Miracle Method

Estimate was made promptly and we ag reeded with the reasonable price. Work was scheduled and the workman showed up promptly. The shower pan was cleaned and coated the first day as it had to dry before the glass enclosure could be installed. Another workman showed up on the scheduled day to install the glass. This went well but the door was the wrong size and had to be reorded. When it came it was installed promptly and the job was satisfactorily. The owner installed the door and made an adjustment in the price for the first door being the wrong size. We were very happy with this company's work and would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for bathtub refinishing for $360. Upon arrival to finish the tub, the technician informed me that there would be an extra cost of approximately $250 because the tub had been painted/refinished before and there were multiple layers to remove. Since this is a tub in a rental property, I was not aware of the extra layers. At a later date the technician returned, preformed the refinishing service in a single afternoon and left the place clean. He was very friendly and efficient.

It was a good experience. There were a few blemishes we noticed but they are not very big. All in all it was a very nice job and looks good.

We have a shower pan that had been coated with a very cheap product prior to us buying our house. It looked great at first but started peeling up and causing water damage to the tile surrounding. Miracle Method came out the day after we called to give us a quote. Everything went according to plan- it was a two day project. The only issue we had was getting the smell out of the room but after about three days, it was fine. I would highly recommend Miracle Method. You can change the entire look of your bathroom without the stress and and mess of a full remodel.

The process was easy. There was quite a strong smell in the house for about 24 hours, but it went away. We haven't had any issues with the tub, so I am impressed.

I purchased the coupon, talked to the owner, appointment was made, all questions were answered, everything was explained. The Technician showed up on time. He was professional and finished the job in the time he had promised. He went over everything about taking care of the new tub's finish, and cleaned everything up before he left... GREAT JOB - BEAUTIFUL TUB...!

They did a very professional job and explained everything very well. They ensured the ventilation was good during the process, and they cleaned up well after completing the work.

Chips in the tile were supposed to be fixed before refinishing. We had chips in the tile that were pointed out to Miracle Method and were very evident before the process was begun. They were not fixed. If there was an attempt to fix them then it was very unsuccessful. There were also other areas where there are drips down the tiles. During the stripping process there was a layer of dust left throughout the house. Miracle Method said that it was because there was a hole in the vacuum system. My wife and I, along with our three dogs, were exposed to a lot of dust. It took us two days to clean it up. The smell was definitely overpowering. We understood there would be a smell, but this was so strong it took two days with the exhaust fan going in the bathroom, a separate fan in the bathroom, and the windows open in the whole house before the smell started to dissipate. They offered to come back and fix the areas that were poorly done, but we said no for a number of reasons. If these large chips in the tile weren't able to be fixed the first time, Miracle Method might be able to fix them on the second try. But I'm concerned they might not be able to fix them. If not, then we're worried about the smell and the possibility of dust again. The dust wasn't noticed by the technician the first time (and it was a lot), and if it escaped into the house a second time, we'd potentially have to deal with the same situation. Same with the smell. It's not worth going through the process again and getting a poor result again. All of the employees of Miracle Method have been courteous. But Miracle Method has not been worth the money we spent. We definitely can't recommend this to anyone, and we would caution anyone before they got the process done.

Everything was great - Terry came out and gave us an estimate, we set up an appointment to get the work completed and absolutely everything went according to plan. The finished product looks amazing (just like the rehabs they show on the website) and Tabatha was very helpful in working with our schedule. I love that the workmen only work for Terry and that I felt comfortable leaving them to work in my house while I went to work for the day. My only issue was with the smell of the chemicals, which was pretty strong. However, we more or less knew that going in. It looks like I have a brand new bathroom and it took only 1 1/2 days! Everyone was courteous, prompt and professional, and it was definitely not a hard sell.

It went great from the time I contacted the company to set up the initial visit for an estimate. I am very happy with the results of the reglazing. I had looked into other options for the tub and refinishing seemed like the best way to go. The tub looks fresh & new. The same is true of the kitchen tile. Rather than replacing, I wanted to keep the character of the old style tile but with a fresh clean look. The entire job took 2 days - one day for the bathtub reglaze/shower door install and one day for the kitchen tile.Everyone at the company is very nice to work with and the results are amazing. There was an area on my stove where the paint was damaged and Bob repaired that for me, too. The work is top notch and I am very pleased with my decision to use Miracle Method.

We had our corner jacuzzi tub refinished in the spring of 2012. The bathtub is around 20 years old and was starting to dull badly making it really hard to clean. I saw a coupon on Angie's list for Miracle Method and thought it sounded like a good option as I did not want to get rid of the tub due to cost. I called MM and they promptly returned my call and were very professional over the telephone and answered any questions I had. They came out and performed the work within a few weeks of my initial call. The young man that reinished our tub was very nice and courteous. The bathtub looks pretty good. The finish looks nice, but not perfect. There are some blemishes and imperfections, but it is better than replacement. I have also noticed a few chips in the finish over the past weeks that weren't there before. They aren't very noticeable probably because the bathtub was white before. This may not be for someone that wishes to do a drastic color change as it would be very obvious if any chips occurred. Overall I am fairly happy with the service because it bought me time. However, I don't think it is permanent solution.

Bob, the technician, called as promised and was on time promised (actually before which was great). He explained what he was going to do and how it was going to look when finished. He was very professional and friendly. He showed me what else he could do with the tile wall as well and left a brochure on what the company does with other items such as countertops. He vented the room to the outside and we had very little odor even on the first night. He finished ahead of schedule and left no mess. The shower base looks like it was installed from the factory. Beautiful work and I would recommend this company in this future to anyone who has this type of work to be done in their home. We are very pleased.

They gave us an estimate which was much less than replacing all the cultured marble with granite. It took three days. They were very careful to cover all surfaces. The shower looks great. all the finishes look like Corian and the shower floor is white. It all looks beautiful. They were very professional and very responsive.

Everything went well with Miracle Method. They were fairly punctual on the initial visit. However, I was rushed for another appointment. We scheduled a date and the tech arrived on time. He masked off everything and started the process. He applied the finish and it does look Great!! However, the one big drawback is the ODOR. It must have an acetone base and was very strong. It actually reminded me of a nail salon. The countertop was 5 " and I have kept the vent fan running all week. The surface looks Great However, I don't know how you could have a large area done without leaving the home for several days. Tomorrow will mark a week since it was done and the bathroom still has the odor. They did a GREAT job and were very professional. The off gassing of the Product was more than I expected. I don't know if I would do it again.

The whole estimate and refinishing process was very professional and fast. The technician arrived on time and spent a great deal of time prepping the surfaces around our tub to prevent overspray. He chose a shade of white that goes very well with our older home and that coordinated well with the new tile we installed. Once all the prep work was finished (about 2 hours), the new finish went on in about 20 minutes. Residual smell from the new finish lasted for about 24 hours, but was very minimal after a few hours. I feel like the price ($360 with a deal through Angie's List) was very reasonable and enabled us to keep our old, but very high quality cast iron tub. So far, we are very happy with the results and would gladly use Miracle Method again.

There was a mix up on the schedule but the owner took care of it immediately and someone was at my house within a couple hours. Mix ups happen and it's not a big deal. How a company HANDLES a mix up is what is impressive. I was impressed. How many companies actually try to save you money by recommending a less expensive procedure to solve your problem?! Not many that I'M aware of! I would definitely use Miracle Method again!!!

You get a five year guarantee for your counter tops. They do a good job cleaning up and don't leave any mess.

I cannot remember if I called or sent an email, but the same day that I made the inquiry, Tabitha called me back and arranged for someone to come give an estimate the same week, on a Thursday I believe. When the gentleman came out to give the estimate, he was on time, measured the bathroom and discussed how the process worked and showed me the options for the floor. I selected a color and agreed to the procedure and that day Tabitha called me back to schedule the work. I was able to get an appointment for the next Thursday. Drew was the gentleman who came out to do the work. He arrived on time and completed the floor that day. He covered up the sink, toilet and other pieces in the bathroom that could not be moved to make sure they remained clean. He called me when he was finished just to let me know. The next day, Friday, he had carefully removed the bath fixtures and performed the miracle on the walls and the tub. When I returned that afternoon it was like I had an entirely new bathroom. Drew explained that there was a paint run in the tub and he would come back to repair it and replace the shower fixtures at that time. After waiting the required 24 hours for everything to set, I looked closely at the tub but didn't see the run he mentioned and would have been happy as is, but I appreciated that he did not hide the error and committed to fix it. On Wednesday of this week, Drew returned and addressed the run and replaced all the fixtures and I have a new bathroom. I was very pleased that I was able to get a new look in my bathroom in a very short amount of time!

My kitchen counter tops were the 1980's 'butcher block' style laminate. Not in bad shape, but dated looking. I wanted to refresh the look but on a budget. The Miracle Method service was a good remedy for me. The company was very good about keeping in contact with me so I would not forget that I had a coupon to use, and answered a lot of my questions via email even before I ordered the coupon to help me decide. The estimator came out as scheduled and gave me not only an estimate, but a lot of information on the service and product. Told me what to do for prep and what to expect. We scheduled a date which was convenient for me. The technician arrived at the time scheduled and got right to work. About 5 hours later I had a whole new look to my kitchen. My cabinets stand out more now. And it look more up to date! If I had it to do over again, I may wait until I could open up the windows in the rest of the house to help vent out the smell afterwards. During the installation itself, they vent outside with an industrial-type blower. I believe the top layers of protection are acrylic-like , which if you've ever been in nail salon, you know that smell. So as it dried/hardened, the smell was a little strong for me. (I have a small house, so that probably didn't help). I was told to wait 24 hours before putting anything back on the counters. I think I waited 48 thinking longer is better! I have recommended the process to other co-workers who also have older homes like mine and limited budgets.

It went well and I am pleased with the results.

The gentleman, who I think owns the franchise, was very professional and efficient. It sounded as though we would have received a nice product; however the price was prohibiting. We opted not to use them.

We were not happy with the result that we had when the person came out. I did call and they sent someone else out. They were about to fix it our satisfaction.

They are going to come back out. My wife thought the project would have turned out better than it did. It is a nice finish, but it is a black bathroom which makes it tough. We are waiting for them to come and look at the project to see if it could be done any better.

They performed as agreed. They showed up on time. They were very neat and tidy. They did a very good job.
