to service a gas fireplace that was working, it made me think he did not need to go through my system as thoroughly as he would for someone's whose fireplace was not in good working order and that's why it appeared he worked so quickly. I did think he would disassemble the gas components and clean out each part. The service including inspecting the furnace which was done visually. It is for both of these reasons I gave an overall score of good in lieu of excellent. I would recommend this provider with the caveat the purchaser ensures they fully understand the details of the service being provided.

Can not make contact with vendor, therefore I have not received service for the $$$ I'm already out for purchasing the Groupon.

He came out and looked at the furnace, and charged a standard rate according to what I had found on Angie's List. I mentioned I had an issue with my fireplace as well, he offered to look at it and only charged me a minimal fee. He has came out twice to check on the fireplace, and offered to repair the remotes. He is very honest and gives me options on what would be best for me. He even calls back to check and make sure everything is still working properly. We are also working on setting up a regular maintenance schedule for the furnace and fireplaces.

It went very well. He did a great job. Was extremely patient explaining what he was doing. He cleaned up the area when he was finished..

Did his magic and they are working now.

He also explained how to USE the gas fireplace & discovered that our flue was open too much, all very useful. I will say that I wasn't overly impressed with "cleaning" that was done & he didn't replace or rearrange the embers or sand as I expected. I'd use Trinity again, though I wasn't terribly impressed with the fireplace cleaning.

I suspected it was due to be replaced and he confirmed its condition. He came back at a later date and replaced the water heater and removed the old one.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. Everything went well.

They claimed to provide a complete checkup, remove and clean / replace ceramic logs, clean burners and replace sand / ash material as required and clean the glass doors. The technician only vacuumed the top of the ceramic logs despite some needing to be replaced, looked up the chimney with a flashlight and and checked the gas fire ignited correctly.He left after about 10 minutes.

It was alright. He couldn’t fix the fireplace as he thought he would. He thought the valve that was on there was still under warranty and so I had it done by somebody else. He was very courteous and very thorough. He really didn’t do any work but I guess he’s alright. He came when he was supposed to. He called to say he’d be here in a half hour and he was.

It turned out okay. There was an additional charge for a part that needed to be replaced. It is working now. I would not use them again.

I purchased a Big Deal for $49 for this service which was certainly a "Deal" Tim cleaned and checked the fireplace thoroughly and efficiently. Upon his recommendation, I had Tim replace the thermopile for an additional $75. That was a preventative measure which seemed reasonable to me as the fireplace is 12 years old and had never been serviced. I would certainly use this vendor again.

Installed two humidifiers. Came in, did the work and left the place clean and picked up. Very professional.

Trinity checked my year old gas logs and assured me that they were clean and in very good condition. No safety issues found. I didn't need my furnace checked, as the seller did that last fall.
