Lightspeed Electrical Services specializes in electric service and repair for your home or business. We provide prompt, professional, courteous services. Have an outlet or a light not working? Lightspeed Electrical started out wiring custom homes in the Branson area. In 2007 the company began focusing on service and repair only, eliminating major construction projects. Currently, Lightspeed has several trucks and provides same day service and repair to both residential and commercial clients. Their team consists of several technicians and office personnel and they specialize in communicating and scheduling everything from installation of fans, fixtures, switches, and outlets, to trouble shooting major electrical issues and providing safe solutions.

Description of Work: The installer, Josh if I remember correctly, was prompt, very knowledgeable, He installed what I needed in an appropriate amount of time. I had 3 110 receptacle drops, 1 220 drop installed which included wiring from the fuse panel, 3 4 bulb T8 ceiling reflector lights and 16 ft of LED under cabinet lighting installed. All very expertly!

Description of Work: I have had them out twice. Once to fix a ceiling fan and re-attach to a box that had loosened. But they really got my business when they went out to check on a burning smell in my house which also seemed to be associated with the electric furnace switching off. He checked the furnace and could not find anything. He left and then called me back the next day with another idea about what might be causing the problem, came out and discovered his hunch was right, and located in the fuse box connection, not at the furnace connection. NO CHARGE for the extra trip out! They were prompt and courteous.

Service man contacted my tenant and set up a time to come out. My tenant unexpected went to the hospital and was not there at the appointed time. The service man contacted me, and explained he would reschedule with my tenant. He did so, and did not charge for 2 service calls! My tenant was pleased with the professionalism of the service man.
