Miracle Method did an outstanding job on our shower pan, which was 35 years old. It looks like new. There was one very minor mark on it and they returned and fixed it like new. The technician did a wonderful job, he was very pfofessional, courteous and friendly and the office staff was very customer oriented. We were well pleased with the job and will have them reglaze our tub soon.

I thought it went great! The bids were reasonable, and much less than replacement items in either the bathroom or the kitchen. In addition, I am not a big fan of the inserts that are used to replace original tubs and walls in older bathrooms, so I was thrilled with the prospect of getting an updated look for the bathroom that would preserve the tub and walls that were in good shape other than the dated colors used. Two technicians arrived on the first day, one for the kitchen and the other for the bathroom. The kitchen took two days because the original coating on the counter tops had to set overnight before being sanded and coated with a smooth finish. Both technicians, James & Corrie, were very careful to tape and wrap off all areas that were not being addressed in this process. In addition, plastic "walls" were set up to separate the kitchen from the family room and dining room. The process involved using large exhaust fans and tubing to pull the odors outdoors, so although there was some smell, it was not overwhelming. The kitchen coating gave the counter tops a faux-stone look that is very impressive. Several people thought I had had the entire counter tops replaced with stone. There was some touching-up that we requested in the bathroom to make the finish smoother, but that was done immediately without any problems. Now the bathroom looks bright and clean, and I think it looks better than some of the inserts that lose the nice look of tile bathrooms.

They did a wonderful job. My bathroom was 13 years old and was all brass. They switched it to brushed nickel and they handled that service well. They were very reasonably priced. It was $1700 for the refinishing and $1,000 for the shower door. They were very professional and very prompt. They were very polite. I liked that they wore shirts with their names on them. The guy that did the work was Cory. Bob, the owner, had come out and given me the actual bid. Cory did the work and Bob did the shower door and looked at Cory's work. They gave me a 5-year written guarantee. They had a lot to pick from and they answered all my questions. They had pictures of their work that they had just done, unlike a lot of other companies. They were not the most expensive or the cheapest; their price was moderate. The only drawback to the whole thing is that the process is smelly and it smelled for a whole week. It could be problematic if you had asthma. The primer they have to use stinks. I would absolutely use them again.

Mark scheduled us quickly after coming in for an estimate and showed up promptly. He and his assistant James re-glazed all the tiling, the tub, toilet tank and sink in a beautiful white (he can also do a multitude of colors and finishes, including a marbled finish, but we opted for a creamy white) and brought an outdated bathroom to life again! The tub, most of the tiles, and the sink were in terrible condition -- now they look like brand new again. Mark also re-glazed the toilet tank, which matches the base (and everything else) perfectly! He was able to fix a soap dish in the tub, and a towel fixture that is also original to the house. And the entire project was done in two days! The smell is awful -- no way to get around that, and it was totally worth it for the results. We could not use the bathroom for two additional days after the spraying was done to allow the glazing to harden properly, so prepare for that! We're so happy with the results and felt that the price was well worth it. Mark and James were both great to work with and we'd highly recommend them to others!

They had no attitude, or pressure with selling. They were knowledgeable and had a good product line. In terms of sales ability, they did a wonderful job.

They gave us an estimate several weeks before we decided to go with them. There was no pressure or calls in between. They sprayed our tub which was rusting, the surrounding tiles and the sink in our guest bath, they also sprayed the master bathtub, shower and replaced the glass surrounding the shower and the double sink. There are many options for color and we picked 3 different color combinations. It's like having completely new bathrooms at a fraction of the cost. They were totally professional and were right on time. There is some odor but they also have huge fans to blow it out of the house. I couldn't be happier with their work and would recommed them to anyone who likes the bathroom they have but need some updates.

They are a very nice family and are very nice people. After I heard what kind of product they were going to use I decided to go a completely different direction.

Our home is thirty years old and although the tubs and surrounds were well cared for they began to show some hairline cracks and dulling. One shower had the doors removed and it had left a discoloration. I was doubtful I could find a company I felt could do a first class and professional job on repairing and refinishing the tubs. Then I found Miracle Method. I called and they were very informative and with the information from Angie's List I felt it confident they would do a great job. Gayland called to let us know how far he was from the house and was on time and prompt. Although I had originally thought I would have one tub repaired and the other entirely refinished after talking about the process with Gayland I decided to have them both totally refinished. He worked nonstop from 8 am until after 6 pm with just a small break for lunch. The rooms were totally prepped and everything was covered including the toliet, floor, and vanity. The finish is beautiful and looks like new. We have a five year warranty and peace of mind that it was done properly. Although we have not used the tubs yet they can be used within 4-5 hours after the process is complete. We were also given a discount for having to full baths redone. Everything was cleaned up and all the fixtures were put back. Neat and clean. The next day I called Miracle Method and left a very positive message thanking them for a great job and was called soon after and thanked for my commments. I was asked about the job and also he wanted to know about the odor. The odor would be the only negative comment as it is very strong. I was told it is somewhat stronger in the winter even though a vent was ran out the window. It is day two and the odor is better. I am sure that within a couple more days it will be gone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Just great service and so professional. Thanks Miracle Method! Just a little update - it is now four days after our tub refinishing and the odor is gone.

They were very responsive and came out when they said they would. He wrote up an estimate, and it seemed reasonable for the amount of work that they were going to do. They were very professional, but we just couldn't afford the expense.

We had two outdated bathrooms-one with pink fixtures and ceramic tile and one with yellow fixtures and tile. The Miracle Method people gave us an estimate to refinish the floors, bathtubs, and ceramic tile surround. They were pleasant to deal with and did a very good job. The bathrooms are now a clean and sparkling white. They do not look like they had been refinished. There was quite a bit of odor to the process, so I would suggest doing it at a time when the windows can be open and the house aired out. Wouldn't recommend doing this in the winter!

Very professional, courteous, fast, clean. We did not know what the surfacing would consist of and were somewhat disappointed that it seems to be auto body paint that they use to paint over the old finish. It is not very durable -- we have already scratched it just by doing dishes in the sink. I think it would be great for a tub or tile work, but not good for something that needs to be durable like a countertop or sink. I will say, though, that it looks great and was a lot easier than replacing the counter and sink.

They were here all day and even filled in the grout. I was completely happy with their price, their service and the people from the company. I would use them again.

Miracle Method did a very good job. They provided a detailed estimate that they honored. They were prompt and professional. They vented the fumes outdoors, and cleaned up after themselves. The bathrooms look great.
