Tim showed up on time to the house. He thought I purchased the AC coupon, and checked out my air conditioner. However, when I spoke with him, I told him I purchased the fireplace. He did that complete inspection and cleaning as well. My water heater also had gone out and I asked him to look at it. He did and just had to relight the pilot. I told him I would pay him for the extra services, however he declined and said not to worry about it. He was a very professional and I appreciate his assistance. I would recommend him to anyone and plan on using them again.

Tim seems to be a one-man show but there's nothing wrong with that in the residential HVAC market space. We had him out to do the annual service on our A/C after seeing his Big Deal on Angie's List. Scheduling took about two weeks. The wife and I both work in the industry so this was far from an average service call. We discussed our HVAC performance issues in terms that only industry insiders would understand and Tim proved to be incredibly knowledgable. He also spent more time than I expected discussing a few different potential solutions involving equipment and configurations from several different players in the residential HVAC market space, including the stuff we both sell. I would have no concerns calling Tim out again for an annual service and he made his way onto the short list for when we eventually start replacing systems.

Responded to about 20% of communication. After missing the second appointment, he said he would rectify free of charge. I thought that was very nice of him and asked to reschedule. Never showed. Two more times. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, so I hope everything is ok. Otherwise, this was such a hassle and inconvenience that it made me want to cancel my Angie's list account.

It went well. He answered any questions we had. He was thorough and did not create a mess during the servicing process.

But the big deal for air conditioning inspection. Tim was on time and called beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. He did a great job and spent some time explaining changes I might want to make in the future to the system. Will definitely use again.

complained the whole time he was here. this was after missing our 1st appointment with a no call to let me know he couldn't make it. It took several calls to reschedule. i felt like i was inconveniencing him. very unprofessional. not sure how he got an "A" rating.

I called a few HVAC companies around 6:00 PM with little expectation that I would get much help from anyone that night. Tim from Trinity returned my call and came out at 7:15 PM when I had problems with my AC unit. He was punctual, knowledgable, professional, and he made sure the problem unit was up and working again.

Trinity was very professional, responsive and courteous. Unfortunately, their schedule and ours didn't match up. As a result, we went with a different provider.

Went well. Was very nice and was knowledgeable. Fix a small problem.

Arrived on time. He asked me to put our dogs in another room, which is fine and a heads up to others. He was polite, took time to explain things, and offered good suggestions. When we need new logs we will call him again.

i called tim to come out and check my fire place because i had never used the fire place and wanted to. i called a chimney sweep they came out and told me it was a gas fireplace. and that i would need a heating and air person to9 do it so i called trinity. he came out checked and told me it was a wood burning fireplace!!!! now have to call back sweep to get refund! i hade him clean the system while he was here after he was done i asked how old was it he said 20 years so i asked him for a bid the price is good but i keep reading he is late or dosent show. so i really havent decided.

He came out and did the service. He was very informative and helpful by giving us pointers on our fireplace. He suggested we might look into replacing the furnace and air conditioner because they were old and not very efficient.

I was not happy because when the guy came and went down and said he has to do the heating & cooling and didn't do anything. He was there for probably 15-20 minutes.

He was excellent. He told me things no one else has told me about my fire place

Tim was very nice. He knew what he was doing...which we don't. I was glad to have our fireplace checked well since it is about 18 years old and we use it so much.

Everything was perfect. They did a good job. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. I was actually out of town when he did the work. I came happy, and I was very happy with the work he had done. With regard to price, he wasn’t the cheapest, but he wasn’t the cheapest. He was right in the ballpark and did everything like he said he was going to. Everything worked just fine. He called me right back when I initially contacted him. He was on time for his appointment.

Old system was removed with much extra care taken to keep the area clean. After new system was installed the installer took the time to fully explain operation and safety features of the new system. Was very professional during the visit answering all our questions. Fully explained the warranty as well

He was very courteous-got to work right away-very informative. Would definitely have him back again when needed.

Was very polite and professional. Inspected fireplace for leaks and made sure Thermocouple was working properly. He found no problems. Vacuumed the walls and logs, cleaned the glass doors and replaced the embers. Looks brand new again!

It went okay. I basically tried to have some cost efficient way of turning my fireplace on. I bought the house a year ago and was never able to turn it on. The guy came out and turned it on. They accomplished what I wanted. The downside was that I was originally scheduled for last weds. They rescheduled this weds. The appointment was supposed to be between 12-2 PM and they ended up coming at 4:30 PM. He did call to tell me he was going to be late.

He did a great job. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the service provided.

Provider was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all safety concerns and questions. Definitely would use again.
