They did a very good job. We were happy. They came out, they did what they said they were going to do.

The leak continued. I don't believe he really fixed the problem. He charged me more money for a part I don't believe he replaced.

I hadn't used my gas fireplace since moving in. Trinity Heating and Cooling lit the pilot light and cleaned the fireplace. They also did a safety check on my furnace.

It was fine. They finished the checkup in 20 minutes. They did not replaced anything.

It wasn't a positive experience. It took a long time for them to come out and when he did come out he diagnosed a very expensive repair. I had someone else come out who fixed it for $40.

I first called Tim to come and take a look at our fireplace because it was emitting a terrible smell when turned on. He checked it out and said the smell was definitely not normal, and likely caused by something being spilled on the logs at some point (the insert was old, from a previous owner). He showed me some options for replacement and gave us what I think to be a good price. Before installation and on the day of, he took a great deal of time to check things out, explain what he was doing, describe care of the new insert, and make sure he answered all of my questions. He was friendly, professional and thorough. Also cleaned up well afterwards. I highly recommend Trinity.

They showed up at the time arranged and did the job. They were professional and approachable and even helped fix the issue despite some concerns they had. I would call them again.

It was good! The technician was really nice. I had only bought the deal to have my fireplace inspected, but he told me that a furnace inspection was also included, and so he was able to give me good news about that as well!

They didn't do much, they gave me a quote for a new furnace because they said they couldn't fix the one that I had because the broiler went bad and a few other things. I ended up having to find another furnace and having someone else install it. Trinity came out a couple weeks after I called them. He was able to diagnose my problem but he wasn't able to fix it. We talked about it and he gave me some pricing options on getting a new one. It was a little more than what I was willing to pay his company. It was my first time using them so I had no expectations. I knew we had problems with the furnace and he was able to tell us what was going on.

It was good. I have really good luck with Angie's List. I am planning on having the provider come out again.

The two-man crew arrived on time; they were very courteous; and they finished their work in less than one hour. They cleaned built-up lint in the dryer and the outlet to the outdoors, and installed a new flexible exhaust pipe. I was completely satisfied with their work.

Service call went well. Tech showed up on time and explained everything while he was performing the check and cleaning.

I felt like this was a waste of money. He was here for less than 30 minutes. He took the glass panels off and cleaned them but didn’t do anything with the logs. I don’t think he did much, I thought he might do some test with the pilot light. He was a very nice man; I just was expecting something different.

He came when I expected him and did what I asked him to do. I was satisfied with this fine service.

Everything went well. After experiencing an extremely cold winter last year, I decided it was time to have the fireplace cleaned up and inspected so it is ready for use this winter.

These were the best and smartest repairmen I have ever used. They had to rethink one of the systems because of old house realities and not only came up with a solution but made a quick run to Home Depot for new parts. I could not be happier with their work.

Tim called and cancelled the appointment for Dec.08 and he said Saturday which I agreed. I have left several messages on his answering service.

Didn't have a fireplace key for our fireplace, so didn't get turned on. We had a house fire in Aptil and lost our key. He was informed the night before. Did not even go to basement to inspect furnace as he was suppose to. Was in and out in 10 minutes. We could have taken a shop vac and a brush and saved the $50. Our fireplace still looks dusty and we still don't know if it works right.

Called for appt. and said he would be in the neighborhood later that day so we said OK. Was prompt, courteous, and gave some helpful information. However he did not clean anything...nothing. My furnace is 17 years old, surely something needed cleaning and this was supposed to be a check up and cleaning?? He did not bring in a vacuum, towels or any other kind of cleaning essentials, so I do not believe he intended to do any sort of cleaning to begin from the get go. He was in and out within 10 minutes or less.

Tim was excellent. Very nice and informative. Went over the pros and cons of several different types of gas logs and inserts. His price was better than a couple of others that I got bids from. He was running a little late but finished in the time he said he would. He accidentally left the hot water heater off. I called and he walked me through step by step on how to turn it back on. I am so glad he did because if it ever happens again, I know how to turn it back on. Because of his forgetting to turn the water heater back on, he said he would come back in spring and give my AC a free inspection. Now that's good customer service. I would recommend him to anyone.

The provider is unable to schedule a service call. His response is always that he is busy. I wrote to him on November 17th requesting an appointment for the November 24-26 time frame. His response was he would call. He didn't, so I sent a follow up message today requesting a service date. He replied that he was busy all week and I should call him. I tried to schedule a service call last winter shortly after I bought the deal, but he was unable to accommodate. I'm also busy and I don't have time to chase a service person, especially when I've already paid for the service. Thank you!

I called to have them come and check my gas log fireplace. Spoke with Tim Ryan, he set an appointment. He was supposed to be there at 4:15 PM. He called at 3:15 PM to say he was running late, asked how late he said 2 hours. I asked if he would be there by 6:15 PM, he said yes. Then he didn't get there until 7:15 PM. He looked at the fireplace and I said I would like it to be serviced so it could be used for winter, but I would consider doing some sort of insert or update, depending on cost. He also looked at the water heater and said it needed to be replaced. Asked how much that would cost, he said, "$1100." I thought that sounded high for a 40 gallon water heater. He asked about whether the fireplace was vented or not, I said I would check with the condo association. Then he said the flu was broken after looking at it. Said he would get back to me with a price to get the fireplace in shape or do the insert. Did not hear from him for over 2 weeks, called and left a message asking if he could do the work and if he was still interested in the job. A phone call or two were exchanged, the last one he had called me saying he was going to text a picture he'd taken of a fireplace insert. Never got it. In the meantime I'd contacted somebody else from Angie's List who kept the appointment we scheduled within a week. He got my gas logs in great shape for the winter for $120, the flu is working just fine and I still have the same water heater. Trinity did not take any money from me and did not take the job and then mess it up, it definitely could have been worse! I just thought the communication and follow up was so poor I didn't want to move forward with having Trinity do the work.

Seemed like all he did was look at the logs vacuum over the top of them a little and show us how to light them.

Very well! He showed up quickly, fixed the problem without delay, and told us what we needed to do to maintain the system. He also told us about his other services.
