It went well. Provider was on-time and performed work expeditiously. Also provided some feedback regarding possible replacement systems down the road.

It was good. They are excellent. They are very responsive. I use them all the time. They are easy to get a hold of.

I found Trinity Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration LLC on Angie's List. I have used them several times with satisfactory results each time. This particular time I had my fireplaces serviced. I couldn't be more pleased with the cleaning and servicing of all three of my gas fireplaces. Tim arrived a few minutes early for the appointment, he walked me through the process of examining and cleaning them. He also recommended that we have a carbon monoxide detector installed. He was professional and made sure to wear booties in the house. He was careful to cover the hearth and area nearby to prevent dirt from getting everywhere, he also cleaned up after himself. Which of course my wife was very grateful for!

We are very satisfied with Tim's work for us today. He is friendly and easy to deal with, and got the job done quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and gave advice on what we were doing wrong so we may avoid problems in the future. He also recommended what we should do when the hot weather resumes next summer before we start using the unit again. I noticed in other reviews that other customers had some communication issues with Tim, but we went with him anyway and have no regrets. (We had this work done on the first of October; maybe during peak season things are more hectic for him.) Anyway, we would recommend him to others! Thanks, Tim.

They came out and did the installation of a gas fireplace.

I called the gentlemen at Trinity you told me to contact. He said he would call me back. Never heard another word from him.

I called him on a Saturday and he returned my call (which another provider never did). He did call me back that afternoon to tell me he could come out on Tuesday. I text him on Tuesday to make sure I was on his schedule. He responded and told me that I was. He calls me at 3:30 pm to tell me his schedule had gotten off for the day and wanted to put me off. I explained to him (again) that I was closing on this house on Friday and needed the work done prior to then. He then agreed to come out Tuesday and arrived about 4:30. He did not recall any of the conversation I had with him on Saturday about the problem. He tightened a valve on gas fireplace and was gone within twenty minutes time.

Tim called to let me know that he was running late due to another customer needing more services than what is normally expected. He asked if I was flexible to allow him to arrive by 11:30 am and that this would not impact my day. I said that would be okay. He did arrive prior to 11:30. As he was beginning to examine the fireplace he recommended some safety suggestions to follow. He then vacuumed around the glass doors, screen, and logs. He adjusted the pilot light and suggested to replace it due to normal wear. He priced replacement and labor at $125 which I approved. He adjusted the new pilot. He asked how long I had the logs (10Yrs) and suggested purchasing new logs which would radiant more heat out into the room. Removed the logs to allow him to focus on the materials underneath to better illuminate ambers. Restacked the logs to create a more realistic fire. Cleaned up around the area to ensure everything had been picked up. Shortly after he had left, I turned off the fire to close the fireplace doors and noticed a small piece (which had been off the one door for years) which could be placed in the door frame that helped to keep the door closed was gone. I called him to see if he had picked it up with the pieces of the old pilot light. He called me back and said he would check. Within a few minutes he was at my front door with piece. NOW THAT WAS SERVICE!! Tim....THANK YOU!

I left two phone messages for Tim to schedule an appointment for the Bid Deal. After I didn't hear from him, I took to My Messages on Angie's List to communicate my concern... that's when he finally called me back. I informed him that I wanted to cancel my service because my calls were not returned. Tim stated that he would perform the service free of charge and reimburse me money. When he finally came out, he did look at the furnace and I was pleased to know that I didn't have to spend any extra money.

He was a very nice gentleman. I had purchased a deal with him, and decided I did not want to have the work done. He was so nice about it, and I would definitely use him in the future.

He came at the appointed time. He was neat, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He patiently walked me though what I needed to know about the fireplace -- lighting the pilot, adjusting the damper, adjusting the flame, etc. He said even if it was evening and I was having trouble getting it lit or was unsure of the procedure, to give him a call and he'd walk me through it. I can't ask for more.

Tim R of Trinity arrive on time, cleaned and check the fireplace operations. Trinity has always done a great job for me and I use then regularly for all of my HVAC needs.

I made two appointments with the provider for the gas fireplace inspection/cleaning. The first scheduled date rolled around and I didn't hear from anyone. I gave him a call and he stated that he was under the assumption that it was an all-day appointment, meaning he would arrive at a random time during the day when his schedule permitted. I didn't remember making that arrangement, but was ok with it at the time, stating that I'd give him a call if I was going to be home later in the day. I was not, so I called a week or two later to schedule the 2nd appointment. I told him I'd be home a couple days the week of Aug. 4th, and to give me a call back with a day that would work. He called back, stating that any day that week would work with the exception of Aug. 5. Fine, I scheduled the appointment for Aug. 4th at 9 a.m. Aug. 4, 9 a.m. rolls around, and I don't see or hear from him. I waited a good 30-45 minutes, just in case he was late, to call him. When I reached him, he had no plans on coming out that day. Said he didn't have it scheduled. I told him that I definitely scheduled that day and time, and he said he'd be out within an hour or two. He did arrive to clean and inspect the fireplace, which went well enough. I felt that this provider was competent and knowledgeable, but due to the difficulty with scheduling, I would not use this provider in the future.

Tim was great. Honest, good price, and came right away. He fit me in to his schedule because he knew my timing was really tight. Overall it was a great experience. He knows what he's doing, will explain everything to you, and really goes out of his way to make you happy. One of my best experiences with a contractor.

The only negative is that my appointment time and date were not on their schedule. However, they did show up the same date at a time convenient for me.

Everything is working great now.

With HVAC, of course it fails on a very hot day, but we were able to schedule an appointment quickly, the whole thing took about an hour, he had to install some new parts that he cleared with us first. He also cleaned and serviced the unit and helped us make some changes in the airflow ducts inside the house. Very professional, very comprehensive and thoughtful! Great job!

Trinity more than made up for some initial scheduling issues by providing the check up, some parts, and repairing a line at no charge.

Had an emergency (rental home A/C not cooling) and called Busch Heating and Cooling (who I've used for years) and was told they could not come until the weekend. This was unacceptable since it was 94 degrees with the renters ready to move in the next day. Went to Angie's list and noticed the high marks for Trinity Heating and Cooling and decided to give them a try. The owner (Tim Ryan) answered the call and said he would come out in 2 hours since he was on another job. He arrived at 6:20 pm or so and noticed the outside condenser unit was clogged with dust and pollen. He cleaned the unit and performed a routine maintenance. It cools great now.

I called Tim around 7pm on Thursday night to see if he could come by the next day. I explained my A/C problems. He said he was booked for the next day but could come over right then. I was shocked that someone would do that. Tim was prompt, very professional and found my problem and fixed it. I thought his price was fair since he was working after hours otherwise I think he was comparatively priced for the market. I would highly recommend Tim.

Very Good! He found a leak in the gas line to the fireplace. I would hate to think of what would have happened when I fire it up this winter. Thank you so much.

This provider came out and completed the work in a big deal we purchased. He them sold us a new furnace and rebates were ending at the end at the year. He installed the furnace but never finished the paperwork that the dealer needed for the rebates. He was very slow in getting back to us to adjust the blower on the furnace. He did what he was suppose to do for us, but he was bad with follow and responding. Make sure if you hire him that he bolts your fireplace back to the wall.

The provider was prompt, offered honest feedback for taking care of the fireplace, suggested future service but told us it was not necessary at this time.

It was determined that I had a gas leak by Laclede Gas, but they didn't determine where it was (which they are supposed to). Tim from Trinity did a good job getting Laclede to come out and determine where the leak was. Then he capped the area off where there was a leak (it was to my stove) and Laclede could then turn the gas back on. Then he replaced the leaking gas pipes to my stove. All of this was done for a very reasonable price (much cheaper than I thought).

Trinity repaired a leak that had caused Laclede Gas to cut off gas when I had originally detected a slight odor. Years before the original installer failed to respond to my request for a repair and so I was extremely grateful to Trinity for solving my problem. It has worked fine ever since.
